Comfortable rooms, with decent breakfast. The staff was very friendly, definitely worth the cost.

I really enjoyed my stay here.(SELENA)the house keeper did a really good job @ keeping my room cleaned and made me feel @ home.I will be coming back.

Expedia messed up our reservation, ended up losing the room to an overlapping reservation. They were accommodating, but the rooms were mediocre. Next day, ended up with multiple rooms at a nearby LaQuinta, of much better quality.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed everyone there was professional kind and helpful

Price is good compared to the hotels next to it, rooms are clean and what you spect from a Homewood suites.

This hotel is nice, but it has some issues.
Then staff y friendly, they always help and if something is wrong they will do something to fix it.
I am a diamond Hilton member since 2015 and this is an average Homewood, and being average Homewood is a good thing.
We are around 20 guys and I can tell you issue are on the details of the rooms, some rooms don't have a functioning stove, the ac doesn't work and in my room, water started to overflow from the bathroom sink into my room.

The wifi is slow, even though I am using the premium internet. They have 4 dryers and washer machine. The food for the breakfast and the evening social is really nice.

When our room wasn't ready they upgraded super clean all that I expected sevice was great buffet breakfast good

Full hot breakfast buffet decent enough. King bedroom suite has a nice kitchen, small but sufficient. Bathroom vanity and closet area cramped but sufficient. Convenient location, wonderful staff. We've been coming here for long weekends for about 5 years. Pricey.

My sister chose to stay the night here with the rest of her wedding party so that we could all get ready together in a relaxed environment. We were able to stay in one of the more spacious rooms which allowed for is to relax and hang out the night before and then have plenty of space to get ready that next morning. The front desk was more than happy to assist with our many requests and really went above and beyond. We're very greatful to have had this be a part of my sister's big day.

The management and staff is very accomodating and friendly. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinnerr meals are a nice bonus.

Room was nice, although the pull out couch mattress want great. Breakfast was good. Service was great!

Convenient location, close to shops at Ontario Mall, fine dining, and the Ontario Airport. Nice size rooms, helpful staff, excellent parking. It's too on my list of places to stay.

Good location but needs updating and or deep cleaning in the rooms. House keeping was sub par as my bathroom and kitchen area was only cleaned a few days out of my 10 day stay. Had to pull the sheets off of the bed or they would not be changed. Managers Social was great, with free food and drink!

I booked this hotel because they had a large 2 bedroom suite available. However, my experience was not good due to the fact that adding additional guests' names to your reservation does not do any good- the front desk will not give out keys to them. What's the point in adding guests' names to the reservation?? My boyfriend got back to the room before I did last night and his keycard wasn't working so he went to the front desk to get another one. They wouldn't give him a new key even though his name was on the reservation. He had to wait outside our room door for half an hour until I got there. So annoying!

Enjoyed my stay for the most part. Only two real problems. First was a scheduled black out which left the hotel without power for most of a day. The other was late one night when the front end staff gave a family a key card to my room, who then tried to get in. Luckily I was there, but if not, it's easy to see how someone could take advantage of that situation.

Hotel was very clean and fit our family of 4 well. The day after we checked out I noticed my Ipad was missing. I called immediately and they had found it. The manager sent it back by fed ex! What a great hotel.

stay was okay. breakfast was pretty good with fresh waffles. the 3rd night they had some kind of "mandated power outage " which was really lame because all.the power was out after we came back from our event.

As of this visit I am impressed with the hotel and its staff. The cleanliness has improved dramatically including the pool which was always dirty before.

I've stayed in both the king and double queen rooms, and even slept on the pull out bed from the sofa(which was OK), all together it was nothing to complain about

Truly enjoyed my stay with my family. Very clean hotel. The staff was great and also it's very peaceful and quite. The amenities were great as well.

The kitchen was nice to have. The fridge, stove, dishwasher and sink. The beds and pillows and blankets were nice too. The tv had good channels. The bathroom was really big.

Breakfast was just ok, dinners were better. Complimentary glass of wine is a nice touch. Great rooms and front desk service. Good location to airport shops and restaurants.

A full suite with mini kitchen. I have food allergies that make restaurants a problem. Having a place I can cook my own food (so I know what's in it) is always a bonus. The staff here is friendly and helpful, the room is nice for the price.

The location is a bit hard to find buried in a pack of similar hotels. It is convenient to the mall, airport, and restaurants. The rooms and kitchenette are well maintained and comfortable.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites in Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario, CA for two weeks over the holidays to visit with my husband's family. We had stayed here several years ago, and this stay did not disappoint. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is kept clean; food is well prepared and tasty. We will stay there again when we need to be in the area.

