Quiet close to restaurant and shopping nice beds good breakfast

We stayed here for 5 days. Rooms are very clean & beds comfy. Our room had a king bed, small couch, table with 2 chairs, desk & rolling chair, small fridge, & a microwave. Everyone at the front desk was helpful & pleasant. The pool is small & WiFi goes in & out. Breakfast was amazing.. you get your choice of waffles, cereal, sweet bread, fruit, or a freshly made omelette or taco-comes with a side of beans & (very spicy) salsa. Great place to stay.

Right off main road was an easy find and access to it.Very clean. Great breakfast omlettes. Elevator and easy access to rooms, swimming pool and dining area. Right next to outlet which makes it convenient for shopping needs.

Overall, the room was nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. It did show a little sign of wear, but it was still a good room. The price for a single room was not too bad, and the breakfast itself was good. The only downside I would say, would, be the young lady at the front desk. She seemed a little rude, or maybe in a bad mood. Either way, great place to stay for a night.

The property continues to decline each year I have stayed there...the first year it was built I stayed there and there was absolutely NO water pressure in the shower. Moved on and stayed 3 or 4 years elsewhere. Came back after I was told it had improved. This year EVERY DAY they only put 1 washcloth in room with 2 people and maids couldn't understand what you was telling them; the ice machine was broke the night we arrived and for 2 days after until one of the Canadian guests took it apart and fixed it -- every time that I complained at desk they were going to have maintenance person fix it....never saw a maintenance man! Also, they had removed the bathtub stopper so you couldn't take a bath....only a shower! The WI-FI NEVER worked in my room and they would always say it would be working soon! LOL wonder if that is why they had a sign on the public computer that it wasn't working! Therefore had to use my cellphone data to connect to do important business.While I was there the percentage of vehicles to rooms was very low so even though mine seems to be the only negative review something has happened to their census! Ate an omelet the first morning there and never went back in the dining hall since the staff was difficult to communicate with. Also had some spiders in the room during our stay.

Lobby was very nice.

Clean, comfy place. A few steps away from the Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlet (you really can go walking). You can have just cooked omelette for breakfast or you can choose from the breakfast bar.

Service was good, we arrived right before 12:00 midnight. Fair price, I did ask for the room with the kitchen but not sure if she heard me or not because I was given the room with tile. Online that room had carpet and was bigger then the one we got. The most important thing to me on choosing this hotel is that they are dog friendly. Coming from a city like Austin all hotels here are dog friendly and the RGV is not like that at all. La Copa Inn was perfect. Rooms are a good size. The AC and fan were great. Nothing seemed out of place or dirty. Location was next to the outlet mall and restaurants. The bed was comfortable.

Let me tell you that the service was great Daniel (could be wrong) really made things especially easy for us and the service and ammenties were perfect for the price thank you so much!

I work over the road, so im in a hotel every night. This place was very clean, quiet and spacious rooms. The hot breakfast was a great surprise, an omelet bar. Fresh ingredients and Real eggs!
