The room felt a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The bed was alright and it was quiet at night. The surroundings are a bit dull, but there's a supermarket just a few meters from the hotel. Staff was friendly and the lobby/bar had seating if you want to work of sit somewhere else than in the room.

Hotel Lautrup Park is a bit overrated. It has decent facilities and is clean, nice and neat but the rooms are old and not looked after, the location is dull and there's no real atmosphere or spark. It's a very typical business hotel and the restaurant as well as accommodation is overpriced

First impression was very positive. Nice hall, the room was enough big for 2 person and dog, veeery comfortable bed. TV, fridge, light - works. For a 4* hotel the bathroom could looking better not as a hostel one. I could debate about price, because in my opinon hotel was not as such good for a 4* so do price could be a little low, but ok - it's DK. Staff - I said I'll share my good opinion about hotel night shift employee Albert. So Albert was very helpful even as he said it was his first night shift and he apologized many times about how long was taking a check-in. We were foreginer guest, very tired and from hotel that we booked before where we couldn't stay because of not llowed dogs (booking said something else...). So Albert found for us aroom, made a few calls for a help, was in so high stress because of us and time ;) But evrything went good and we took our keys to room. Thank you.

The breakfast buffet is really good. The restaurant is good but expensive. The staff was awesome! BUT the price did not seem right for what you got. $200 per night for what? The room is nothing special, the TV is small and unusable, there was not enough lighting in the room at night, and it isn't in an amazing location. I think dropping the price to $150 per night would have made me feel that this hotel deserves a full five stars.

Looks like a very cozy place in the middle of the industrial park in Ballerup. The bar is huge, and the local beers was good.

Ok hotel located close to a lot of different businesses in Ballerup. The room I had had a not so pleasant smell of sewage in the shower when I woke up. Breakfast here is OK. They have a good wine selection in the bar. Their control routines are not that good. A colleague of mine experienced that someone had put a dinner on his room number. Fortunately he didn't have to pay.

It's a very basic hotel if you need a room in Ballerup for a few nights. I was on a business trip, and since the office is in 5 minutes walk from the hotel, Lautrup Park was a good enough option. If you want more comfort and amenities, though, I'd look for other options. Honestly, I don't understand how did they manage to get 4 stars, because most options you would see in 3-star hotels (kettle, disposable slippers, room safe etc) are missing.

Pros:
- Location (if you have an office nearby).
- Convenience store by the corner.

Cons:
- Rooms are very small. It feels like you are staying in a dormitory, but the hotel somehow has 4 stars.
- Very basic furniture. Some rooms don't even have the minibar.
- No kettle in the room.
- No slippers.
- No room safe.
- Iron is in the hallway.
- Not much to do around. Ballerup is a business town, full of office centres and not much else.
- Constant WiFi connection issues.

looks nice and people are lovely but room is cramped, sleep was poor and breakfast needed you to ask for coffee except no one was around

Not really a 4 star hotel. Rooms are OK. But curtains not effective, dirty under the bed, cold in the bathroom (very cold). Breakfast is basic. It would be OK, but it is really overpriced.

Ok for short stays for work, have a rather relaxed approach to service at bar. And the strangest thing is the iron and board are in corridor outside rooms.

It's a very convenient hotel IF you have clients in the Ballerup business park. Basically in the middle of nowhere Copenhagen wise. Hotel says 4* - i will agree for lounge and restaurant, impressive design, fashionable and relaxing. Rooms not on par - 3* - dated fixtures, poor design, small and crummy especially corner rooms.

Nice hotel to check-In if your office is near by. The only thing I an not convinced about hotel is , on what basis they represent themselves as **** for me this is a good 3* hotel.

Nice hotel for business trips. A grocery and convenience store located next door. Not much else around to do or eat out. Hotel has a restaurant and bar. Toiletries are basic soap and lotion anything else can be purchased at reception. Rooms are a bit small.

If you visit ballerup, dont know why you should though, this is your best option

I use this hotel every time i go for a business trip to Copenhagen. Great service, food and beer. Everything you need to relax when traveling.

Great business hotel. Very close to my workplace and there is Fotex just beside it. Elegant, cozy and clean. Great restaurant staff - cheerful and friendly. Would love to go back and stay in short business trips 😊😉

Good meeting room with excellent acoustics. The breakfast buffet was below average, but the lunch buffet was top notch.

Business hotel in the middle of industrial area, very quiet in the evenings. Very basic room in a bit worn out building. The business idea is evident when you compare the lobby bar and restaurant and rooms. There is quite a contrast. The room was small and very basic but good enough for one night sleep.
