This establishment is worth every ‘$’ spent. The staff are friendly & helpful. They offer room service & packed lunch, should you need one for work or whatever. Not to mention their rooms are nice and modern. They also have a laundry that you may use, plus a pool & restaurant that have 5 star meals.

Don’t be fooled by their photos, the Hospitality Inn is a glorified motel. Window rattler air conditioning (as opposed to split systems) took ages to cool the room down, and it was sweltering. We were happier with the cabin accommodation we had the night before within a caravan park, which also felt more secure. HI has no security, bar the flimsy lock on your door; anyone can walk off the street to your door and window entry to your room. Will not be returning.

Besides the noisy guests next door in room 28, the reception was great and the staff were lovely. Definitely stay there again!

It's not a world class resort but the rooms are clean.

Had a business dinner. Great service, for was ok.

Average motel. Not a place for a romantic getaway, but serviceable for a few days in town. Comfy enough bed, decent shower. The staff are friendly but not quick to fix things when they go wrong (two out of three of us had broken lightbulbs and toilets, and the wi-fi didn't work every night). Continental breakfast is included with the price - good range of cereals, plus fresh fruit and toast.

Good food, however the menu hasn't changed much over the years.

Rooms are outdated, but clean. Short walk to shops, and the beach is a 2 minute walk away. Park for kids, and a nice walk with heaps of info about the Flatback Turtles. They nest on the beach around the end of the year, worth a visit.

Best food in pilbara and great hospitality.

Good spot for work trip. Easy to find location , staff are nice and helpful. Rooms or ok apart from the slightly noisy old aircon units.

The room is above standard for country as the food in the restaurant and service was great
