If you are expecting a 5 star service then you are a wrong place , its a budget hotel . Normal rooms , normal services . Far from city but then its a pocket friendly hotel and in the costly place like vienna this hotel is a blessing .

Not a place that deserves four stars at all.. first impression is a disaster..the owner is also a disaster as she has no understanding..the hotel from outside is horrible..inside was a lill better but still under the standarts and smelly..no elevators so you carry your stuff 3 floors all by yourself..no reception sevice as its only family run, breakfast was standart but the saloon was real bad as there were early groups before we even get there..Rooms were the best part of this premises as they were rescently renovated..not much to say about room service as there werent any.but its a popular spot for tour compannies as this "hotel" is cheaper than anywhere else..owner didnt let us to check in at 15-30 as there is a house rule of 17-00 check in..ridiculous..

It was ok. The doors had no locks. The bathroom door couldn't be shut. The rooms were tiny. The only good thing over there was that the food was ok and there was good internet.

The hotel were comfortable but its managers were quite unkind. The rooms were cold as the hosting units were turned of when we arrived to hotel which is far from the city center.

On the outside on Vienna, hotel has many rooms, with availability of WiFi. Surrounding by a lush green farms. Traditional interiors inside the hotel, good rooms, beds, and dim lights.

The rooms and bathrooms are only superficially cleaned, the receptionist (owner?) quite unfriendly and not helpful at all. Since our agency booked this hotel for our Vienna NewYears trip, the location is terrible in case you are visiting Vienna. In any other case, the location offers fresh air and a peaceful surrounding. The breakfast was nice.

Rooms aren't well maintained. Some bed bugs and insects were found in some of the rooms. Food was mediocre.
