Had rental car so didn't have problem getting to places. They are one of the few casinos that still offers free self parking. Rooms are nice and clean but you can tell that it is getting old and they will need some updates. We needed toothbrush and requested concierge for it and it took about an hour or so to receive one. I think that's an average time for most of hotels to fulfill the guests request. What was very thoughtful of them was that we didn't mention the toothpaste cause we already had one but they sent it to us along with toothbrush.

This hotel is huge and amazing, check in was easy and quick, I was upgraded to a premium suite when I checked in which was very spacious and luxurious, I didn't want to leave the room and go anywhere else.
The hotel has 6 swimming pools and 40 restaurants! That's what the map said. It's gigantic. I ate at the Tao and Luxe Cafe and both were great, I tried the Italian restaurant in the large hall and the food was gross. Stay away from Italian food.

Staying at the Palazzo is just a better deal for your buck. Treatment is better and so is the environment around. Quality is there from beginning to end. We had three TV in the spacious room. Wine glasses to drink water. Robe for her and him. Sound proof room without the cigarette smoke. We got a little living room and ghetto was nowhere to be found. Plus we saved on time just for being on the strip. That is when your budget permits

Beautiful hotel and great rooms! Not too smokey of a casino room. Registration is quick, you do have to walk through the casino to get to your room. Security check before getting on the elevator, which is a nice feature so don't forget your room key card. Clean resort too. No coffee in the rooms but you do get two free Starbucks coffee.

Very, very nice. My room, the pool areas, and the common areas were clean, fresh, and impeccably maintained. Staff was super friendly. I can't speak to the value or cost as I was visiting for work and work was paying a contracted price. My only complaint--acknowledging that this is Last Vegas--is that I despise cigarette smoke and one has to cut through the casino to get to the rooms. To the casino's credit and why I still gave five stars, the air exchangers definately got most of the smoke.

We come here for our Anniversary every second year. The staff is always amazing.
The casino is well appointed and doesn't seem to have the same lingering smell of cigarettes that the Venetian has.
There are plenty of elevators, so wait time is reduced getting to your room. And, like the Venetian, all rooms are suites.
Plenty of entertainment and dining choices between the two hotels.

One of the best hotel in Vegas. They have very good restaurant. All rooms are very good large and clean. The rooms are the best that you will get anywhere in Vegas at that price. They have got the best decorations in premises and you could spend hours within the hotel just clicking photos at various spots. There are lots of trendy restaurants including upscale steak houses, Asian bistros and continental stuff. The variety on offer for the food is just amazing. The room service is simply excellent. The grand canal shoppes are a must visit for anyone coming here, the theme, the ambiance, the food and the gondola rides are just amazing. There is so much more to do here than just playing at the casino. The location of the hotel in the strip is pretty amazing too. You are at the dead center of the strip and very close to the upscale fashion mall. The got many pools to chill out during summers, you cant rent a cabana for a relaxing experience. The spa amenities are excellent too.The greatest thing about this hotel is the party atmosphere, you will see tourists in all kinds of trendy dresses having a blast at all times.

Best hotel in VEGAS! The suites (all rooms are suites) have it all including super comfy King size bed, bar, large couch and sitting area and dining table. The marble and glass bathrooms are spacious. All amenities included with access to 10 pool areas. The staff are friendly and helpful. Love it every time we visit.

The moment you walk in Palazzo, the place just feel luxurious. Staff are helpful available when you need them. Security personnel is discreet, but noticeable. Restaurant are too far from gaming area. Restrooms are clean and sink area wipe down the moment you walk away. Dealers know their game very well enough to explain to new potential players. Cashing out large denomination of chips required a driver's license and, or government issued ID.

