LEED Platinum

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) standard, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. It certifies that green buildings meet standards of energy efficiency, conservation, and community sensitivity.

LEED-certified buildings reduce energy and water by as much as 40%. LEED certified buildings save resources and have a positive impact on the health of occupants, while promoting renewable, clean energy.

USGBC's rating system has four levels: Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Green Building Councils in other countries have similar programs.

It epitomized the expression of ‘Unhurried Luxury’. Set amidst a 1.2 sq. km. estate, the retreat encompasses premium accommodation. It includes 4 Presidential Villas mirroring different dynasties of India along with 100 luxury suites with semi-private pools and terraces. It also houses Asia’s first and only 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. The food reflects ITC’s tradition of culinary excellence. In addition, ITC’s internationally acclaimed indigenous spa brand Kaya Kalp covers an entire floor with 9 therapy rooms.

Very nice place, huge and well maintained property. Very good plantation. Expensive, very expensive. Lobby is very good and beautiful. We visited this place on 25th December, marry Christmas day and the property was well decorated. Now come to the main issue. The managers have no clue has how to manage so many guests at a time. Because of holiday and also on other weekdays, people from both Jaipur and Delhi they used to come for Lunch and to spend a day. Generally they do not stay here. We were also invited by some relatives and didn't stay there. However, 4 hours stay was enough for us to feel what they offer. On the day we visited, good number of guests were there. The restaurant manger didn't have any clue as how to manage this number of guests. We were initially asked to wait outside restaurant for ten minutes but ultimately, it was more than an hour waiting time and we could get the food only around 4pm. Though staff tried to manage but they were helpless as there was no place to sit. Both manager and staff were helpful and courteous. Food quality was just OK, nothing special to mention.

I spent one heavenly night with my wife at this beautiful property. From the grand welcome to the beautiful rooms, this was worth the amount I spent. The service is phenomenal, and the staff are friendly, helpful and willing to oblige. We had dinner at the Apas Pavilion restaurant, sampling traditional Mewati cuisine. Other than that, we spent the afternoon wandering about the huge sprawling grounds, exploring the pavilions, fountains and poolside area. If you are looking for a break not too far from Delhi, it is worth the one hour drive to this place. Be warned, the approach road is not in the best shape, but everything is fantastic once you enter the property. The hotel opened only in 2014, but everything still looks new - phenomenal job in cleaning.

It is truly grand in all senses. Impeccable services and I loved the fact that they look into little details to make the experience truly amazing. The food at Apas Promenade is a must do. And not to forget, this makes for a spa and wellness destination.

One of the best properties I have visited ever in my life. The name Grand Bharat is fully justified in the entire place be it the restaurants, golf course, spa, rooms, etc. The Mewati cuisine in Apas Promenade, European cuisine in India Room, Swasthya cuisine in Aravali Pavilion and cocktails in Peacock bar all are too good and a must try for the guests. The rooms are of decent size but clean and well managed. The private pool attached to the rooms gives a very cosy feeling. The 27 hole golf course is huge spread in 3 regions. Overall, a very satisfying experience. I would recommend this place for a weekend getaway.

Lavish property in the outskirts of Gurugram (30 kms from IFFCO Chowk ~40 min drive) . Well trained and supportive staff, delicious food, pool side restaurant, elegant bar and specially the SPA arena, it's only 4th of the king in ASIA. A perfect day out for couple as well as friends. A place to relax, play golf, swim and play fun games. You also have an option for Half- Day SPA and club it with breakfast/lunch. Amazing experience!!
