Very nice hotel, rooms are comfortable and the pool is very nice. Breakfast was a la carte due to coronavirus and service was a little slow sometimes.

Great location to the ski slopes, charming decor, lovely hotel main areas, however small stuffy rooms and very small sauna area.
Wonderful staff (especially the reception), overly expensive as everything in StM unfortunately.

The hotel is centrally situated and our bedroom was spacious. The bathroom had a shower with a bath. A little space, in the bathroom, to put your toiletry bag would have nice. The service and the staff is excellent. The hotel's food served is very good. The hotel is well located if you like to ski.

This felt like a 4 star hotel. Very friendly staff at check in, prompt shuttle service to train station (i recommend you ask about pick up, it's a 15 minute up hill walk from the station to the hotel... If not, take the Escalator by the lake to skip the steepest part)
Breakfast included was basic, nice. Very good cheese and meat selection, delicious bread. Limited fruit and hot stuff (just bacon and eggs)
Location is very nice, decor is classic alps chalet with lots of room and modern clean bathroom. Quite spacious
Attached restaurant is a bit pricy (standard for the area), had good not great food, but outstanding fondue

The reason I went down to 3 stars:
- no AC, and Street outside is a bit busy at night so was noisy.
- double room is 2 twin beds with frame so cannot push together. Bed was hard, pillows flat and soft
- did not get to see or use pool/hottub as they close at 8... By the time we were done walking around and touring, we were starving so went straight to dinner, then it was too late!

Nice staff, the hotel is not large, it is cozy, the beds are comfortable, excellent meals in all restaurants, free parking at the hotel, close to the landlift station, cards for the cable cars on reception - including the price of accommodation (only if youdo not return it back - charge 10 CHE per piece). Also suitable for families with children, possibility to come with a dog - for not a big extra fee.

Quaint hotel with really cool layout, nice amenities. Only downside- no kettle in the room for morning coffee!

Not only is St Moritz beautiful but Hotel Steffani is the only place to stay. Friendly staff, great food in their restuarant and I loved the little bar near reception. Drinks flowed and tunes from the 90s kept our night going. Will be back in ski season but only if I can have the same fantastic room. Either way I'll be back.

5

Very mixed experience, can only compliment the quality of the service, the cleanliness and the location.
The whole hotel has what is unfortunately typical at many swiss hotels that interior has not been touched in the past 30 years while room prices do not reflect that.
Our room was a joke, the bathroom was like one from an 80’s movie in a bad sense having tiles with flower pattern on them, similar you could see at your grandparents house. Not mention the bathroom countertop (plastic in orange colour!!!) and the bedroom was the same timetravel with an old radio built in the sidetable, everything super clean though.
Breakfast was ok although far from 4 star hotel expectations. Local produce should be served i.e. butter (there was dutch!!! butter....while we are in the swiss mountains...in tiny plastic containers, why not a block from the local farm??), yoghurt, cheese, ham, etc. none of which was proudly presented as local product.
Spa seems like their latest renovation. Looks good although the sides of the swimming pool were dirty and the rest area was open to the other parts of the spa so there was not much resting and quietness when people and kids were noisy at the other parts of the spa. A simple door would have done the job.

Took the single room with the shared bathroom, was very nice. Exceeded all expectations, the bathroom is shared with only 3 other rooms and is constantly kept clean. The included breakfast was very nice, combine that with a central location you can't go wrong.

Top class hotel in ideal location to hammer the slopes and get the first lift up, ideally located to enjoy all the nearby bars and clubs. Literally on the doorstep. Steffani restaurant food is excellent (I had the Lamb Cutlets) service was good, waiters are attentive. I only speak English but the menu has English and there are no language barriers. Being in Switzerland would suggest trying the local beers. Rooms and hotel is fantastic, haven't managed to try the Sauna yet but it looks luxurious especially after a long day.
There is also a free shuttle to and from the station

Stayed in the Sportsman rooms with no regrets. Great location in the center of town, and the transit pass they give you when you stay during the summer provides unlimited free access to all of the local buses, trains, funiculars, and gondolas. Go up one mountain per day with two people and the amount you save not paying for the transportation is actually more than the cost of the hotel room.

We had an amazing room with a wonderful view of the lake. Slept really well, and the room was huge. Staff was friendly. But the food was a bit lackluster.