Very nice accommodations, stayed in a nice room almost 950 SQ ft, (used points so it was cheaper) otherwise fairly expensive but comparable to other nice hotel casinos. The room was modern but classy, especially the bathroom suite.
I was lucky enough to get a late check-out for 4pm!! Restaurant selection always seemed busy and needed reservations or a 30+ minute wait. Staff, all the staff was great. I'll definitely return.Nice

We had a fantastic stay. Our suite was so beautiful and comfortable. Everything was made for us to relax. The location was pretty good if you don't mind walking a but to get to other areas on the strip. The shops inside were of a good assortment but most pricey, though I am not that surprised about that at all. The only thing I didn't care for was being roped into a free sample where the staff wouldn't back off until I bought something, and then they hide the price from me and it was almost $1000.00. Now granted, I know that I am the stupid one for buying without seeing a price, but I felt super pressured. This ruined my last day in Vegas as there were no returns. It was just a very dirty sales trick and I didn't appreciate it. Without this incident I would give the hotel 5 stars.

I'm a Local...I have stayed pretty much everywhere on the strip... Fifth time here and still enjoy it. It's one of the best for having access to everything but still being able to check out and have peace. Stayed in the Sienna suite which is larger than most apartments. Great Service, staff and security. Go To hotel !

Rooms are huge and clean and beautiful. Bathroom is luxurious. We had a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The bath products are actually amazing. Like any casino in Vegas, the layout is confusing and it feels like you spend 20 years trying to get out, but that's the way it goes. Couldn't ever figure out the light switches in the room, but do appreciate the switches to open and close the curtains.

Arrived at the hotel on a Friday night around 11:30pm. We had a luxury suite that was reserved around 3-4 weeks prior. They told us they were completely booked and the only rooms available similar to ours was a room at the Venetian or an accessible room (disabled/handicapped, etc). So we took the accessible room - the only difference being no sunken living room and the shower is also part of the tub. I was looking forward to the sunken living room, but this is fine.

I love this place! When we first stayed there many years ago, I fell in love with their large rooms and smaller boutique style feel yet still easy access to the bigger casino perks of being connected to the Venetian. You never get lost from your friends in the casino and they have all of my favorite games. There are so many wonderful restaurant choices that you can't possibly try them all in one trip. The shopping is amazing, too. Canyon Ranch is onsite, too!

Just stayed here for a work conference. The entire staff was amazing! The food was over the top and the portions were huge, but hey it's Vegas.
I think the casino floor was a bit to open for my personal taste but overall the table games were fun! The check-in process is so easy and they text you when your room is available. The room was spotless and about the largest on the strip that I have seen.

This is my go-to hotel on the strip. The rooms are large and laid out well. The beds are extremely comfortable and the auto-shades are a nice added feature. While this hotel can be a bit expensive, you really get what you pay for, and it’s always worth it. The location is great as well, avoiding the mayhem of the heart of the strip, but it’s easy to walk there! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Not only is this hotel beautiful and perfectly located, they're great to dogs! They charge a per night fee (which nearly all hotels on the strip do) but they give each pup a bark box, filled with treats, and toys, and a nice porcelain water bowl. And to top it off, they have a MINI DOG PARK!! Yep, shaded and fully fenced in! My dogs were very happy!

Everything I'm the property looks new and is very well designed. It's a very pretty place with lots of work put into the environment. The spa and gym facilities are also updated and nice. The staff are very nice as well. Lots of restaurant options to boot. It is connected to the Venetian, and everything is fairly sprawling and oversized, so it feels like a massive resort on its own, which isn't really 'my thing', but I still enjoyed it.

Beautiful resort and the suite we were in had everything you could want in a home away from home. The suite had a sunk in living room with a T.V. located in that area as well as the bedroom. The bathroom was amazing with a oversized bathtub that was made for pampering yourself. Marble floors with a closed door to the toilet, a separate shower, his and hers sinks, and great vanity. The hotel offers a stocked refrigerator but it would be nice if they offered a refrigerator for the guest use also.

Solid upscale casino/resort on the Las Vegas Strip. Lots of food options from Cafe, to sit down, to a food court. A few clubs and big swimming pool. Rooms are BIG! Two queen sized beds (or 1 king) and sunken living room with couch pull out full size bed. Large bathroom in rooms, has separate shower and bathtub.

The location on The Strip is fantastic - within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Our suite is so large and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff here, making sure every one of your needs is met. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again for our next Vegas trip.

