23 individually designed rooms, live from the attention to detail. The architects Buol & ignition have created from the original building of 1598 is a gem. The tempting breakfast buffet in the house seduces to get up early.
The Imhof-house, a highly arched building located north of the castle, part of the overall design of the former castle pond. Together with the Balik-house, town house today, formed the Imhof house a small enclosed courtyard.
The rate includes breakfast, ADSL, WiFi, direct-dial telephone, flat screen TV, hairdryer, kettle and coffee included a small selection of teas and bottled water.
Parking is chargeable.
Warning: If you arrive after 18:00, the hotel must be informed. Reception closes at 18:00! (On Sundays and public holidays at 17:00)

Beautiful Restaurant with nice Garden. Food and wine were very good last time. The tram is just nearby and so is the local "standsamt".

Wir hatten gestern die Gastfreundschaft von Christoph Meier, dem jungen aufgestellten stellvertretenden Geschäftsführer, geniessen können. Nach einer Trauerfeier in den oberen Sälen, die um 15:30 Uhr begann, liessen wir später, als fast alle Gäste nach hause gefahren waren, noch die Seele in der Smokers Lounge baumeln. Um ca. 23 Uhr – die Küche war schon geschlossen – überfiel uns der Hunger und Christoph Meier mit Herrn Ramond verwöhnten uns spontan mit einem wunderbaren dreigängigen Essen. Soviel Flexibilität und spätabendliche Kreativität und Freundlichkeit haben uns überwältigt. Chapeau! Sie beide sind eine Bereicherung und beste Referenz für das Schloss Binningen. Vielen Dank für das schöne Erlebnis.

Gutes Essen in schöner Ambiente
Das Essen hat sich inzwischen verbessert, wobei die Bedienung manchmal etwas unbeholfen wirkt. Hier könnte man noch die eine oder andere erfahrene Person an die Seite stellen.
Die vielen kleinen Säle, welche man für private Anlässe mieten kann eignen sich hervorragend für kleine Gruppen, wie Familien oder Firmenanlässe. Die Verpflegung zwischendurch ist immer sehr interessant und bietet immer etwas unübliches, was auch zu Gesprächen anregt. Die Einrichtung der Säle ist allerdings sehr rudimentär, Präsentationen laufen über einen mobilen Projektor und mobiler Leinwand. Dies passt aber viel besser in die Ambiente, als wenn diese fest installiert wären.

Waren heute über Mittag essen. Sehr gute Bedienung und sehr feine Speisen.
Der Rauchlachs als Vorspeise war ein Gedicht. Das Entrecote mit Pfeffersauce als Hauptgang ein Traum. Ideal für Geschäftsessen über Mittag.
