Great value. Free hot breakfast. Bar. The "restaurant" is very limited. I think they only microwave things. Went for five days, for work. Close to a lot of things...shopping, food, gas, grocery. Fridge and microwave. The run I was in had nice decor but the walls and bathroom need updating. Quiet. Bed was comfy.

Stayed there for work. Been there frequently over the last couple months. Staff are very friendly and know me by name at this point. Food at the restaurant is serviceable if a little pricey. Rooms are clean and large enough. Chair was broken at the desk I used and I couldn't get any heat either. Was a bit chilly, but there are extra blankets, so it's okay.

My stay here was fabulous! We had a little suite on the third floor. Everything was very clean and in good repair. There was a small problem with the TV and it was addressed promptly and cheerfully. Every staff member I encountered met me with a smile and a kind greeting. Each one stopped what they were doing and looked me in the eye as they spoke. At no time was I made to feel as though I was interrupting them. Customer service is so important and each person here excelled in it. I loved the suite and can't say enough about the breakfast that is included! Omelette's to order, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, and fresh fruit!! The atmosphere of this hotel ensures that one has a nice stay!

Could have been better but...
Now mind you I've stayed at this hotel chain every time specifically this one one of the main things I appreciate is the morning buffet I know only one of the first people up to get it but a couple of his sister that have happened where an employee has stopped me and asked me if I was a resident in the hotel even though I was dressed in full three piece suit so she cut hair and after I had shown her my room card she asked me what room number and then suspiciously she walked away to the maitre d

Great staff. Very warm and helpful. The free breakfast alone is reason to stay here. The room are spacious and immaculately clean. No Smoking on premises is a plus.

This is the second time I have stayed here at The Hyatt House in Sacramento/Rancho. The staff provides excellent service throughout. The rooms are very spacious as well as clean along with chuck full of extras. To top it all off they provide a dynamite complementary breakfast, and I am not talking about muffins and cream cheese. Their is a cook who will prepare you an omelet your way. If that is not your to your liking they offer a buffet style breakfast along with that with a multitude of choices. Each time I am in the area this will be my hotel of choice. Great stay.
