Loved this place just need better food and staff need to explain breakfast rules to all guest. Besides that hotel was nice and clean.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was helpful with any problems, decent breakfast, nice social hour, pool, laundry, & a common grill outside to use. Nice when traveling as a family.

Excellent stay. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and wonderful pillows. You can hear the people walking above you, so if you're a light sleeper request a top floor room. Mike was quite possible the most helpful, kind, and funny person I have ever encountered in any of my experiences at hotels. Thanks for making my visit to Longview fantastic.

A club is a neighbor and a train is your night time whistle. The hotel is nice.

Booked the king studio/ with whirlpool $147 the morning of mar 16 for that night on the Hilton website. Drive 5 hours to get there form Bastrop, tx, car trouble made us leave late so I called to let them know it will be a late check-in. He says no problem, take your time and we'll see you. COOL! I wind up getting there around two a.m.; go get luggage walk to room, no whirlpool..I assumed I just got the wrong room no problem. All I can think about for the last hour or so of my trip...whirlpool. we find out, they remodeled and took the whirlpools out. Well unless they remodeled the entire room that day, they fraudulently gave me the wrong room. Go back to the night clerk wanting a refund so I could stay at an honest hotel, she couldn't do this. 100 percent happiness guaranteed, my a$$. The "longview" was what you see out of the window. Cleanliness questionable, found a stylis for phone/tablet in the sofa bed. 2 of 4 kitchen drawers did not close at all...this was a $99 room all day long, even in a major city. Used car salesman 'BAIT and SWITCH' sleezebags have now started in the hotel industry at Homewood Suites in Longview, TX

I've stayed here a number of times and the service has always been great! They have remodeled the rooms and dining area. The beds are comfortable and rooms are really clean. I don't have anything bad to say about my stay.

It was amazing staying here!! The rooms were very spacious and came with a mini kitchen. The beds were so large and the service was just amazing.

Loved it! Friendly staff and really nice and comfy rooms. We had a problem with our shower. It wouldn't shut off. They fixed it promptly and treated us kindly.

Really nice tools with little kitchen and pullout bed. Two flat screen TVs, one in sitting room and one in bedroom. Nice complimentary breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel was very clean and had great customer service, my only complaint was the one elevator took it seemed like forever to close

I was not expecting much when walking into the Homewood Suites but quickly realized how nice and professional the atmosphere was. The rooms are spacious and very clean with an updated look. It was nice to see if full refrigerator in the suite.

Many reviews have said a lot already, so I'll go ahead and just add my appreciation for a hotel where check-in is efficient, rooms work like they should, a bed that is not a black hole and to see if it was a stained mess - it was not (I pulled the sheets off to see), a nice kitchen, an updated and renovated bathroom with restaurants and a Kroger grocery store across the street.

Overall, nice place for the price.

Easy to find, just a few miles from IH 20 which means we don't have to hear the highway all night. Staff very friendly. Mike especially told us on the phone and made sure we had a room when we got here.

As a regular customer of Homewood Suites and someone who has been to this particular location no fewer than 5 times over the past few years, I have to say that either they are slipping or just had a bad week. For starters, housekeeping never came to our room. Normally, this wouldn't matter much, but I had my family on this trip, and the room was messier than if it was just me. Also, the cable went out for a large portion of the stay, and the wireless internet was sporadic at best, never staying up more than 15 minutes at a time.The facilities are nice, especially for the price point, but this one just seems a little less well-maintained. Another odd note--our room, on the front side of the building, had a very perceivable slant downward toward the front parking lot. Felt a little like we were about to fall off the edge.

The place was so clean and the staff was great. One of the best places I have stayed. It felt like home. I hope to to find another on our trip! 💜💜💜 it!

The management was fabulous. The general manager really loves his job and it shows through the quality of the hotel. They recently did a remodeling and the hotel is breathtaking. The hotel is modern and clean.Unlike most hotels they have a way to get your room key on an app and can then unlock the room with it remotely. It's very convenient. They don't have the pool open yet as it's being adjusted to saltwater to save some money. I would love to stay here agian and agian.

The club right outside the room was really loud late at night which was very annoying. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was nice and very comfortable.

The rooms were very nice I really like my room. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite and courteous. However, the location was terrible. Our room is right next to a club that is just outside of our window and all night long loud music and singing was all we heard. Also, there was some kind of organization inside the hotel that was shouting and screaming up until 9 p.m. at night and could be clearly heard inside our hotel room.

Nice, clean hotel, looks like most of hotel has been recently remodeled. Front desk staff very nice. 1 star deduction due lock replacement when we were trying to check in and we had to waiti a few minutes but some honors points were offered. Also when we were trying to check in, ringing phone was given priority over customers standing at the counter. Overall nice staff and very clean.

Fast check in, friendly staff and good breakfast. Had the King Suite with Fireplace and Whirlpool tub. Awesome! Clean spacious rooms. Quiet, no noise from guest outside of motel or from guest rooms next door. Highly recommend and will stay here if ever in the area again.

The GM I met Sunday morning at breakfast was so friendly. Actually the whole staff from check out to check in was super friendly. The rooms and pool we clean and inviting! Will definitely stay here in the future

The entire hotel staff is exceedingly friendly and gregarious and express a willingness of being accommodating and approachable. The rooms are, indeed, reasonably comfortable and quiet, very spacious and all have a very nicely sized refrigerator and a small kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher. This is helpful should you wish to prepare a meal in your room in lieu of consuming the fare offered in the convenient dining area, for the meals are inconsistent in their quality and are neither always very warm nor particularly palatable. The dinner salad is consistently fresh and you may select from an array of fresh vegetables and several choices of dressing. You may find a number of very good restaurants in the area surrounding the hotel as an additional option to satiate your palate. If you are a business person who may benefit from the business center, be advised that there is no scanner available for that needy important document. These few opportunities for improvement that I have mentioned were addressed to certain members of the management and staff and, although were met with a degree of concern and reassurance, none of these challenges were ameliorated during my stay of nearly three months.
