Jaime Mixon and Julie were amazing. I had reservations at another hotel that was "pet friendly". The pet rules were not "friendly". After worrying about my accommodations, I ran to the Hyatt. They were amazing. We got a room for the 5 nights, and my pups were very happy. Thanks for calming a worried pet Mom..

After a long drive to our first vacation destination, we were greeted by smiling faces. Jaime Mixon immediately cleared up a problem I had due to booking with an online website instead of directly with the hotel, without hesitation she went above and beyond. Every morning my children were greeted pleasantly and welcomed “home” after a long day of fun. Everyone was warm and welcoming at the front desk. What a pleasant experience!
The pool was clean and the towels were replenished constantly. The grounds were kept up. One of the elevators didn’t work but I understand that happens in life.
I would surely go back to Mystic, Conn. and mostly to stay at this hotel. Thank you to the staff for all the guidance and help in making our trip memorable.

Great clean room. Great service. One complaint is that the alarm clock was not cleared before I got there so I ended up walking up at 2am. But overall good experience. Beautiful town, beautiful hotel.

Clean and comfortable! The rooms are large and comfortable with a nice big TV, mini fridge. Bathroom was clean also. The AC worked great. We enjoyed the pool quite a bit! Staff is friendly and helpful. We love Hyatt's and this one did not disappoint!

Nice hotel with nice rooms. Nice bar area with a lovely food menu. Has a swimming pool as well. Place was clean and well looked after. Would highly recommend.

Positives - Large towels, fast flush toilet, comfy beds, could add a foam pillow; great lighting for make up; great sitting room within the room with desk and wifi; they don't throw you out after the breakfast buffet ends, comfortable furniture; clean facility, and air conditioning works great; close to great restaurants and shops; easy off RT 95. Staff very friendly! Negatives - hold your door as doors slam really loudly; couldn't try the pool as it was closed, I don't use the gym, but my friend said they did not have weights and did not know you could ask for them at the front desk, and we did not know they had partnership with local YMCA which is a positive, but negative if not made aware. Our refrigerator froze our food!

We had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were large and well-appointed, enough to comfortably accommodate a family of five. The staff was friendly and responsive...We had several requests during our stay, and they were answered very quickly. Breakfast gave a lot of choices, and was available when we needed. I would stay here again.

Beautiful stay. It's close to places to eat and things to do. We had a very nice stay. The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. Very nice people at the desk and at the breakfast. The negative thing I would say is the room was rather small and tight. Not much room to move around.

Great location, close to a lot of what Mystic has to offer. The breakfast is typical hotel fare, nothing great but not bad at all. Hotel staff is great, like really great. They are always willing to help with a recommendation or anything else I asked. Only thing I didn't like was that there is no laundry room, I had to go to a laundry mat down the street.

Overall we liked it. Greeted wonderfully upon arrival. Staff was friendly throughout from front desk staff to housekeeping. Really made you feel welcome. Quiet hotel for sleeping. Great bed, very restful sleep. Large room with good space. Liked the couch, very comfy. Did not like the bathroom set up. Shower toilet separate from sink mirror area big turn off. Really can't brush your teeth etc in private anybody on the couch or bed is in plain view. Bad idea.

I absolutely loved this place! I “lost” my phone in the room, it fell underneath the sleeper sofa couch and was on silent but the man at the front desk was so helpful in trying to help me locate it. No matter the time the staff is amazing. Room was spacious for a 2 queen size room. Definitely staying again.

Awesome rooms.. stayed here with 6 people in 1 room very comfortably with no extra charges.. very clean. Only complaint is that it's across the road from Old Mystic Village but there's no easy way to get over to the Village so we had to take an Uber which was absurd.. if they could build a lighted path down the side it would be ideal.. seaport and downtown are only minutes away

Spacious rooms. Low cost. Free wifi. Full complimentary breakfast bar in the mornings. 24/7 free coffee. And super close to downtown Mystic and Foxwoods Casino. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean hotel with modern styling. Bathroom was oddly configured with the sink situated on a counter outside of the shower and toilet. Hallway ways were a little on the acoustically challenged side, but they have a very strict noise policy so it wasn't an issue.

The people working the front desk for very helpful but we had a lot of problems with our card keys not working also I don't think the rooms have been renovated for about 20 years they actually have S-Video components on their TVs. The rooms are really dark and the bathroom particularly I don't think they actually heat the bathroom because it was freezing. I did appreciate that they had actual living space in the room with a big sofa and business space. It was big space for kids to play ld the pool area was really great.

The staff was excellent. We had issues when booking through an outside website and the dates got mixed up. The manager honored the rate and hot us a refund from the outside site. Will definitely stay here again, clean, large room and outstanding staff.

The rooms were overall fairly nice. The set up works well but our room was only two full size beds which for two adults too sleep in was quite tight. I wish more of the room was deducted to the beds and not the couch which no one uses. Other than that I don't like the fact that the sink is outside the bathroom but that's a personal gripe. As for real issues, our sheets had a large stain in them which looked closely like urine but unfortunately want noticed until the morning when the sheets were visible. Also, the lights in the bathroom are terrible. They take forever to turn on and they are super dim making it very sketchy. The morning breakfast was decent. The pancakes were cold and hard as a rock but the eggs were good. Also the signing of a no party policy upon check in was a first for me and very odd as I have visited a lot of hotels, none of which made me sign anything like that but it's not a huge deal.

The room was great! Plenty of room to sleep and the sofa was a bonus. The location was perfect. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast could use some improvement. The breakfast selection was limited and the pancakes lacked flavor.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating of our dogs. Price was reasonable, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was delicious. Basically everything you might want in a hotel!

