I enjoyed my stay... little booming from upstairs neighbors... but clean, quiet for the most part... private... I loved it. Definitely found my hotel of Choice

I really enjoyed my stay. I was taken aback at the outside appearance. I was told they had recently gone through a renovation. It did NOT appear that way when I showed up. The hallway walls and carpets look unkept. But when I got to my room, it was a totally different story. The room was above and beyond. I would have never thought the rooms were so nice going by the looks of the rest of the place. I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent. I also got a workout in. That's another thing. They need more equipment in their "gym". It had 1 treadmill and some exercise balls. But the treadmill was great. So all in all, I would definitely stay there again. Just please plan on getting the rest of the hotel up to par with those wonderful rooms!

Nice hotel. Rooms are nice. Rates are really good. Breakfast and evening social had a good selection. Staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that they deactivated my room key before I checked out, so I had to go to the front desk 2 times to get it reactivated. It was before checkout time as well.

What an outstanding team at this hotel. We had many crew members working on a retail store close by and Tamiesha Matt did a great job helping with any changes we may have needed. Very pleasant voice and willing to help.

I was very excited to be one of the 1st guests in the newer rooms. Rooms look great!!

I can't say anything about the price, since my company is paying for it. But, as far as service...its pretty good; staff is friendly and helpful. The room could stand for some upholstery cleaning of furniture (some ugly stains on the couch, so I sit on the regular chairs). It seems they're going going through renovations though, which is good.

Visit ward okay. I was expecting more from a hotel under the Hilton brand. No wifi and cellphone went crazy upon initial arrival.

We have had the most amazing experience while staying at the Homewood Suites in Bedford. I booked my room over the phone with Amy who was so great and answered all 100 questions that I asked! General Manager Melissa McCann was at the counter with Amy when we arrived and they were so helpful with information about local shopping and restaurants! Vanessa and Mallory were also at the front desk during our stay and helped us find things to do and answered any questions we had! The housekeeping was phenomenal. The free breakfast was great and the free meals each night were awesome. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We stay at Hilton properties about 15 times a year and I will definitely be back to this one! Thank you all!!

Nice room, very spacious but it was very loud and in the upper floor. We called room service and told us we'll send maintenance but that was who was making the noise also. but other than that it was a pretty and nice room. Just wish they've would have warned us about the renovation

If you're thinking 'upscale' because you see the Hilton brand, and upscale is what you want, I would pass. I'm not saying this isn't a good hotel, it is just old and needs updated desperately. It looks like it is just falling apart. The hallways are dirty and the carpet is far too aged, it isn't even taught across the surface any longer. We are staying here as a family of 5 until our home is finished and it will absolutely serve its purpose for us perfectly. But, if you are looking for fit and finish, you won't find it here. Hopefully it gets a facelift soon. You can tell where anything and everything has been repaired obviously for purpose only and not for aesthetics. Many places, the wallpaper is coming off the walls, the caulking is missing or compromised, none of the carpet looks like its been vacuumed in days or more, and there are scrapes on the walls, the cabinets in the dining area look terrible and dirty. The whole pleace actually looks dirty, but there's only so much you can do with this type of aged facility. And if it isn't very old, it has been neglected.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Decor somewhat dated, room finishes worn, but clean. They are going through an upgrade though, hopefully there will be a refresh.

Cute lobby..they had the fireplace going. Check in was quick and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

At the time of my stay they were in the process of remodeling the third floor, the first and second floor rooms were still dated and old. Good location to major restaurants and the airport, easy access to the interstate. Great free breakfast with all you would expect. Decent price for the accommodations

It was decent but we didn't get into our room until about an hour and a half after check in time. When we finally got our keys the girl said we might run into housekeeping on their way out. We get to our room and almost got our key in the door and housekeeping is in there screaming at each other and cussing each other out. The whole hallway can hear them screaming at each other. He was screaming about the room being 'clean enough and he was done with this s***.' Later that night I go to take a shower and there was no hot water. They said they were working on it because people had been complaining. Middle of the night my boyfriend gets up and there was just no water, period. It's a nice looking hotel but they need some work lol

The staff and service was great, the place could use a little updating. The carpeting throughout was stained and worn. The appliances in room were dated. I imagine it's on the future renovation list.

I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. Is a decent place to stay. It looks dated but I think a renovation is in the future, per there was flooring being stock piled on the parking lot. Carpets show their age. However it's hard to find a room this size for the price. I would stay there again. I think this place is about the value. And it's a good one at that.

Excellent place for an excellent price. Breakfast was always great, and the evening social normally provided enough food to where I didn't feel it necessary to go out for dinner.

I liked it. Our room was huge, with a complete kitchen, living area with t.v., bedroom with t.v. and a bathroom. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, microwave oven, stove and oven, dish washer, plates, glassware and washing items towels and soap. Staff was very friendly and we will definitely stay here again.

My stay was fantastic! The social hour was outstanding and all of staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location was also great, close to a lot of very good restaurants.