Great hotel. I'm not really a Vegas guy--only come for conventions--but I've stayed in the Palazzo twice and it hasn't disappointed. The rooms are big, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff has always been friendly. And it's location on the strip makes other Vegas adventures easily accessible.

Great room accommodations! Nearly the same as the rooms a The Venetian except a little more modern and a little more actual room. The parking is free and located in an underground garage. The casino has a great ventilation system considering how it is still legal to smoke inside in Vegas. My clothes don't smell like smoke even after spending 5 hours in the casino area. Minimum blackjack i saw was $15/hand.

This is a very nice hotel for five star with excellent amenities. Like many of the good hotels on the Strip this one has a pretty good-size Casino as you walk through. Before you get into the elevator there is a security guard that checks and make sure you have a room key. Extra security in my opinion. We got the Bella Suite which comes with two queen beds and huge bathroom as well as a sunken in living room. The couch even has another bed option. This suit was 700 square feet which is massive compared to anything else on the strip in this price range. I found a service to be friendly and people were super nice to you. Not quite as famous as some of the other hotels on the Strip but it is just as nice in my opinion. I would stay here again no problem.

I love staying at The Palazzo/Venetian. We stay here for a convention every year and. It is super convenient being able to wake up and. Walk downstairs between the two hotels. The food choices are excellent and top notch. The staff has always been super nice and everything we needed they were able to accommodate. My trick is to rent a car and just give the valets a couple bucks to park the car instead of having to find a spot during busy times.

Review based on shops, casino, and restaurants. Have not yet stayed at hotel.

Lots of high end selection for shopping an food. Links to the Venetian easily. Many of the shops are the same as most of the other strip places so you will see lots of the same stuff.

Ate at Morels and Canaletto. Both were great with excellent service. Good wine choices and food was excellent. Both restaurants were busy so reservations are recommended. There were lots of choices to eat at in many price ranges.

Casino and shop areas of the hotel were clean and done in a higher end/less tacky way then seen at others.
This would be a hotel of choice for future stays.

We reserved Venetian, but they ran out of non smoking rooms so we were upgraded to Palazzo instead. Palazzo is definitely much better than Cesar's Palace given it is newer. They are both similiar in design, but Palazzo is much more spacious with a living room area. The insulation is better as well. It is also very quiet and not crowded if that's what you prefer.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. Rooms are definitely worth the price. View of the strip from my room included the Treasure Island pirate show and our several swimming pools down below. Visits to The Palazzo are always top notch! The rooms are in the top tier of what Vegas offers without breaking your budget. The rooms are very well kept, up to date, modern, and loaded with amenities. Suites have living room, bedroom and very ample restroom. The casino has all the table games, slots, bars, and restaurants. Located in a very hot spot of Las Vegas blvd and in close proximity to great destinations. Thank you Palazzo for never disappointing.

Had a great time staying at the resort. Went in January, pool was open, lots of space and chairs. Fitness center was great with lots of cardio machines, weight area was smaller but still with lots of equipment and space. Lots of great shops and places to eat. Rooms were large with spacious bathroom and living room area separate from the sleeping area. Mini fridge can't be used because it's full of stuff they want you to buy.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It had a hall, bedroom, pathway, and bathroom - all very spacious. You have window screens that can be fully controlled via buttons on the wall, 3 TVs - one is the hall, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. You have a separate work/computer table as well. It's was wonderful to stay in this room. If you're traveling with family, this would be the best room to chose for the amount of space it offers.

Nice luxurious casino. With bridge crossing over to the Wynn and is connected to the Venetian. Place has good restaurants. Parking is free in its 4 story underground lot. Front desk staff were very welcoming and hospitable, especially when I checked out with Bradley. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping did a phenomenal job every day. Room service was fast and great. The only complaint I have is that my phone's pre programmed buttons didn't work; it would dial a random rooms number. I had to call the 1800 number to reach the front desk, and was charged for making a long distance call. Bradley waived the fee at the end, great way to not leave a sour taste in what would be a fantastic experience.

