Best hotel we stayed while in Europe. Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable and they had fans available since the A/C was not switched over from the heat yet. Only postcards my grandkids received. Other hotels did not mail them.

Great hotel right next to the Eiffel Tower! Staff was super helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and we had a fantastic view of the Tower from our room. Parked our car under the hotel, but the only time we used it was to go to the Palace of Versailles. After all, the Bir Hakeim station of the Paris Metro is only a block from the hotel, and you can totally figure out how to use the metro if you've ever used any subway system. I can certainly recommend this hotel and would be glad to come back myself.

We booked this hotel for one night on Valentine's day. I asked for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and we were pleased to find out we got one. The room wasn't large but it was clean and decent. We got some free drinks in the mini bar and amenities like a coffee maker, hair dryer and shower gel were all there like you would expect. The staff at the reception was very friendly. Our overall experience was very good. I would recommend this hotel if you visit Paris and you're looking for a place to sleep. Metro is nearby and of course the best know Parisian tourist Hotspot.

Great price, awesome breakfast esp. The famous Croissants and coffees. Walking distance to Eiffel tower and staffs are very friendly. I will definitely come back and recommend Mercure Hotel to family and friends

If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

Great location! The view of the Eiffel tower is awesome:)! The breakfast buffet is really good. Only couple of cons-the lack of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion on the room, pretty important to guests:/. Other than that 👍.

Stayed there in April with my wife and young daughter, staff when checking in were disinterested. Room was very small, with the fridge only stocked with one bottle of water and two small UHT milk satchels. Only two small paper cups were supplied with some tea and coffee. In the five days we stayed there, the milk and cups were not replenished and we had to go down to breakfast restaurant to grab some. Breakfast buffet was OK and staff there friendly. Having said all that we would probably stay there again as the location is great and because we now know what to expect for the price. Footnote 4 star hotel in France is not equal to 4 star hotels elsewhere.

The hotel was easy access to the Eiffel Tower. That was 1 good point. Not a lot of space in the room. Also our room was quite hot we where given a fan which helped. Got back to our room for a rest just after 3pm the bed was still unmade and towels not changed so we just sat and waited. Had to ask for toilet paper as there was only a small amount left on the roll.
Sounds like a lot of complaining but at the end of the day we are the clients

While not my first choice of hotels, it was a very nice place to stay. I was lucky to get into the hotel after another hotel cancelled my reservation as I didn't have a late check-in. The hotel room I stayed in was small, with the shower separate from the toilet. (Not a bad thing, just a thing that was unexpected.) The room didn't have converted power or a USB port, so I had pick up a converter my first day in Paris. I had tickets for the breakfast buffet each day I was there, the selection is good I just recommend getting there early as the items can run out (scrambled eggs were quick to go). The black-out curtains are very effective in blocking out the light, better than I'm seen Stateside. The only real complaint I would have would be ordering room service. Each time I ordered room service, there was an issue with what I got. First time, they forgot an entree entirely; the second time, they didn't deliver the correct item I ordered and then wanted to charge me for another item to correct the first item.

The rooms were nice. Great beds and shower. Hotel staff was not very eager to help when we showed up almost as if we were bothering them. There were 4 people at the front desk not helping any customers and we still waited a few minutes before they acknowledged us. Overall the hotel was very nice.

This hotel was simply amazing and very accommodating as well as modern, clean comfy and tidy. The staff was nice friendly energetic, welcoming and knowledgeable and the check-in process was fast and easy. The rooms were immaculate, small yet cozy and just enough space for two people. The beds were big and comfy and the blankets we're so big you can get lost in them. The toilet was in a separate room away from sink and shower. The shower was pretty effin amazing falling from the ceiling in a waterfall like fashion. They also accommodate you with a complimentary bath robe and slippers. Mini bar filled with non alcoholic beverages and a espresso machine. Hands book this hotel, my boyfriend knew what he was doing when he booked this gem!!!

P.S. this hotel is about 2 min from the Eiffel tower and soooo worth what you're paying For it.

