Had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean & comfy. AC worked great. Cat at the front desk was awesome - very friendly & welcoming, fast check-in, always greeted us with a smile! Hotel will be even better after the remodel is finished - but nothing was out of order & no hindrances to our good time. Ty was great - would definitely recommend considering staying here, we'll definitely be back!!!

Check in was quick and easy! Staff very friendly rooms were nice the ONLY ISSUE I HAD was the showers. The amount of mold on the shower head and the shower doors were disgusting. Have you guys ever heard of CLR you need to go through your rooms at least once a month it’s NASTY

A very nice hotel. Very clean and up to date. Only complaint is NO free continental breakfast, however billboards advertise "free hot breakfast" for this location. Very misleading.

My family and I stayed at this hotel last night. The staff was very friendly and our rooms were very clean. To our surprise the complimentary breakfast was unlike any we have experienced at other hotels. Everything was hot and so much to choose from, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pancakes, ham, eggs, bagels, and various types of breads. Our favorite thing hands down has to be the cinnamon rolls! One of the best we’ve put in our mouths! We wished we could have taken some with us for our long car ride today!!
Thank you for a comfy and safe place to stay and for the delicious breakfast before getting on our way!

We stayed only one night as a half-way stopover on a GA to FL trip. It's good quality, and I would be happy to stay longer if I were in the area.

Recently stayed here on the way to Florida and back. Very comfortable stay. Friendly, helpful staff and nice breakfast options. Clean room. Not the most comfortable beds - more on the firm end, but not the worst

I loved the veggie omelet. Helpful people. Nice operator helped me get on the iPad connection.the lady behind the desk gave me extra paper for my trip . the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious..I liked all the bars in the bathroom..I was able to use the toilet without my husband's help like in the crappie Economy Inn. He had to help me stand up.That was the worst place ever.

The holiday Inn was a treat for me. I would stay there again.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, where the rooms are clean and the breakfast is hot then look no further. My family stayed here and with 5 of us it's hard to satisfy everyone, but Holiday Inn always delivers.

These Holiday Inn Express and Suites are one of my favorite places to stay for the price you pay. The nice, updated, clean room had plenty of blankets and pillows to use. The bathroom was clean as was everything else in the room. All was very nice for the price. I like the free breakfast buffet with waffles, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy. The staff here was friendly and helpful and check in was quick and easy.

Basic Holiday Inn Express in a small town. Slightly dated with a "new coat of paint". Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable though in my opinion and the pillows become the thickness of paper when you place your head on them so stack up. The major plus though, fastest internet EVER. I've been traveling for over 10 years and of all the hotels I've been to, this one by far has the fastest internet connection I've ever used.

This was the only hotel to have any vacancies during the weekend that Hurricane Irma hit (Friday, 9/8-Sunday, 9/10) and they accommodated several guests including myself, despite the fact that the power/internet/water situation was precarious.

I stayed two nights, and the stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean, and the staff friendly. My one complaint to Holiday Inn, generally, is that your prices are a bit high. Instead of $124 + taxes/fees (around $150 total), perhaps $100 + taxes/fees would be more reasonable. I have stayed at several other hotels that are as nice or better than the Holiday Inn, and the prices are more reasonable, hurricane/high demand or not.

Room was fantastic, large bathroom, 2 queen beds, a rotating television and a sofa, amoung other things. Blackout curtains and excellent service, right by Valdosta itself. Breakfast is lacking, but that is not as big of a deal since you are so close to the town with it's many food places.

Hotel was nice, the rooms are nice, the breakfast was good. The only problem I have is the front counter staff, they were very short with us in fact rude. I sure wouldn't let my kids talk to other people like that.

My favorite place to stay when I visit. Always clean. Staff is always accommodating. They never hesitate to bring extra towels or blankets or miscellaneous items that you may have left at home. The breakfast and coffee 😊. It's always on the pricey side so I would recommend saving up before staying but I will always go back. I stayed at another hotel on my most recent visit and they had bedbugs. I should have just gone up the street.

The first Holiday Inn I've stayed at that's been a negative experience. The water is very soft. I had to go out to buy bottles to drink. The doors close very loudly. I worked overnight and wasn't able to sleep as the housekeeping staff made their rounds at 830am constantly closing doors. On my last night, they granted me a late checkout so I could sleep after my night shift but I just layed there hearing doors close until house keeping knocked on my door with a DND hanger on it at 930am. That was it. Checked out.

Quick and easy access from interstate! We were travelling through and decided to pull off the highway here for the night. The two staff members working check-in were so warm and friendly. They even managed to have a crib we requested placed in our room before we got our bags up to the room. They had the standard HIX breakfast offerings and Keurigs in the room which are both nice amenities to rely on. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly the next morning and everyone had smiles. There are plenty of food and gas options close to this property. I would definitely stay here again.

5

The service I received was the typical professional friendliness I have come to expect from Holiday inn. As a word of warning if you have trouble sleeping while lights are on as I do be sure to not get room 423. There is a light almost directly pointing into that room window making it look like daylight at all hours of the night. I am a little bit annoyed that the hotel staff did not fully explained what they meant by "Would you have a problem with having a room facing the front of the building?" I will not fault them for this this as it may have been common knowledge that I didn't know.

Rough night, all the large rooms or suites face out to highway. Road traffic all night, no one got any sleep, So the General Manager Mrs Davis said they are going to move us. And they did while we were at Wild Adventures, our entire room and personal items. Great customer service Will be back. . Feeling better about this already :)
