Too hot rooms, food in the restaurant should be much better, as well breakfast.

Beautifully maintained and comfortable ambiance

We arrived when the temperature in Finland had been for several days around 30 degrees Celsius. Unfortunately everywhere inside the hotel the temperature was also too high. Air condition not working anywhere, reportedly because the outside heat was too much for the system. I reckon it was deliberately switched off or turned to standby mode because of the low attendance level. We went to Kuopio Cumulus hotel after this place and there the aircon was working just fine. Another issue was that the breakfast area was absolutely poorly lit, you could barely see what you put to your plate even though outside was a beautiful sunshine.
In the room we didn't have a desk just a narrow ledge under the TV. Not much place to pack the things but the bathroom was nice and the staff kind.

Fantastic 2br appartment! Fun for the children with the spa and angry birds activity park on the resort. Close to Ruka and all the fun there.

Fantastic spa and very professional restaurant and bar staff+excellent bowling alley and Angry birds complex for children and adults. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A lovely resort with all facilities one could wish for, including a covered, temperature controlled swimming pool, O'Leary's and other restaurants, very warm and amazingly efficient staff. All this just minutes away from Kuusamo airport. The rooms have the right amount of luxury. Kuusamo beckons - and this resort is a real jewel in the 👑...

Spa is a bid small but quality is very good.

Surroundings are relaxing. Nature, snow and all sorts of winter activities open just outside the door. The hotel and spa are ok but showing a little bit of age I guess. Lots of activities for children: playrooms, the spa itself and even a well equipped fun park.
The room was comfortable and peaceful altough a bit bare. Wifi was available and there was a tv. An electric kettle was there to brew bagged tea or instant coffee but no fridge to keep your beverages cool.

We have only used the swimming pool. For this we paid (when I remember the number right) 18€ per adult. Coming into the pool area we were quite disappointed. This was one of the tiniest swimming pools I have ever seen and for this 18€ is completely unacceptable. Some days later we where in the swimming pool in Rovaniemi which has a similar amount of "attractions" but additionally two large pools for swimming (one inside and one outside). There we paid half the price.

After swimming we decided to have a look at the Angry Birds Activity Park (a indoor playground). 10 € seemed promising at first. But then the surprise: Also adults have to pay the full price so all in all we would have had to pay 30€ for one child. We decided not to do another experiment and left.