Beautiful Hotel, Casino and Spa! This was a special "Girl's Weekend" trip, and we wanted to do it right. After much research and also a recommendation from a coworker, I booked the "Palazzo." This hotel is the newest sister hotel to "The Venetian." It's a plus, because if you are staying at one of these 2 hotels you can use the amenities of the other location, including their gorgeous swimming pools. The suites are stunning with ceiling to floor views of the best of Vegas. I will definitely return to the "Palazzo!" Next time, I'm going to ensure that I reserve one full day of my trip, just to spend that time at the "Canyon Ranch Spa" located in the hotel. It's a must.

I've been in a couple of the competitors in the Strip and definitely as a great offer of stores, restaurants, including SUSHISAMBA and Sugar Cane and you can't go wrong! Haven't experienced the casino, so it's hard to tell, but I'm guessing it's well organized and has fixtures for all tastes.
The rooms are very good, comfortable and the house keeping is top.
Offers great views, comfortable bed and spacious areas for business or leisure. The health club is spacious with great variety of exercising machines.
Had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is huge. There are so many conference rooms and the halls are humongous. The luxury suite we're staying in looks like the rooms in the Venetian. Same layout, different decor. The view is overlooking the roof of the casino. There was construction going on at the floor above the room so not too much peace and quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Would come here again.

Absolutely gorgeous. I loved everything about my stay here. Would definitely recommend. The rooms are significantly larger than any other standard room on the strip. Well worth it! Only negative - I did not become a millionaire at your craps table and I'm not happy about it ;) so, if you could do something about that, just for me and no one else, I'd be over the moon! Six stars!

....Our absolute go-to (residence) in Las Vegas.

Greeted with a smile upon check in. Acknowledged by first name throughout my floor. Spacious comfortable suits throughout, are just some of the first rate amenities the Palazzo has to offer.

Secured and clean areas of this hotel only adds to the sophisticated ambiance for the privileged few.

Big on relaxing in lieu of gaming. Perfect spot!

Fantastic dining options at both Palazzo and adjoining Venetian Hotels, definitely makes this my home away from home.

I can't ask for better guys! Thank you, will stay every time I visit Las Vegas.

Great place for the privileged few! My go to place in Vegas.

Very nice hotel. I had a great stay there. Nice clean rooms and great staff. Awesome pool and hot tubs also. I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the security guard asking to see my room key by the elevators. It was an elderly gentleman and he was actually quite rude about the fact that I forgot my room key in my room.

Gorgeous and classy! My suite is beautiful and spotless. You would be hard pressed to find any flaws. The bed is so comfy, you don't want to get out. There are numerous places in the room to either lounge or get work done. The soaking tub is wonderful and the vanity in the bathroom is perfect for doing make up and hair. All this just barely scratches the surface of all the wonderful details.

Lovely hotel,

Every room is a suite. Located at the top end of the strip next to the Venetian and near Treasure Island. Beautifully themed hotel with lovely architecture.

We had a sunken in living room and a view of the strip. Connected to Sands Expo for conferences.
Beautiful pools. Many great restaurants. The Grand Luxe Cafe has great food an extensive menu and is surprisingly reasonable. People who worked in the hotel seemed happy and were helpful.

Overall a great hotel. I would definitely return.

The customer service literally from every employee I had interaction with was excellent. The room was very clean and they had multiple TVs so you could watch while on the bed or the couch. Definitely money well spent and I will stay here next time I'm in Vegas.

From check In to check out, everything was phenomenal. Service was second to none and we are in no way big spenders or players. It was refreshing to be treated as such anyway. The rooms are gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Everything is clean and location is excellent. The access to everything the Venetian offers is also a major plus. We were also there the night of the shooting at the Mandalay Bay, and security throughout the Palazzo and Venetian properties was well organized and thorough. Highly recommend giving this hotel a try on your next visit.

This hotel is one of the best Vegas has to offer. The suites are huge and very beautiful. Extremely comfortable beds and there is a of of attention to detail in the room that makes the stay more awesome.