Beautiful clean room...desk staff was friendly and helpful.
The 24 hour coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful.

Great place to stay in Mystic. Great staff, clean spacious rooms, and a shuttle to take you downtown. Would definitely stay here again when visiting.

The room was very large. I have a family of 5 and having a sitting room and a bedroom really helped. The room was also clean as was the entire hotel. Breakfast is included and was fine, but the area was a little cramped to serve all of the morning guests. They also run a shuttle all day. The staff was friendly. The only criticism of the whole place is the design of the bathrooms. The toilet and tub are housed in a very small room and the sink and mirror are in the bedroom. Perhaps it is more functional, but I wish the sink was in the bathroom.

Great place for a quick get away. Clean, great staff, pool is heated and clean. Breakfast is included, scrambled eggs were delicious. The shuttle was a wonderful service.....I think my kids liked that the best......they're still talking about the driver Miguel.

Our room was very spacious and nice. The location was very good since we were so close to the ocean and many restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helped us with any problems we faced. I would definitely come here again if I visit Mystic.

Great spot to stay, dogs are allowed. Rooms and hotel are very contemporary and clean and spacious. Staff is so courteous and professional. Walking distance to many attractions in Mystic if you don't mind a little bit of a walk. Otherwise there is a shuttle, but this area does get trafficky at peak tourist times.

I stayed in room 329. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The room was very clean and staff was super friendly and accomadating.

We've stayed here twice in the past few years once in the fall and once in the winter. The rooms we were assigned were very clean and modern. Daily rates are very affordable for a nice hotel. The hotel as a whole is very clean and modern and staff are extremely courteous. They offer a pay shuttle to the nearby casinos. Approximately $15. About 20 minutes to Foxwoods. Walking distance to the aquarium and Mistick Village. Mystic Seaport is about 2 to 3 miles down the street. Located near the main highway . We first stayed here because the original hotel we booked was a dirty dive. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Mystic in the future. They also have a bar and a dining area in the lobby for their continental breakfasts. Look forward to staying here again.

Excellent location, clean- well appointed rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff, free WiFi / Breakfast, very walk-able, and OUTDOOR heated pool. I had considered Air B&Bing it but am so glad I didn't.

I like the hospitality, breakfast and most of all its dog friendly. Otherwise this place would he quite ordinary. Their hospitality was amazing. They let me check in at about 10am, they made color copies for my work needs free of charge and they went so far as to remember me every day!

Great location (walking distance to the shops and aquarium, as well as being close to the seaport and downtown). Very helpful staff that helped make my wife's birthday special with a surprise for her! Amazing breakfast and comfortable, spacious rooms. Would highly recommend!

Where to start... $20.75 for 2 beers and a half a shot of rum. Pillows were way to soft, even when I folded both of them up. Food was like a flash back to 1970's elementary school lunch. Guests slamming doors till 2:15 am and the smell of Marijuana outside the door. We went there for seminar with my husbands work so the room was free, but the only good thing about the place was the water pressure. That was fantastic, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Quiet, and clean. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is centrally located in Mystic. The free breakfast was OK, but it's was free so no complaints here

Clean and comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service provided by Daric and Miguel. They offer a free shuttle service from 4-10 to and from local hotspots. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby. We managed to get an outstanding room rate for a king suite in the off-season, and will most likely return during the peak season after our experience.

Due to not being able to check into the original hotel we booked. They easily helped us find an affordable price last minute. The location and amenities are phenomenal. While the McDonald's next door isn't open they have a kitchen open 24/7 serving phenomenal food. Very kind and informative staff. Couldn't be more pleased.

The hotel was lovely, and located close to everything we wanted to see/experience. We had a fantastic stay. The only changes I might make would be that the couch cushions need new foam, and the pillows are not the best.

I really like the Hyatt Place chain in general, and this one is also very good. When I got to my room there was a welcome letter and a large cookie and two apples--lovely. The rooms are very spacious, much larger than comparable hotels. I also like the breakfast, with good oatmeal and a nice selection of hot items.

Recently, my company had a conference based at this hotel. I was responsible for working with the hotel to coordinate everything. First and foremost, every person I spoke with with was pleasant, helpful, and amazingly positive. We were meeting to discuss leadership and putting our customers first and found the perfect examples of leaders all around us. We saw Adam after working all night stop to ask us if he could help us with anything. We saw Susan with a smile every time we came around a corner and always helping with anything that we needed. Christian from the sales department was always solicitous and helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had along the way. Truly, there are so many other people I should mention in this review, but I can't remember all their names. Thank you for an amazing stay and for making us Hyatt customers for life! Very polite and friendly staff who were fairly knowledgeable about the area. The room was great. Spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable (as we're the pillows). Ample amounts of parking although the lot was a little tricky to find at night since we were unfamiliar with the area. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The room was nice however larger beds for the price would have been nice. Overall a nice place to crash for the night. Free breakfast doesn't hurt either.

Our king room was amazingly large and very comfortable, featuring a partition for the bedroom, separate vanity area from bathroom, and sitting area with desk, L-shaped couch with Ottoman, and extra large TV. We even had a wet bar. We were on the second floor and experienced no noise disturbances, though the hotel seemed plenty busy. All personnel were incredibly gracious and polite. My one recommendation would be an upgrade to the fitness room; the cardio machines were quite new and high-tech but free weight options were lacking. Overall, an incredible stay in a very convenient location.

Crew at the Hyatt are very accommodating and helpful. It was a pleasure staying there. Breakfast was TOP NOTCH. Rooms beautiful, spacious, clean. Best nights sleep I've experienced out, EVER. Definitely can expect me again!
