The restaurant guys Mr. Redouane and Gani always help to choose food and they are the best cooperative persons at restaurant and bar. Very polite and customer oriented.

Very nice, clean hotel. Interior very modern with some nice details. Room are small but enough for sleep. During March a little hot inside. Service very good.
Breakfast mostly based on French style.

Dabiya -Very very nice person, always smiling, works with professionalism, quality service. Excellent in her job. Enjoyed my daily breakfast. Understands & speaks fine English. Very happy with her excellent services

The place is nice and quiet. But the service is not that good some server try to steal. I suggest you always pay what you see in the last bill.

Wi-Fi is decent, very clean hotel, food is good and customer service is excellent. Free transport to airport and back every hour is another plus.
However it would be better with an available gym...

A nice business hotel offering basic and decent accommodations for business travellers. Very good location close to the airport as well as located in the business area of Beb Ezzouare in Algiers. Tights rooms, comfortable enough rooms, moderate wifi and friendly staff. Quiet expensive though but up to the common rates in Algeria.

This is a business hotel. Rooms are of average size, beds are comfortable if you have a double one. Otherwise, in case of single, too small. Breakfast is below average and machine coffee is bad. Overpriced but from the other hand all hotels In Algiers are expensive. It a clean hotel

We had a lovely staying at the Ibis Hotel. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Cleanliness is top notch. Overall very happy with my staying and would recommend it.

Le service est OK, mais sans enthousiasme. Aucun empressement du personnel. À l'arriveee il n'y avait pas de serviettes pour la douche. J'ai eu un tapis de douche une journée sur 4. Viennoiseries du matin trop cuites ou sèches. Œufs brouillés soit liquides ou durs parce que restes trop longtemps sur le réchaud.

Rien de bien grave, mais rien qui ferait que l'expérience soit hors du commun. Un bon hotel pour dormir en voyage d'affaire, sans plus.

The staff are very nice, and ready to help. But the hotel itself is deteriorating (poor maintenance), and does not deserve three stars in my opinion. The airport shuttle is very useful, but the very helpful shuttle drivers are overwhelmed and need help.

Everything is good but the absence of a stable Internet connection , Gym or Swimming pool reduces the number of activities after a long day.

I would like to recommend to increase the coffee quality at the breakfast. Also please check the room, the floor is getting old and damaged

Niece place and good hospatility.Rooms are very good and hygenic.

The parking is an issue. We are lucky tha we don't have a luggage, and it's not raining.
The room wasn't ready we hadto wait inside to get the towels an additional bed without bed sheet . Hopefully it was only one night.
It's the first time i payed the hotel wethout getting the invoice . The amount was above the booked one.

Very good hotel in Alger. I stayed there only two days for business, the breakfast is very good and also the dinner, a great buffet.
Rooms are comfortable with a very big shower.

Everything was great, the only thing that bothers me the room smells like cigarettes

I book wrong date of stay. The staff who helps me change date of stay with smile all the time.

7/10 , it's good if you want to be close to the airport and the mall , otherwise the rooms need renovations , the reception is not that welcoming , room service is medium , not easy to book a room , it's not for tourists , and the prices are exaggerated .