I don't think there's better value for the dollar. Every room is a suite. Did you catch that, EVERY ROOM IS A SUITE!!! The decor is over the top marble Italian everything. Busy, anonymous hotel. We were invited to enjoy the Privilege program whereby you get complimentary breakfast (which was great) and drinks/nibbles in the evening (which was also great). Centrally located, and part of the impressive Venetian shopping centre, it is a good place to start your Vegas experience. The pools are a bit boring for a family, and we found that the neighbouring pool at the Venetian was a more entertaining experience. Good value but huge!!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

I enjoyed my stay there. The room was was clean and well maintained. The employees were friendly and helpful. The only negative part of my stay was the concierge. It's a strip hotel with a lot of shops and a big casino. Not sure I would distinguish it greatly from others. The location is convenient for the Fashion Show mall across the street and the beginning of your stroll along the strip. If your room faces the strip you'll have a great view of the shiny golden Trump tower. I hope you enjoy it.

Stayed here over the first weekend of August and this place is great. The room was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Hands down one of the best hotels I have had the luxury of staying at. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

We had a great time as always at your resort, we have tried a couple of other places over the years but no one and we do mean NO ONE ever gets even close to the level of service, friendliness, and all round pleasure to deal with, when all is good as guest it's just that "good", but when something goes wrong (and it happens, never on purpose but hey, we are all humans) now that's when you find out if you are at the right place, if it's a small thing or big most resorts just gives the guest the runaround of "here's risk managements number" aka we don't care. The way your staff works together and real makes us feel so special is why we LOVE to come back for now a little over 9 years, we know that as soon as we come through those doors any and all things will be taken care of and all we have to do it relax and enjoy being pampered. A big thank you to all of your staff from cleaning crew to service desk, from low to high they all go the extra mile every day, every time. And that's why your resort is a true one of a kind. Thank you 😊

The Palazzo is on the upper end of things when it comes to the main Vegas strip. It is directly across from Treasure Island (TI) so you'll get to experience that casino as well. It is also pretty nice. The amenities and scenery around the Palazzo are just as good if not better than higher end casinos like Wynn and The Bellagio. We thought the Palazzo had a lot to offer.

Every single employee at this hotel is so friendly. There was never a time when I passed an employee without a friendly "hello". Kennedy at the front desk provided the best check in experience I have ever had. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that the employees at this hotel are the ones that any hotel manager would love to have on their team!

The Palazzo covers a range of services I look for when traveling for business and holiday. The new establishments, upgrades and updates are well received by guests as well as myself. I travel to Las Vegas 2 to 3 times a year for a WEEK at a time and every visit has been 5 star.

Though as a returning guest over these past 20 years, I have not been observed in that measure, ever. As I business owner this is something I would and do recognize.

Nontheless, the staff is sharp and professional.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful resort. Nearby amenities could not be more perfect and readily available. Free parking, no smoking in most common areas and the rooms are immaculate even compared to other"luxury" hotels. I was going to stay at the Bellagio but everything The Palazzo has to offer made me upgrade to staying here instead. The Grand Canal Shoppes are connected and make for a beautiful walk through for dining and shipping on such a hot summer stay.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

Personally, my favorite hotel and casino on the strip. The large airy gaming floor is beautiful and always feels cleaner than others. The location is great near the Venetian and Wynn hotels. The hotel suites are great with large living rooms and bathrooms. They have some great views of the golf course at the Wynn as well. The barbershop there is definitely worth a visit. This hotel is definitely lower key than some of the others so maybe not the ideal location for a hard partying group but perfect for those who want to enjoy Vegas at a slightly slower pace.

Pretty cool hotel. Also pricey, but it's worth it at least once. Me and my buddies stayed here for a bachelor party. I had a great time and the rooms we stayed in were very roomy. Definitely a top choice along the Vegas strip.

Rooms are an upgrade from the Venetian and are really nice. Service is almost universally excellent throughout. The concierges in particular are super friendly and very, very helpful. Casino is sparse compared to Venetian, so choose the Venetian one for a busier, more party atmosphere (helps that Tao nightclub is literally up an escalator from it) and choose Palazzo casino for a more chill experience -- they're like a 5 minute walk apart at most. Rooms are way easier to get to than in the Venetian where a trip to change your shoes can mean an elevator ride, a few minutes walk, another elevator ride, and another couple minutes walk, and that's if you're already by the front desk! At the Palazzo you're up one of the 24 elevators and you're pretty much at your room. Bed is extremely comfy and bathrooms are great. Couch is also comfy but the one in the Venetian rooms is at a much more convenient height for adult activities ;). Views vary: our first room had a gorgeous strip view, our second looked over the sprawl of Vegas with Trump smack in the middle. Rates are extremely reasonable given the quality of room and hotel. Comps via the Grazie program seem quite good.