I reserved a double room with sofa bed. The check-in process was a real pain. I was first assigned a room which had problems with it's lighting. After 30 mins, we were asked to move to a different room. The room felt like from a budget hotel. The only positive of staying here is the location of the hotel. I got the standard room but online reviews suggested that privilege rooms are better. Overall, I would rate my stay with them as below average.

Close to the Eiffel Tower, subway station is 5 minutes away. Rooms are medium size compared to American hotels, bed is very comfortable, everything is clean, wc is separate from shower. Everybody is friendly, Julie was able to arrange a Dr visit very quickly, there is a pharmacy right across from the subway station. I’ll definitely stay here again. The coffee machine needs instructions.

Stayed at this hotel in May 2018. Around 45 mins drive from Paris Airport - 50 euros for a Taxi from airport

Location is amazing - very close to Eiffel Tower. Has a taxi stand right outside the Hotel. Has several restaurants within a mile of radius. The Hop on Hop off Bus stop for the various bus operators is also close by.

The Hotel itself was great. We stayed (2 adults and 1 kid ) in a Triple room ( 1 queen Bed plus a Sofa bed). Rooms was small but comfy. Sofa bed was very comfortable for our kid though it would make the room cramped. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Great bathtub! Do not mind if you don’t get a room with the Eiffel Tower view - since you can just get out of the hotel to enjoy a marvelous view! Has Foosball board in the Lobby - kids would love it

Breakfast was good- would suggest to take a room with breakfast included. If you pay separately for the breakfast at the hotel would be more expensive.

Overall a great experience! The only negative was that our check in was delayed by an hour and had to wait for some time.. otherwise a remarkable experience

This hotel has similar standard and value for money as other hotels in this price range in this area. The rooms are decent size but could do with a renovation soon. It is convenient to access from metro and commuter lines. Staff is friendly and the check in process is usually quick. Breakfast used to be better, now it is quite similar to other hotels.

Excellent customer service! The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. The breakfast has been the best that we've experienced at a hotel in a long time. Parking can get pricey at €28 a day, but parking is also at a premium in Paris, so paying for it is to be expected. Would I choose to stay at the Hotel Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel again? Most certainly, Yes!

If you like the Eiffel Tower, this hotel is a good choice. Very close to the tower. But I am not sure that you can see the whole tower from your room. In my case I could see just the top of the tower. Check it before booking. But it's just a few minutes' walk to the tower from this hotel!!!

Great location if you want to see the river and Eiffel Tower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit of a let down, though clean. I did not like the little cubicle of a toilet separate from the bathroom which was painted a garish purple with a damaged wall. Very basic heating /cooling controls, that did not really work. Finally I had to request an iron and received a non Steam iron with a burnt plate; this then marked my shirt.

The location is great, close to Eiffel tower, boulevard de Grenelle with several restaurants. Subway is nearby, Seine river is next door.
The breakfast is really good, quite a fair bit of choice and good products. Ideally you get it included in the price of the room.
Rooms are of good size and clean.
But there are few issues:
check in is not super efficient.
Internet is not super fast (I was in room 507) and disconnects quite often. This should be looked into asap, to work that makes things difficult.
And a desk in the room would be nice rather than a small table on wheels.

The view was non existent from our hotel room but it was in easy walking distance to the Eiffel tower and the Trocadéro Gardens. There was also a shopping mall within walking distance. The rooms were a tight fit but relatively clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend for a very short trip. While breakfast was not included, it was cheaper if you are a club member.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

We stayed in a standard room and it was a fairly mediocre experience. The positive aspects are the location - it is extremely close to the Eiffel Tower, which made navigating around the city extremely easy.

Aside from location though, our room left a lot to be desired. Only the rooms on the east side of the building will have a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. The rooms on the west side have a pretty ugly view of the parking lot and the back alleyways, which is what we had. We paid for the location, not the view though, so this wasn’t a huge deal for us, just something to be aware of if you’re planning to stay.

We also weren’t too impressed with the washroom setup. The washroom is split between two doors, one which contains the toilet and one which contained the sink and shower, both of which came off the entry hallway. Not a big deal for us, but one of the things we really disliked was the smell in the room with the toilet. It smelled like an outhouse. I’m not sure if this is because they kept the cleaning brush in the room with the toilet or what but it smelled terrible.

