Gorgeous property, very lush lawns and amazing architecture. Visited this resort for a wedding enquiry and was left spellbound by the interiors as well as the exteriors of the built form. The wedding venues have been perfectly laid out in different areas of the property, depending upon the ambience and the requirements of the client. The Classic Golf resort has been designed by the renowned Jack Nicklaus and remains one of the best Golf Courses in NCR. I would recommend this resort for a weekend getaway.. However, the roads leading up to the destination are very rural and bumpy, in contrast with the posh five star property.

Brilliant place just a little out from Gurugram. Excellent stay options, play options and food. They have a small golf course as well. A big pool and lots of luxury suites. The budget is not for everyone though, this place is expensive, but if money is immaterial then you need to go here to spend a day or two. The food was is just brilliant, especially the Italian.

A massive and beautiful property in the middle of nowhere. Reaching here without your own transportation is going to be a challenge for many. However, once you do get here, you are going to be treated like a king. Everything about this property is massive. Every room has its own private swimming pool.

I'd have given 5 stars but for the location. It's understandable for resorts to be away from the city, but this is literally in the middle of nowhere. But super luxurious, well maintained, great food, good amenities etc

It is situated a little far away from the main highway. One has to travel through the interior villages as well. But once you reach the location its altogether another world. The property is just huge. The staff is courteous. The food is great. The size of the restaurants and bar is quite small compared to other luxury properties. Best for a staycation holiday.

Excellent change and an off site venue. The prices are pretty darn high, so be prepared to burn a hole in your pocket. If you want a very different experience, you definitely need to go here. Barely an hour from Gurgaon. The road leading to this place runs through a village and is pretty darn beaten up. Be prepared for a bumpy ride. Please try not to drive to this place or out of this place in the late hours. Doesn't seem safe at all. The place is great though, excellent ambience, food is brilliant.

It's a beautiful property with beautiful themes maintained at different locations. Grandeur and opulence is maintained at every place be it a room, be it at eating place or be it the services like jacuzzi or spa. Good two days can be spent with family. Kids have couple of activities to do to keep them positively engaged. My kids loved the cookie decorations and the evening ritual part. Breakfast was felt like such a personalized experience with the help of Ashika. Meals were perfect. Dinner was great. Ambience amazing.

Outstanding golfing paradise within the limits of Gurgaon with a five-star luxury resort and great views of the Aravali mountains around. The course is a signature golfers delight with 27 holes. The only drawback is the ride to the resort and the approach. The rest is premium.

This is a beautiful property, all-suites, located about 10kms in from Manesar - away from the chaos. There's only fields and open spaces around so you'll be confined in a sense but you can explore the grounds and do one of the many recreational activities. Service and food is impeccable - from the guards to every single employee we met. If you can afford the price, this is a fantastic weekend getaway from Delhi. Looks beautiful at night so do take a stroll outside.

A strangely mixed construction...A little imperial,a little Indian temple this hotel is meant to be a resort, away from it all. Rooms are suites with access to a plunge pool if you're on the ground level. I stayed just a night so can't say what it would be like for a proper stay. There's not VERY much to do. There's a golf course and a well known spa that was all booked up (book ahead). Great staff absolutely. It's a nice place to take a drone out for a spin.

Our year-end offsite is a special event, affording the opportunity to introspect the year gone by, and deliberate the changes we want to see. Our team travels extensively across the country, and ITC is (was now) one of our favorite chains. For this offsite, with cost not being so much of a consideration, and more premium placed on having a superlative experience, it was the team's unanimous opinion that we must try out the supposed jewel in ITC's portfolio.
Unfortunately, it was an extremely disheartening experience - consistent from check-in, to all the meals except one to housekeeping. When ITC charges this much, the service levels must also match up - Grand Bharat's was superficial at best, without any soul or substance.
While there were innumerable instances where they could have done much more, the one that left me quite dumbstruck was during the course of lunch. We had opted for a set menu, and 30 mins into the lunch, I hadn't received the second non-veg dish (i'm a hardcore non-vegetarian, so this was like half of my meal). It took 3 reminders to get my first serve. The second serve came after another 3 reminders - but this time it was only the gravy without any meat. When I asked the waiter how he was serving without any meat pieces, i was told it has melted into the gravy!
We had spent a fortune on the drinks + dinner the night before, with a similar experience. At this point, I asked if I could speak to the General Manager. After 2 reminders and 30 mins, the F&B Manager came up saying the GM was traveling. I asked who the second-in-command was, and there was no response.
GMs in other ITC properties (esp Jodhpur and Bangalore) always crave for customer feedback. And here we were 15 of us in 8 rooms, spending quite a bit on F&B, and the management couldn't care for our feedback.
I would never rate this property 5, maybe 4 if they were charging a fourth of what they do. Unfortunately for ITC, this stay has dented the ITC brand image in my mind and I will forever endorse an Oberoi or Taj (irrespective of the level of hotel in the chain) over any level at ITC (and especially their flagship Grand Bharat)!