Clean and relatively quiet. If you are sensitive to smoke make sure you request a non-smoking floor. Easy access to Fashion Show mall across the street. Grand Canal shops are cheesy but well done. Free parking, valet service, wifi, gym and pool access are a nice plus. You won't get excellent strip views.

The Palazzo is beautiful. I've been visiting other hotels for the stores and casinos, but none have matched the art and beauty the Palazzo has had to offer. The casinos aren't pushy, and and stores are so welcoming. I visited The Atrium for Tom Ford lipstick, and the customer service there was top notch. The associate helped me through 20 different shades of lipstick to find the right one, and not once did she make me feel like a hassle. She made it feel like she was genuinely happy to help. The rooms designed wonderfully, and the view is beautiful during the day and at night. The only reason I gave a four star was because I wanted to take a bubble bath, and when I filled the tub, there was so much dust in the water. I emptied and tried washing up the tub and refill, but it did not feel clean at all. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to have a stay in Vegas. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My favorite Hotel and Casino. The Rooms are huge with a separate living/sitting room with an open concept design. Bathrooms should be considered another room, they are so big. Be sure to ask for a room looking onto main boulevard. WOW what a view! Bring your sneakers, it'll take you a good :15 minutes to get from front desk to your room - no lie.

Rooms are beautiful and modern. And the view is worth it. Get a room on a high level. Love the amount of space at the pools. The Dorsey is a great place for cocktails. Had minor issues with charging to the room despite fixing it twice. Also the drink on the casino floor are sparse and far between

The Palazzo is an amazing hotel, very comfortable stay! They upgraded my room with no additional charge. This is one of the "higher end" hotels in Vegas so it seemed to be slightly less chaotic than other hotels I visited during my trip. Since it is attached to The Venetian, you can also use their pools and amenities which is great. Definitely would stay here again!

This hotel quickly became my personal favorite. We stayed in the Bella suite. The room was gorgeous, with an excellently large bathroom. The bathroom was always cleaned each day. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows were excellent.

There was a single area where the wall was peeling up but it was out of the way and unnoticeable.

The In-room service was wonderful except once incident where it took over 5 hours for someone to get our plates from breakfast (and even then, housekeeping was nice enough to take care of it).

I felt safe walking around the hotel by myself (as a smaller, unintimidating woman) . I also felt safe even in the garage below after witnessing several security officers patrolling around. The several employees placed around the hotel to open vehicle doors, hold doors open and welcome people, etc, were all incredibly nice. The check in was smooth and the woman we made the reservation with way beyond excellent. She really made us feel great.

A 5 star hotel and the best in Vegas.

The bedding and the mattress was high quality. The marble floors and the bathroom was great though shower and temperature control seemed outdated. Wish the makeup vanity was outside the bathroom. Could use timely and better cleaning. No seating near the check-in area in the main lobby.I am not sure how an iron is not a fire hazard while a coffee machine is and why wouldn't there be some space left in the fridge for the guest to store their items.Noise level on our 20th floor was zero which was great! No long waits at the elevators either. Between Palazzo and Venetian there are many high end as well as affordable choices for food and great shopping. Giving 3star only because the overall experience is lacking for the money spent.

The Palazzo was very nice. The room was beautiful with plenty of space! One of the nicest hotel rooms we have stayed in. Very clean and the staff was nice and attentive.
Its a busy place, but it didn't slow anything down. The pools were great and the service out side was great as well. The only down side was that the room was tended too very late in the afternoon. We had been out and about and came back to the room and it still wasn't tended to by late afternoon. Other than that, I would definitely recommend to anyone. It is in a perfect location and has every thing you could possibly need to make your stay nice and easy!

