Excellent customer service. They make you feel like family. The room was great. Only negative was the see through bathroom/shower (I was staying with my mom) and the elevator is tiny. Location is great though. Everything is a 12-30min walk away so we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, etc.

Room was good enough. Clean and had nice shower and bed. The rooms have some strange lighting in different colours. Mine have a small balcony with a view of the eiffel tower just about.

The best staff! Made our first trip to Paris feel like home.

We loved our room. We had the suite on the 7th floor. It had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Bathroom and shower was huge. Customer service was great from the staff except for Gregory. He was arrogant and made you feel like you did not belong there for example our driver picked us up at 630. We wanted to bring coffee with us and he said breakfast did not start until 7. We asked for some milk and he said no. He was also rude when we asked questions. I have never stayed in a hotel where there was such an unhelpful , unwelcoming person. He should not be in the public service industry. However, there was a woman that worked there at the front desk who was awesome and could not do enough for you. Despite this I would still recommend this hotel.