Close to freeway and DFW airport. Ample parking. Rooms were of decent size.

This place has got it together! There was a fire (still waiting for the fireman to allow us back in our room) at our hotel. Fire alarms went off like they needed to, to get everyone out safely. Besides this, the staff is great and very friendly. In fact, one of the ladies who works here helped us take our stuff to our room. The room is very nice and clean. I highly recommend Homewood Suites in Bradford.

Wonderful place great staff very clean rooms wonderful breakfast and in the evenings a wonderful Social Hour with food would definitely recommend this place and most definitely will stay here again if I'm ever in the Fort Worth Dallas area I've been here a week and a half already I got another week to go and enjoying every night while I am here

Old rooms in desperate need of an update and a thorough scrubbing. Staff just so-so. Not overly friendly or accommodating. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The afternoon social your was nice and on par with other Hilton properties. I would not stay here again.

The location is near restaurants and easy to get to. The parking lot is fairly small. Had a mix up on the room for the first night, so we were put in a smaller room than we asked for. The room smelled like a smoking room, even though the hotel is non-smoking. We were compensated for this with discount price. The room we actually booked was clean and smelled much better. The free breakfast leaves a little to be desired, but is mostly edible.

The first room we stayed in was horrible, not clean and cramped for 7 people. We then switched rooms to a bigger, cleaner suite that was near perfect. The pool was nice, the complementary breakfast was nice. Overall it was just decent.

Not much to say. Everything was good :) bed was large, room was clean, staff was courteous. All I ever want lol

Very cosy hotel. Suites had separated rooms, which was nice because I isolated the bedroom from the typical annoying hallway light that shines underneath the door. Food and coffee were all good.

This was an excellent experience as far as the amenities, staff, room service, food quality, spacious suites and room accomodations. However, the furniture in the room was old and outdated. Although the manager mentioned that there would be renovations in the fall!... Would have given 5+ stars or off the charts if it wasn't for the condition of the furniture in the room!

This is by far the most visually unappealing Hilton I've ever stayed at. As others have mentioned, this hotel needs serious updating. The floors in the room I was in were disgustingly stained, furniture was falling apart and stained and the windows did little to filter out noises outside. I chose this hotel because of the kitchenette, and if you do, know that you only get a medium and large sized pot to cook with. You are provided a sufficient amount of dishes for one person. The beds are OK. Not terrible, but not that great. I was given a wheelchair accessible room, which I didn't need but came with a very large bathroom which was actually my favorite part about staying here, although there is very very little counter space and no bathroom storage. The fitness room was a joke with only one elliptical and one treadmill, but they were both at least in good condition with a decent TV and stocked well with towels. The breakfast is pretty decent and the staff was very friendly. It's definitely overpriced for what you get. Overall, it's not my first, second or third choice BUT if I HAD to stay here again, I could manage.

Location is close to airport, place has great amenities. Gym is small, no weights. But pool area is spacious and was the best part of my stay.

Things are a little worn and dated, but our room was clean, beds comfortable and staff has been friendly. Staff said they will be starting to remodel soon.

Convenient location right off freeway, plenty of parking, fair sized conference room.

I recently stayed at another homewood suites and although this one wasn't as nice.. partly becauae i think it maybe older iit was still clean other than bleach stains here or there..

I booked a room for my wife and I as we were needing somewhere to crash after our company Christmas party.. We entered the room they assigned to us and was shocked to fine dirty dishes.. TV on.. bed's not maid and trash throughout the place..we were startled and left. Went back to the front desk and they gave us another room which was clean but the fireplace didn't work..This hotel needs updating terribly bad..I would stay somewhere else if possible until upgrades are made.

The room was very spacious and was very nice. There weren't many things that I could honestly citicize. Top marks to the staff who made the breakfast for both mornings I was there.

The hotel was very comfortable and a good value. The staff were friendly and helpful. My suite was very clean. I would recommend this homewood suites to anyone staying in the area.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The room was decent, but the A/C did not seem like it was up to the job. Stayed a bit warmer than we prefer all night. The halls of the hotel were warm as well.

This hotel is not representative of the Homewood suites that I have stay in the past.
First this has nothing to due with the staff who were friendly and helpful.
The building is in need of a total update, the hall and room carpeting had numerous stains along with the room ceiling. The furniture and walls all showed considerable wear. The bedding is not of the quality of the hotel chain.The walls are paper thin, I heard the radio early in the morning in the room next to me and the floors sound hollow when you walk. In the kitchen the freezer and refrigerator door could not be opened unless you stood off to the side due to their location with the opposite wall! Also there very few outlets for electronics. I travel a lot and don't normally write these but I was very disappointed with the stay here. Also signs in the hallway showing the direction to lobby when getting off elevator would be nice to have.
On a positive note the price was reasonable for the large room and they do have a nice breakfast and happy hour.

Nice, consistant Homewood. Not the fanciest thing in the world but perfect for what it is.
Second stay in this one and will come back again.
Dinner is great as was breakfast.