A beautiful hotel! The shops are all very nice and the restaurants are delicious!! The Sands Expo center was a great place for a trade show. I can't wait to go back again next year. I loved having the suite with the bedroom and then living room area. It was a great place to unwind. Even walking through the casino floor wasn't bad as the corridors are smoke free which is important to me.

The Palazzo is an extremely beautiful hotel, connected to the Venetian the resort as a whole is huge! The pool was amazing, though a little crowded in July but as to be expected! The restaurants they have to offer in the resort are fabulous though do have lines, and wait times because of their popularity. The room was gorgeous, like something out of a movie! Huge windows overlooking the strip, big comfy bed, everything to make you feel like relaxed and pampered!

I always stay at Caesar's and decided to be different this trip. OMG I was impressed. I've been to the hotel to see it but first time staying. The room and the view were amazing. Loved that the living room was sunken it made it a nice separation from the bed. People were super friendly. Close to everything and the parking garage was super. Easy in/out and great location to get to freeway and the back roads to get from point A to point B. Loved it and would definitely stay again. You won't go wrong if you elect to stay here!!!!

This is my favorite casino in Las Vegas. They now how to reward loyal players (free food, free rooms, free show tickets, free cash in points to play with)... great restaurants. Cent location on the strip. The rooms are beautiful and big (all suites)... great swimming pool. Attentive staff. I go here 4 time a year never had an issue.

This is our second trip to the Palazzo. The resort is very nice and our room the first stay was excellent and had a good view. The Palazzo sends out emails with their promotions on a weekly basis and we decided to take another trip. The promotion was stay for 3 nights and pay for two. What a great deal we thought. So we arrived today and at check in the associate said o see you booked our stay 3 pay 2 promotion would you line to upgrade? After she told me the price of an extra $200 per night which was more than my nightly rate I said no. So we get up to our room and have a lovely view of a wall. Now we realized that we would not have a premium view or room, but we definitely didn't expect a wall view though. So I guess if you act on their promotional emails THEY send you , you will get a room view that you'd expect from a motel 6, not from the Palazzo. So needless to say, we will not be gambling or eating here on this trip and will not book through their promotions again. Lesson learned.

We stayed in 7-739 which was a Bella Suite at the end of the hall and looked out at the Wynn entrance off of Sahara.
Such a great hotel for a young family, very spacious for us, grandma and 2 excited boys. This is definitely worth the money. Check in moved fairly quickly and smoothly, room was clean and the auto shades were pure entertainment for the kids. Called down for extra blankets and they quickly arrived, very quite and peaceful and in the morning as we left our room and passed the cleaning staff we were all greeted by friendly

The Palazzo was a destination for me because of its close proximity to the Sands convention center (attached to The Palazzo), which I was visiting for the Consumer Electronics Show. The overall appearance of the resort and casino was excellent. I did not interact with any staff while I was in the resort. The one complaint I had was with the parking, because it is difficult to get in and out of when there is a rush, like there was for the convention. Getting out of the parking structure at the end of the day took almost half an hour. Otherwise, this is an excellent venue.

One of the nicer hotels on the strip. They did not have the room I had booked and paid for and told me I would be upgraded to a better sweet with a balcony which sounded good. However once getting into the sweet it was not what I had expected, there were two queen beds instead of the one king I had paid extra for and been told I would still receive and there was a thick layer of dust on everything. Having stayed at the Venetian multiple times in the past I had expected a lot more and was a little disappointed.

The Palazzo is a notch above it's sister property, with an air of low key elegance and sophistication. The shops are more along the art gallery and fine collectors route and runway fashion brands. We dined at Lavo and spent our evening upstairs in the tucked away library lounge and small gambling den. Away from the crowds, intimate and private, a huge luxury in this city.

Had the pleasure of staying at the Palazzo for a convention, and what a great experience. The room was clean and very nice with a great view, and the hotel staff were very accommodating. I enjoy my local games of poker, so I was very intimidated by the casino, but all the dealers were extremely helpful and would always take time to explain any questions I had. The craps table was a blast! If you do decide to go here, I would recommend you hit the craps table. I had a dealer named Yi, and he absolutely mad my experience the best it could have been. The entire staff in the casino (including the pit bosses) were awesome!

