Quite unpredictable. First of all this Hotel is actually outside Lausanne in Lutry, a small town on its outskirts. This 3 star hotel actually has several rooms that should fairly be graded as 2 Star (at most) and a few rooms that are almost 5 Star!! Surprisingly, the price difference between them is negligible!! Due to my lack of prior experience at that place, I have checked into the depressing room(s) first, and complained from the first night that it had a single window that did not allow enough light into the already darkly designed bedroom. When after two very depressing nights I was moved to another room, there were plenty of windows; sunlight and abundance of outside scenery that could be enjoyed even while lying in bed. The discrepancy between these room types is so huge especially in view of the small price difference. I relayed my impression and thoughts to the Hotel management, but obviously they do not wish to reduce the price for the dark rooms with the small windows. The sleep experience could be improved with better quality pillows. Breakfast & dining experience on the terrace was very good. The Reception staff were very helpful . Not good value for money.

This hotel has a very good location and it is so clean.
After traveling more than 53 countries and visiting hotels starting from 2 to 5 stars to resorts, i never met a gentle person in the reception area like Mr Noor, he is very welcoming and helpful as well keeping smiles all the time.
God bless him and hope all receptionist like him loving them tough work.

The hotel has an amazing location right by the banks of Lake Geneva. Although it may be a little bit difficult and confusing to get to it by car. The hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly, polite and helpful we stayed at a premium corner room facing the lake. The room was quite large, clean and with an amazing view. I would very much recommend staying at this hotel for the view alone!

We stayed for 3 night in Deluxe room, The hotel located in great location with a very nice view and staff. This place seems suitable for relaxing but we were wake up every early morning with sound of some heavy moving things up and down to a car or a truck, not sure, since 6:30am. For someone traveling with big luggage, we recommend to pack up small bag for easier travel.

Standard small hotel. The hotel is located directly at the promenade but does not have any parking - closest public parking is about 100m away and cost 16CHF a day i think. We used their breakfast offer which was Nespresso coffee, cheese, meat, fruit, yogurt eggs and bread, so a good continental breakfast buffet.

Rooms are small but service and location are great

With a touch of modern and classic, a 50-60's hotel style with a beautiful view of the lake and the promenade in Lutry. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Great place to stay, not too expensive. Great views of the lake. Nice breakfast, combination of continental and full with the addition of a soft boiled egg maker. Rooms are nice and ample, but the furniture is a bit scratched. The showers are powerful, and the water temp is hot and stable. There's a Nespresso machine on each floor, and a full variety of Nespresso at the breakfast buffet. The restaurant downstairs is full service for all three meals. There is no gym.

We had a wonderful experience at the LeRivage Hotel near Lausanne. The location is wonderful and quiet directly across the way from Lake Geneva.
The room was clean and modern with a balcony overlooking the lake. The bathroom was equally as clean and modern.
We had an opportunity to dine in the restaurant and the service and food was wonderful. The area immediately around the Hotel is pedestrian only and we wee able to walk around and enjoy the area.
Thank you so very much for making our stay in Lausanne so special.

Super Lage, sehr ruhig, freundliches Personal, schöne saubere Zimmer. Zimmer mit Balkon haben zudem ne super Aussicht!

Le 14 août, avec des amis suisses vivant en Californie, nous avons eu l'occasion de prendre un lunch à votre restaurant. Nous n'avons jamais été aussi bien servis dans un restaurant de votre classe en commandant tout simplement l'assiette du jour à Fr. 21.00 avec pain, beurre et café,. . Nous y reviendrons, c'est sûr. Cerise sur le gâteau, on peut consulter les assiettes du jour sur le site Internet, donc pas de déception possible..

Loved the setting, great food. Would expect a larger choice of local vines though, as we are at the heart of a region known for its vine cultivation

The hotel was fantastic, the restaurant less so. We stayed in room 302, which had beautiful views on the lake out its dormer windows. I think it was a "superior double room with lake view." The room was smallish but comfortable and laid out well. It looked exactly like the pictures on the hotel website - very pretty and modern! The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, and the location was great. We took the boat into Vevey one day, and used the train the others. It's a bit of a hike up to the station when you have luggage, but certainly do-able. Unfortunately, we ate in the restaurant one night. We had 7:30 reservations but didn't get our food until almost 9:00. The food was fine, but no worth the wait. The other nights we ate at the Italian place next door, which had much better service. We never bothered with the breakfast since there are several much cheaper options in the vicinity.