Our stay at ITC Grant was a lovable experience with beautiful palatial structures among serene and green environs . It was very peaceful giving you the feel of our historical ambiance with beautiful artwork in the rooms equipped with all that a person looks forward to relax.
There were activities arranged for all age groups from kids to the senior citizens . The pooja at the replicated ghats with prasaad served , the drawing sessions for kids , swimming, tambola and golf- all offered great opportunities for entertainment. The staff was very courteous and supportive . Tree plantation activity by kids has a lot to say about social concern or the institution . The approach road to the hotel needs to be improved for safe driving..
Though Its a new hotel its has a great future for years to come. thanks and all the best .

Lavish property in the outskirts of Gurugram (30 kms from IFFCO Chowk ~40 min drive) . Well trained and supportive staff, delicious food, pool side restaurant, elegant bar and specially the SPA arena, it's only 4th of the king in ASIA. A perfect day out for couple as well as friends. A place to relax, play golf, swim and play fun games. You also have an option for Half- Day SPA and club it with breakfast/lunch. Amazing experience!!

One of the best properties I have visited ever in my life. The name Grand Bharat is fully justified in the entire place be it the restaurants, golf course, spa, rooms, etc. The Mewati cuisine in Apas Promenade, European cuisine in India Room, Swasthya cuisine in Aravali Pavilion and cocktails in Peacock bar all are too good and a must try for the guests. The rooms are of decent size but clean and well managed. The private pool attached to the rooms gives a very cosy feeling. The 27 hole golf course is huge spread in 3 regions.
Overall, a very satisfying experience. I would recommend this place for a weekend getaway.

I spent one heavenly night with my wife at this beautiful property. From the grand welcome to the beautiful rooms, this was worth the amount I spent. The service is phenomenal, and the staff are friendly, helpful and willing to oblige. We had dinner at the Apas Pavilion restaurant, sampling traditional Mewati cuisine. Other than that, we spent the afternoon wandering about the huge sprawling grounds, exploring the pavilions, fountains and poolside area. If you are looking for a break not too far from Delhi, it is worth the one hour drive to this place. Be warned, the approach road is not in the best shape, but everything is fantastic once you enter the property. The hotel opened only in 2014, but everything still looks new - phenomenal job in cleaning.

Very nice place, huge and well maintained property. Very good plantation. Expensive, very expensive. Lobby is very good and beautiful. We visited this place on 25th December, marry Christmas day and the property was well decorated. Now come to the main issue. The managers have no clue has how to manage so many guests at a time. Because of holiday and also on other weekdays, people from both Jaipur and Delhi they used to come for Lunch and to spend a day. Generally they do not stay here. We were also invited by some relatives and didn't stay there. However, 4 hours stay was enough for us to feel what they offer.

On the day we visited, good number of guests were there. The restaurant manger didn't have any clue as how to manage this number of guests. We were initially asked to wait outside restaurant for ten minutes but ultimately, it was more than an hour waiting time and we could get the food only around 4pm. Though staff tried to manage but they were helpless as there was no place to sit. Both manager and staff were helpful and courteous. Food quality was just OK, nothing special to mention.

It epitomized the expression of ‘Unhurried Luxury’. Set amidst a 1.2 sq. km. estate, the retreat encompasses premium accommodation. It includes 4 Presidential Villas mirroring different dynasties of India along with 100 luxury suites with semi-private pools and terraces. It also houses Asia’s first and only 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. The food reflects ITC’s tradition of culinary excellence. In addition, ITC’s internationally acclaimed indigenous spa brand Kaya Kalp covers an entire floor with 9 therapy rooms.

This is a super luxury resot just outside of Gurgaon. The exterior is very imposing and the Guest Check in very unique and efficinet. Rooms both the 1st floor as the Villa with pool are very well decorated and comfortable. Food and bar are great. Stayed two days and a unique experience
