Variety of food was good and tasty and cheap price for buffet

Good location , good lobby , good cafe in the lobby .. It is shaped like a ship .. but they are closed yesterday 3rd July 2018 .. No sign or notice stating why or for how long ..
that is strange .. the building cost not less 10 million US$ , designed to be a hotel .. Why would they close it !!!

Good location but ordinary rooms and food

It's good not that bad but they're mostly delay for most of request the guests asking.

Hotel is good value for money, offers both rooms with kitchen facility and without. The staff is courteous enough and the food is fair enough.

Average downtown western quality hotel to be near industrial zone in riyadh. Big mall at 200mts and a new avenue to walk afterwork.
Average Rooms. No 5 stars because the breakfast is not 5stars

This hotel is a modern art facility. You can get easily necessary things of your daily needs. The staff of the hotel is very co-operative as well as helpful. They are doing their best to make your tour memorable.

was staying for a workshop, close to my client office in Garnatah bsiness park, good food, service, to mentioned a little old but staff & excellent service made it up.

Elegant but small place & the varieties of their food are too limited. I don't think that this is even considered a 4 star hotel.

The rooms are spacious enough however the furniture is old and needs renovation especially the showers.
They should definitely increase the level of the cleanliness and personnel.
The kitchen (judging the breakfast buffet) is very average.
The front desk employees are very friendly and professional. That's the main reason this hotel got a 3 stars rating.

Good hotel, decent rooms, great hospitality, friendly staff, severe Indian breakfast and had country themed nights for dinner. Also had business center, gym, spa, party lawn and Hall. Best location of office is in Grenada business Park. It's also opposite to metro line bring built and just adjacent to hospital Moussat. On the down side it's relatively small, has only one restaurant and not many eateries around

I used to meet my friends in this hotel's lobby, good place , but I remarked that the service isn't as before

Local standards with a very poor breakfast. (But 2 eggs sunny side up is always a choice)

The rooms lack cleaning, a lot of stains everywhere.

It needs a new management to refurbish it completely.

The janitor decides when to show up, when to be ready to open the door for you.

Have not stayed at this hotel, however, I met a friend here for coffee in the lobby of the hotel. Large lobby with a good number of seating areas.

Splendid old-style hotel. Great reception, massive rooms, excellent customer service. Could do better with WiFi connectivity.

Good hotel in the outskirts of Riyadh. The rooms were a little worn out, but still ok. Cleanliness inside of the rooms was ok, but there were some stains. Breakfast buffet was good, but the coffee could be better. Friendly staff with quick service. The hotel is a decent choice if you need to do something in the area. Currently there is a huge construction site in front of the hotel.

Friendly staff and convenient location for the Granada and SEC, but the rooms are tired, some smell of stale smoke and the breakfast is not worth getting up for.

I only stayed at their cafe. It was a good place to sit and chat with your friends. As for the hotel itself, it's said to be one of the best in Riyadh.

Very slow check in process. Lobby lacks privacy settings. Rooms are fitting for a 3-star hotel. Breakfast buffet limited in collection with an unfriendly staff attending. Rude I may add.

The place stinks as soon as walk in to it. Smells like sewers and they keep trying to camouflage it with sprays and perfumes only to make it worse. Makes me question the complete healthiness of the place and the food they serve.
