Excellent hotel. Great location near the moulin rouge, place de clichy metro stop (lines 2 and 13) and numerous bus stops that can take you around most of the city with ease. Room was good, pillows fluffy though bed a bit hard. Decent shower pressure and separate toilet. Minibar comes with 2 bottle of water upon arrival which is not replenished though is useful to fill up with your own stuff. Excellent breakfast comprising continental, cereals, boiled and scrambled eggs, croissants. All unlimited and plentiful. Poor coffee out of the three different types of machine however. The hotel does not give you extra tea and coffee if you finish your rooms supply which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and hence loses a star.

Good hotel, great customer service, good location (close to metro and bus). The rooms are small but clean, with the exception of some carpet stains. Mini fridge stocked daily. Expensive, but i guess it is the same as all other Paris hotels.

Located in the quaint district of Montmartre in Paris, the hotel has larger than usual rooms. Close to the metro and round the corner from the famous Moulin Rouge. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. Good value for money in a pricey city.

I loved staying at this hotel. Very modern and clean. Standard rooms are on the small side. Not much of a selection for the breakfast buffet. Within walking distance of Sacre Coeur.

Overall good stay. Beds were a bit hard and water pressure in shower was weak compared to most hotels I have stayed at in Europe.

This place was really nice. Staff was nice, rooms were nice, and view was nice. Location was pretty good too. Brought down a star only cause they told me I had breakfast and than they said I didn't. My train got cancelled so I missed the first night and they said they couldn't refund my night. Not really their fault but I was hoping they'd help me out.

Location was absolutely amazing, we got a great deal on the room with Fleetway. The rooms are small but clean and sufficient. We were out in the city most of the time, so we didn't need the most extravagant room.

Surprisingly spacious and ideally located, we loved our stay in Montmartre. The hotel felt more like an American hotel, which was unexpected and nice.

The staff is friendly and cooperative. They also changed the room location as per our preference. The hotel location is awesome having easy access to metro station and having lot of food options. Just to mention, they do have good airport transfers.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of Clichy Metro Station (Line 2) and Montmarte. The staff are very professional and attentive and speak numerous languages. Breakfast is a self service buffet with a of choice of hot and cold food, catering for all tastes. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well decorated, some have a view of Paris over the rooftops.

Great hotel, great location, clean, modern, good views, free soft drinks are appreciated . Recommended.
Main problem some staff members are unhelpful I. E. Khalil who was rude and condescending and totally did not understand what good service and hospitality meant. He needs training as he lets this hotel down. All this because my key would not operate any of the three lifts and Khalil would not have any of it. Suggested I should walk to floor 9...

Excellent location in Montmartre, Paris within walking distance from Sacree Coeur. Plenty of cafe, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Easy access to public transportation. Nice and clean rooms. The only negative point is the lack of good view from rooms as the hotel is surrounded by buildings.

Nice, clean room with good AC. We were on the 9th floor with a great view of the town incl. the Eiffel tower. Bar terrasse was excellent during the sunny afternoon. Great service and quality. Good location in Montmartre with lots of cafes, bakeries and restaurants around. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Clean and well positioned, however there are done shortcuts that make it feel less than special. Eg lovely Nespresso machine but paper cups. Free soft drinks for 'privilege' customers but only plastic 'glasses' for those and in the bathroom.

Staff was not as accommodating. They were reluctant to help with their computer. When one side of the dining hall was full they will not sit you on the other side. Also, hated the showers. I don't understand why there're half doors I the showers. You are constantly worried about creating puddles on the floor. Neither the shower not the toilet have locks on the door. That being said, the hotel is on a good location. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity and the metro is only about 5 min away which is the cheapest way to travel. Uber only helps during non traffic hours.

I have recently had the pleasure of staying there for 5 days and the place was amazing; The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was well managed with an assomble of breakfast Items and fresh fruits. Hotel WiFI is very good; The location is near all the Landmarks via transit or Uber, (I took the( M) every where and saved tons of Euros). Google Maps and Google translate will be extremely handy too.Good Luck on your travels.

It's a Mercure so you know what you're getting. Good size rooms. Bathroom is fine - not sure why it would be regarded as small. €20 for breakfast is great value in Paris. Lots of choice . Bright dining room with a rooftop terrace in warmer weather. Location is great. 50M from metro. Ideal for getting around. Perfect if you're going to rugby or football. Short walk to Moulin Rouge and a stack of bars and restaurants. Will use again.

Very dated with a veneer of modern (plastic paneled bathroom for example). I'd expect real cups rather than paper cups for a four star hotel to be honest. Service was extremely slow.
On the plus side the rooms were clean and the bed very comfy indeed.

Location isn't too bad: not in the best area but Paris is so well connected through public transport it doesn't make a lot of difference. Rooms are a good size and have everything you need. Only the top couple of floors have views of more than the opposite building which we were fortunate enough to be given. All staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English.

The location of Mercure Montmartre is splendid, at 100 meters from the metro and 20 minutes walk far from Sacred Heart. The rooms are clean and well designed, I personally liked the modern style of the whole room that was assigned to me. The hotel grants also breakfast and dinner (also room service) and has a nice bar at the first floor of the building.

Location is easily accessible by the RER B followed by the Metro line 2. Beware that there are many flights of stairs to climb at the metro station, especially if you have lots of luggage. Would probably recommend a taxi or Uber to get here.
Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. My room had a separate toilet and shower, which prevented conflicts over washroom use. Room includes amenities such as a TV, mini fridge, safe, and fast Wi-Fi (the free Wi-Fi option was about 30 mb/s down and 7 mb/s up in my room.)
Service is very professional and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast option, which had a lot of fresh food, including pastries, fruit, and other items.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

You will enjoy staying at this hotel. It has nice location in historical part of the city. Nice stuff will help you with all your questions about the city. They also helped me to buy tickets to Louvre and I was inside the pyramid in 2 minutes without queueing.
Only thing which I don't recommend is breakfast inside the hotel. You will have exactly the same choice every day. So if you stay more then couple nights, consider going outside instead. It can be also cheaper.

It was a wonderful stay. Everyone was very polite. The hotel was beautiful, clean and well run. Would have given 5 stars except our reservation was lost. However they weren't rude, we had the confirmation for our stay so they found another room for us. The management were splendid and i wish i could remember the lobby employee that helped because she was so polite through our stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

Hotel Mercure was a great hotel for us! We loved the neighborhood of Montmartre and this hotel was in walking distance. It's nice, new, clean, trendy and offered an excellent breakfast! The rooftop terrace was a great way to get outside for breakfast, or to get connected to WiFi after a long day of sightseeing. We would highly recommend Hotel Mercure!