Rooms were 5*
Staff were 5*
Food was 4* (I love breakfast, and not many choices here)
Casino was 5*

Will be a challenge for any other casinos to top this one!

Pros:

Locale: Great location, right on the strip.

Housekeeping: Excellent housekeeping. Did a wonderful job on all days.

Bathroom: The bathroom is excellent. Very well designed and spacious.

Cons:

Mini-Fridge: Given a resort fee is charged, they should not be charging guests for emptying the mini-fridge. The mini-fridge comes fully stocked and if you try to remove anything, you get auto-charged. If you request for a manual removal, you are charged $30 a day! (or similar, can't remember the exact amount). This is a rip-off.

The place is nice, and the staff can be helpful if you're lucky. I booked 3 nights and had one comped, so WiFi wasn't free due to that one comped night. The amount of retail spaces outnumber the casino games at this place. All in all I had a good time, and I would return again.

Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Drink service at the casino is slow and disappointing, but the majority of the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. Pretty sad that the view was of Trump tower, dead center of the window, but the room was well furnished and huge! Stayed at the 20th floor for 2 nights, security was nice not too nosy. The whole hotel was very clean and well decorated this was also the case when I walked into my room. The room was spacious, my room had a nice view and the blinds were automated. The service was great, they gave me kind smiles and I didn't have a problem with them at all. On my way out to check out i ran into an employee and he kindly asked if I was leaving. We had s nice conversation and wished me farewell. The location of the hotel was great being connected to the Strip and the mall was convenient. Overall had a great time.

5 years ago, this would've been a 5 star hotel but this casino keeps penny pinching. It's nearly impossible to get any kinda comps nowadays despite my compulsive gambling. They no longer serve Fiji water on the floor. Unless you're playing $100 or more per hand, BlackJack pays only 6 to 5 instead of 3 to 2 because they could get away with it w/ all the convention folks who don't know any better.

The Palazzo is a beautiful hotel and casino. My expectations of a stay here were met and even exceeded in a major way. We had a comfortable, enjoyable four days in Las Vegas.

Since my family has grown, the traditional two-twin bed rooms are not cutting it. So we need a suite - and we got an amazing deal online for a suite at the Palazzo. It was my first time getting a suite in Las Vegas and we were really impressed.

Though the price was substantially more than an average hotel room on the strip, the value was definitely there. Everything about the room seemed elegant, luxurious, and tastefully appointed with a quasi-European style. The design of the suite is really unique as there is a "step down" in the middle of the room. The two queen beds plus a pull-out couch meant plenty of room for everyone. There were two televisions, meaning that people could watch two different programs simultaneously.

The pools are also great. There are several. The Palazzo and the Venetian have a joint pool complex with at least six pools, including one fairly large shallow pool that is perfect for small children. The area is quite large, meaning that there is plenty of room and it doesn't feel super crowded like some other pool complexes. Plus all of them are right next to the hotel towers and slightly raised above street level, meaning you have some pretty cool views of the Palazzo and Venetian towers, as well as some other nearby locations like the Mirage. There are bars spread out amongst the pools, and there are also plenty of shady spots if you know where to look (major hint - ask the towel attendants, they know where all the good spots are)! Overall this is one of the top pool complexes in Las Vegas.

The Palazzo is also adjacent to the Grand Canal Shoppes, which is an upscale-style mall filled with unique shops and restaurants. The architecture of the mall is the medieval-Venice style, with marble buildings and a canal where you can actually take gondola rides. The indoor ceiling is a sky that changes color as the "day" passes, with about 10-to-15-minute intervals. There is a model Fontana di Trevi in the center of the mall, with a few amazing restaurants around it.

Overall, the Palazzo is an upscale luxury hotel that is superior in many aspects to others in its price range. Highly recommended!

I am writing this review about the reservation process. When I make reservations I like to only use one representative. For the Palazzo I worked with Stacy B.. She was so pleasant and even though I had to call her about 5 different times she was still just as willing to help as the first. She went above and beyond finding rates for me and it sincerely was a pleasure to talk to her. I know making a reservation can be just part of a process, but she made a definite impression on me.
