Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

This hotel has burned down in the #TubbsFire October 2017. All guests including myself were forced to evacuate the hotel at 3:00am on the 9th. The was no grid power at the time, and the smoke alarms failed to go off. If it wasn't for some unknown stranger banging on the guest room doors, many more people may have died. I do not know the franchisee owner but They should be aware that this happened. Battery backups and/or emergency generators failed!!! The hotel staff were courteous and nice and the grounds were well kept. My heart goes out to all the staff that are currently out of a job and possibly out of a home!

The grounds and location of the hotel are lovely. Some of the second floor rooms are on the ground level so that caught me by surprise and I hoped to have a better view of the surrounding area instead of just the parking lot. Would be worth calling ahead and finding out what rooms have the best views.

Hotel itself was comfortable. A bit dated for a Hilton. Beds were comfortable. I was a bit disappointed that when in the shower realized that the shampoo had been used by a previous occupant & replaced. Also, the tile floor had visible dirt marks.

Their exercise room is a detached bldg alongside their outdoor pool & was decently equipped.

All staff were courteous.

This is a nice Hilton Hotel in Santa Rosa California. It's especially nice if you are on government business and paying the government per diem rate. The room is comfortable. Large heated swimming pool. Nice clean Jacuzzi hot tub. Small but functional workout room.

The structure itself is dated, but they've done a good job keeping the room modern. This is a wooden frame building, so if you have kids I would not recommend staying on an upper floor. Walking hard definitely vibrates the floor and Probably sounds like an earthquake in the room below.

Santa Rosa is surprisingly convenient if you're visiting Bodega head or the beaches around Jenner. It's certainly a much more affordable option than trying to stay in one of the beach area lodges.

Pretty good hotel. There was a complimentary wine tasting on Friday, which came with cheese. And they offered Saturday morning yoga, though I didn't end up going. My only complaint, and I have this same complaint about all hotels, it's that the pillows are too thin and squishy. I prefer firmer pillows. Overall, my stay was slightly better than an average hotel stay.

Ha ds down the best customer service I have ever experienced. The grounds were beautiful with a pool area and restaurant. Had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and was very pleased with the food. The room itself did feel out of the 70s but was comfortable and clean.

Very nice place, suitable for a destination wedding. Comfortable beds, very quiet, super nice staff. A little disappointed by the choice of machines in the workout room, but you can't get it all. Highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back for sure!

Great location for wine tasting, which is the main reason for selecting this hotel. There happened to be a wine tasting in the lobby when we checked in...that was a nice greeting!

Overall, the hotel is quite dated, thin doors and walls, could hear neighbors above us...but it was still very comfortable. Large rooms.

Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was a good way to start the morning.

Will likely return to this hotel on a future visit.

The ceiling is thin, and the noise coming from people just walking on the floor above is untenable and really reduced the quality of our stay and ability to sleep well. The carpets all need replacing. Room service food was very good and fast.

We met family staying at the hotel for some pool fun. The rooms were clean and spacious. Quiet atmosphere. The pool was warm and wasn't crowded. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend others to stay here.

The staff is very nice the buildings are dated as are the rooms. Also they started charging 10 dollars for parking! Better places to stay in wine country that don't try to tack on fees.

This Hilton was in a pleasant and quaint part of Sonoma. Our stay was relaxing since it was quiet and clean. The staff here helped us enjoy our stay with quick room service, providing us amenities we asked for within minutes. We stayed on the 2nd floor and were able to hear pounding footsteps on the floor above us, although we did not mind too much. During our breakfast brunch, we were confused as to whether or not breakfast was free since instructions were provided to us on how to get to breakfast, but the front desk did not say that it was not included. When we got to breakfast, the wait staff allowed us to get food but did question is about prior breakfast atrangements until we were already seated and well into our meal, making us feel obligated to stay and pay. Still, we ended up paying and the breakfast was delicious!

I got a suite abd the beds are amazing. The room is huge and really comfortable. I love that they offer breakfast to be broughr to your room. The service was perfect. The only problem is that they charge you 20 dollars to park which should be included for free.

My wife and I were there for a birthday celebration for a friend. Flew in from the east coast. The accommodations were awesome. The service at the Nectar were great. Everyone was nice and the food was good as well. The location is close to all the sites you want to see from Bodega Bay to the Armstrong Redwood park. Our overall stay was so comfortable we are planning a return trip.

Pretty decent Hilton. Good location for wine country weekend. Place was a little noisy, though that might have been idiosyncratic to what was going on that weekend. Staff was quick to help with particular requests. Overall a nice stay.

This hotel is located on a Vista with some views. Those views are either of the valley below or the parking lot. I'd suggest getting views of the valley. Rooms come with two bottles of wine for $25 each. The wine is decent and if you just want to hang out there is a good option. Free corkage at the local restaurant if you bring the bottle down. Rooms were comfortable with very little noise pollution due to location. There is a full restaurant and bar located on site if that's your thing, otherwise there are a bunch of restaurants within a one mile radius.

If you are looking for a convenient location, this hotel is close to many of the Sonoma wineries and a perfect location. It isn't the fanciest hotel with crazy customer service, but it is clean, easy, convenient, and comfortable.

Convenient location, nice rooms, good facilities for a conference. Not the most beautiful environment compared to the countryside, but this is what you get when you're only 5 minutes from interstate 101.

We stayed here for a night for my boyfriend's company Christmas party at a nearby winery. I love how spread out this particular Hilton is. We got a standard room and I have to say the room was very spacious. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Our king sized bed was super comfy. We didn't eat breakfast or have dinner at the restaurant so can't comment. Their pool looked nice but we didn't use it because it was too chilly. Parking is plenty. We would stay here again if we need to spend the night in the Santa Rosa area again.

Although somewhat dated, it has spacious and very clean rooms. The air conditioner is a central air type that is quiet. Breakfast is costly if you have to pay, but good. It can be slow to replenish buffet though. Everyone there is kind. I recommend!

I personally didn't stay the night at the hotel but the person we visited did and the room was a pretty standard room which seemed pretty over priced. Had a pretty nice view of the area though. I had a bloody Mary from the bar which for $11 I expect some quality. Unfortunately the only quality was from the upgraded vodka I chose. My experience wasn't a bad one at all. However, for how expensive everything is it isn't worth it in my opinion.

We stayed here one night over the weekend so we could go on a hot air balloon tour the next morning. The hotel and room was very nice and comfortable. We got in rather late that night, but the concierge was very friendly and didn't mind. Checkout isn't until noon, which is awesome since that meant we were able to come back and take a nap after the early morning flight.

The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming! The grounds & landscaping were impeccable as well. In addition, the manager, Mr. Michael Mahoney, was gracious, informative, extremely helpful, and accommodating. Upon our next trip to wine country, we will surely be staying there!

Positives:
1) Front desk was extremely helpful with tips of wineries and olive oil.
2) Older but nicely kept hotel. Clean.
Negatives:
1) Room doors closing are LOUD! One of loudest of many hotels I have recently stayed in. Was woken up by a door at 5:20am and it never stopped from that point forward.
2) No filtered water in fitness area to refill water jugs. Front desk offered bottled water which was nice but a little wasteful since we have our own bottles.

Great place to stay, especially if you are a young couple. It was quiet, the room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was comfortable. We ate at the hotels restaurant for dinner and it was phenomenal. The pool and spa area were great, mainly because there were no screaming children running around. I will warn you, the breakfast buffet IS NOT complementary. We didn't know that until after we filled our plates...no signs, no one there to greet you. We got burned $40 for an alright breakfast... however most of the items were empty when we were there eating.