The Hotel is in a great location and is adjacent to shopping, theatres, churches, banks and dining. The breakfast is great and the staff is always friendly. I've stayed here several times and don't see a reason not to. It's quiet and safe at night.

I always stay at him wood suites. I'm usually very happy with my stay. This hotel is staring to show its age I think and could use a good once over. It is not nearly as nice as the San Bernardino Homewood which may be 5-10 years newer. But staff is great and value works for me.

This hotel is quite beautiful on the outside, although the two-bed suite wasn't as spacious as I was anticipating. The room was very clean and well-maintained.

Have used this Hilton brand before. Very comfortable place located in an urban / high density suburban environment. Hotel is clean and mostly current and far enough away from the highway that you don't get road noise.

Dining area could use a little updating. Breakfast bar is well stocked and attended. It has the usual eggs, meat, toast / bagels, fresh fruit, yogurts, juices and a DIY waffle station.

Exercise room has 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and some free weights, but not much space and it gets stuffy. In-house "Grocery area" is hotel typical: $3 for popcorn, $4 for a 2 pack of Twinkies. (No, I didn't actually buy any) Too cold to check the outdoor pool. Parking is free and plenty of room in their lot.

Staff: A+. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Desk and breakfast bar staff were exceedingly nice and attentive. Lots of smiles, good mornings, and thank you's.

Nearby: Ontario Mills mall on the other side of the street (Fourth st) had all the merchants you might need and a movie theater.

Literally over a dozen restaurants within 1/4 mile from burger places to mid-range sit-down styles. Dozens more within 10 minute drive. 2 minutes away on Fourth is a Kohls, Target, grocery store, UPS and others.

Suites have actual doors between the bedroom and the living room / kitchen area.....it's not just a "separate area". Full kitchen means you can cook a meal, but bring or buy all your seasonings etc because they only provide pots, flatware and dish soap. There is a sofa bed, but unless you have small kids or lose a bet, I'd count on using the bed as the only comfortable place to sleep.

Easy access to the Route 15 (1/2 mile away) and Route 10 (about a mile) interstates.

There are 4 other hotel properties right here....(you can throw a snowball from one to the other or whatever you throw out here in CA)....Hilton Gardens and Courtyard by Marriott.... don't remember the other ones. So you'll find one that meets your budget if you look.

All in all, Homewood gives a consistent, solid value that doesn't break the bank. Value only goes up if you have more than one guest in the room since breakfast is included every day and light dinners Mon-Thurs.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was very welcoming. We brought our dog with us and the hotel was a perfect place for a stay with a pet. They have a nice dog area, pool and jacuzzi. The exercise room leaves you wanting more. Overall this hotel is a great value for a couple or family with a pet. I'd definitely stay here again.

Good room, with a kitchen and everything. Great place if you're traveling with an infant, because my wife could store milk and had full kitchen. Great location too!

Nice friendly staff. They couldn't accommodate early check in for us but they held our items. Rooms were clean and our fridge and freezer didn't work well, but those minor issues

What a great experience. The staff were amazingly polite. The suite was just that, living room with a sleeper sofa for the kidskids, separate bedroom for my wife and me. Plus a full sized fridge in the kitchenette.

We come here often for the close proximity to family, the pet friendly atmosphere, and the nice rooms. We were just there 2-3 weeks ago The room was clean and everything was to our liking. The staff at the desk was especially helpful, friendly, gracious, and very accommodating. We travel with our pooch and to her it is "home away from home." Some remodeling gong on but the workmen were quiet and I am anxious to see the results! Thank you to everyone at Homewood Suites!

Wow gone down hill since last stay room was smelly small flies buzzing in room plumbing in room above making huge headache making noise asked for room change after losing sleep For two nights on couch had renting 1 bedroom suite slept on couch finally got moved on 3 day so hope the rest of stay improved not a good stay in a Hilton product......

Stayed May 12-16, 2011. Upper floor, king room w/ kitchen. Very nice. Everything worked and was clean. Check in and out went smoothly. Breakfast was great. The excercise room is a bit lacking, but was OK. The air conditioner was a bit noisy at night, but other than that it was quiet. The bill they slipped under the door on our last night did not match the rate quoted on the reservation, but the clerk at check out promptly changed it. Great hotel, we will stay there again if ever in that area.