I think we may have gotten somewhat unlucky with our room. It was fairly small, which was to be expected, but the location was good and the staff at the front desk were very helpful, so I would consider staying here again.

We had only one night in Paris so I chose this hotel just to get the view of the Eiffel Tower (On my previous 2 trips to Paris I was not able to see the Eiffel tower light up at night so this was my one goal for my one night in Paris). Hotel Mercure did not disappoint. Although there was some general confusion at the front desk because they were extremely busy, it was nothing that a little bit of patience and a drink at the bar didn't solve. (By the way, the hot chocolate at the bar is DELICIOUS!). The room was amazing! We had a view of the tower from our bed and it was everything I wanted. The hotel has great location, close to the metro and walking distance from the Eiffel tower. A little hiccup was that our mini fridge was not cleaned out and re-stocked, but again, nothing of great importance. The staff was friendly and helpful with all of our questions and request, I'd definitely stay here again.

Came to stay just for one night here, the location is amazing, 2 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro stations! We stayed in a premier deluxe room and were a little disappointed to find the only difference with this room was a coffee machine, extra soap, and some free soft drinks, for the price we expected a larger room and at least breakfast included (Extra £20pp)!! Aside from that all staff were lovely and helpfull, the hotel was clean and modern

Loved staying at Hotel Mercure by Eiffel Tower! Location was perfect, close to trains. Really clean rooms, loved that the mini-fridge included complimentary beverages (depending on type of room you get). Beds were clean, pillows were comfortable. Love the purple decor and images of Eiffel Tower. I had requested a room with Eiffel Tower view, which I didn't get. Other than that, it was lovely.

Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower is great. Depending on the room you book (or get) the view could be amazing or completely drab. But honestly it's Paris, so why spend time in your hotel room? If you are accustomed to US hotel rooms, prepare for a change. The rooms are tiny, bathroom and toilet room feel like an after thought. I think a good comparison would be to Holiday Inn Express (in the US) except smaller. All in all this is a nice place. Friendly, English speaking staff is helpful. Location is convenient to the metro station. At the end of the day, it's a decent place to lay your head and recharge your batteries.

So far Hotel Mecure has been a blast, amazingly close to the Eiffel Tower which my wife loves. It is about a five to ten minute walk based on your speed. They were very helpful in assisting with all requests, while we were unable to request a Tower facing room due to the last minute nature of it, it is to be expected. Hotel Mecure was able to provide us with the Paris Museum Pass which unlocks access to all sorts of famous attractions for 2, 4, or 6 consecutive days which fits perfectly with our seven day stay. They were able to assist us even with our ignorance of not knowing the native language which was an original concern for us. All in all very thrilled with our experience this far, will update if things change.

This is a gorgeous looking hotel. The inside is very modern. You are a stone's throw away from the Eiffel tower and all the big museums. The rooms in that European tradition are quite small. You have to be in the room for the air conditioning to work. There is a lively looking bar on the second floor, a gym, restaurant, etc. A cab ride from the Eurostar to the hotel is roughly 20 euros. However the price to room ratio is a bit steep.

I booked a standard double room at Mercury Paris Centre Tour Eiffel. When I and my wife arrived from London, at the reception, we were selected as the special guests of the day (it looks like they do this every day). Our room was upgraded to a Privilege room, on the top floor (room 1208), with a very nice view of the tower, a free minibar, free drinks, and very fresh and delicious macaroons, all for free.

My wife was very happy with quietness and cleanliness of the room (happy wife, happy life :D). The room was modern. It was also spacious (in European standards :) ).

The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was great. Also, in their showers, they have the essential oil shower capsules, which are very refreshing. I did not go the fitness room, so I cannot comment on that. All in all, if I travel to Paris again, I will definitely consider this hotel.

Do not miss the Eiffel tower at night; the occasional sparkling lights make it very beautiful.

The only good thing about this place is that it's close to effiel tower.... not a 4 star hotel for sure.... not a value for money.

A motel in berlin had better rooms and amenities...
