I stayed here in J.C, N.Y with my son and daughter, while having plumbing fixed at our home. I booked online, checkin was quick and simple. We stayed on the 4the floor. Bathroom was clean, as well as the fridge, microwave and bedding! Thumbs up to housekeeping!!Beds were pillow top and comfy, hot water and pressure in bathroom were great! Because of covid breakfast is a bag and go from 6a-9a, but we slept through that lol. I would book again and reccomend family and friends to this location.

Recently went to this hotel, was over delighted by the manners and kindness and positive attitude of the front desk attendant, Mike. He went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms are clean + no pet fee. All the staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating. Great location off I-81 too.

Hotel was clean and decent. Location was not that great and our windows faced the garbage and a mechanic garage. Fine for a quick overnight stay.

Upon arrival I was assigned a room on the 1st floor, all the way towards the back, in a dungeon-like part of the hotel. Traveling solo, this option was unacceptable as there was a public door, for any outsider to gain easy access, straight to that room. Was told there were no other rooms available, after pleading my case, thankfully I was given a top floor room, much lighter and brighter. Although the prices are about $20 less than neighboring hotels (& there are at least 3 very close by) the accommodations were just eh, everything looked worn & tired, especially in the bathroom. The doors are not soft close, so anytime a door shut, it sounded like a slam with a shaking sensation, and the air-con compressor made harsh sounds periodically throughout the night, creating many startled awakenings. Needless to say, all this & more, did not provide for a restful sleep. The breakfast was also very lean in the pickings, but it did suffice. This is truly the epitome of a budget hotel.

We love staying here. Mostly because they allow our dogs. The breakfast is also good and the rooms are very clean. They are located right of the freeway and very easy to find.

Nice La Quinta, service was 95%. A little under staffed for a Saturday night. Had to change rooms because the one assigned had not been cleaned thoroughly. Second room was fine, and breakfast had hot eggs and sausage.

The staff was really nice and the place was great. The room was cozy with a super comfy bed too. The only problem we had was thin walls and noisy neighbors.

I did not stay overnight at this hotel. I was visiting friends that were in town. The first time I arrived as I was about to walk in some shady characters were asking us for lighters. Once we were in the hotel the second floor hallway smelled heavily of weed. When I returned the next day the hallway now smelled musty. The room itself was clean and they do allow pets which is a decent plus. They had the usual TV, coffee maker, mini fridge. The staff I encountered did seem friendly during the short interactions.

I cannot express how amazing my stay here was. The staff was caring, informative and just fantastic. The rooms were clean and the beds soft.

But let me get back to how amazing the staff was! They helped me adjust my room and stay to my family's needs and were incredibly welcoming. Best hotel ever.

Excellent location. Easy on/off the highway. A mall and a number of restaurants within walking distance. I suggest the Ground Round. Staff was professional. Breakfast was warm and the area was clean. Pet friendly. I highly recommend

My son-in-law left his $1,000 watch behind after his holiday stay with us, and he was sick about it because it was the wedding gift my daughter gave him. We thought it was lost. I just picked it up today, safe and sound, after it was returned by staff. What a wonderful, hopeful experience that there are honest people left in this world. God bless!

Breakfast was severely lacking. No eggs or breakfast meat to speak of. Bathtub didn't drain properly. Other than that, everything was fine

Not the cleanest, tub/shower area needs work. Pool is in 24 hour fitness center, which is a different building entirely. , Across the back parking lot. Breakfast is decent.

Visited my parents who were in room 110. Room was clean and felt open. Beds were very well kept and even had a greeting card from the house keeping staff to welcome them. Also, long was well cleaned and lit.

Great spot in the heart of the Southern Tier. Also the fact that they are pet friendly made our decision to bring our family dog along for the trip that much easier and affordable.

The LaQuinta hotel was very easy to access from Rt. 17. Without exception, the staff was very friendly and competent. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, but the food was cooked correctly and kept at a safe temperature, and the dining area was very clean and neat, as was the lobby. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the room. The toilet bowl had a black ring. The room, which was handicapped accessible, was so crowded with furniture that it was difficult for me (as a nonhandicapped person) to reach the far side of the bed or the climate control panel. The worst was the smell of mildew, which was very strong in the lobby and the room. This gave me an allergy attack, with a pounding headache and burning eyes which lasted for several days after I left the building. When I went to get a tissue to blow my nose, there was only one in the box. Anyone with asthma or breathing difficulties should avoid this hotel. We were also not able to use the shower because of a leak that shot the water out into the bathroom when the shower was turned on, so we had to sponge bathe in the sink. We did report the problem to the front desk when we left, but it (combined with the dirty toilet) made me wonder if the bathrooms were cleaned regularly, since it seems that housekeeping would have noticed it when they cleaned.

7

Reasonable rates, OK breakfast in the mornings. It was an easy in/out on to Route 17. I stayed 5 nights. A typical LaQuinta Inn. There are a few eating places around the hotel. The mall is close, but almost a ghost town mall.

This was a very clean and quiet hotel, but the linens looked like it was a bit old. The more important part was that it was clean.

We like this place! We stay there once a year and always got our dogs with us. I really can not say why we like it so much. Perhaps the price, the super friendly staff or the breakfast? They even have a small fridge and microwave in the room.
I called for early check in and that was not a problem. The fact they actually have a poop-bag station let's you know that is a dog friendly hotel. We never had any problems and stay there again next year.

The staff are friendly. The free WiFi and the no-extra-charge policy for the dog were much-appreciated bonuses on this unexpected stay in the Binghamton area. It was also nice that Cacciatore, a very decent Italian restaurant was near-by.
