Everything about this hotel, even during covid-19, was exceptional!

We opted for a lower priced room and had ZERO disappointments!! It was clean, spacious and the bed was EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable! Even our animals were very comfortable!!!

There is nothing else to say, except, you will not be disappointed while staying here!!

This La Quinta location stands out with the customer service, despite the pandemic. The check in process was seamless. Cleanliness in the rooms was exceptional, no dust or dirty grout. Would stay again.

We needed a dog friendly hotel and this La Quinta filled the bill! Vinyl plank floors instead of carpet! We had a front door ( out to the courtyard for the pool and spa) and a back door to go out the hallway to the car. Nice beds, quiet room.
When we came into the room, it smelled so fresh and clean! Really important in the Co-Vid 19 world we live in now!

This was by far the nicest La Quinta we have stayed at on our cross country trip. The girl at the front desk was very professional and so sweet and helpful. Beautiful rooms with all the amenities and cleanliness you would expect. Love that its dog friendly as well! Thank you La Quinta for another great stay!

This was a nice break while driving home from vacation. The staff was friendly and the room was newly remodeled. Having a dog and knowing the type of service you will receive is key when traveling. La Quinta has not disappointed us yet! The breakfast was hot and check in/out was very fast.

We stay here every time we come into Flagstaff. The rooms are modern and always perfectly clean. The complimentary breakfast at La Quinta is superb (waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, and more!). The parking is great, the staff is wonderful. Most definitely worth the price!

We have been on the road for almost 5 weeks of mostly tent camping with two young kids. We had just left four days of shower free/vault toilet camping in the mountains in Colorado and spent 8 hours on the road. We have stayed in several La Quintas on our trip since our dog is with us and this is by far the best one. We booked a suite so we could have some space and when we walked in the whole family was absolutely thrilled. This is such a nice way to end an amazing vacation.

We stay here every year at least once. It has always been friendly to both people & dogs. Even better now that they have remodeled. We always try to stay at a La Quinta because they are almost all dog friendly. But this LA Quinta is our favorite. And the new remodel is wonderful & well thought out. The staff makes you feel like you truly are a desirable guest .

Hotel has friendly staff, breakfast included, and appears clean. It is pet friendly... Good for some but the walls do not block out barking. Trash at both main doors were full of food and over flowing, pretty gross but the bears will surely enjoy it! The one elevator is small and it makes it really hard to leave in the morning, no real convienient way to load or unload. Beds and pillows way to soft for my liking. I'm not very picky but there were just too many small things that added up. I did enjoy the cable channels, breakfast selection, and location.

The hotel is very nice, staff was professional, and they had a very large breakfast selection. Only complaint I had was the parking lot is not large enough for the hotel so all the spots were already full by 8. Had to park across the street in the mall and hike it back to to the hotel. Overall a good place!

Pet friendly but should keep them on the first floor only. I had to change rooms because the barking was SO loud between two dogs in separate rooms. An adults-only, quiet floor section is needed for people who want to sleep without noisy kids.

Finally, rooms are nice but the beds are springy, noisy and not "side-sleeper" friendly. My legs went numb a couple of times. Next time, I'm staying at the Comfort Inn across the street again--it's the best! (They were completely booked at the time I needed a room.)

Nice pet friendly hotel surrounded by trees. Easy access to our room. The hotel was full but still plenty of parking, including spots for people pulling trailers. We would definitely stay again.

This place was awesome. I love that they let pets stay there. The staff was friendly. This place serves breakfast in the mornings which is refreshing and just what you need in the morning. Soda machine price was expensive.

Location was central to the event we were attending which was nice. Plenty of food choices around too. The hotel was very nice. Staff was great. The beds were horrible though. The mattress and the pillow were extremely hard. I woke up every 30 minutes.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in February. It was a lovely stay. Even though we were only here for a couple days everyone behind the front desk greeted us and answered my questions and recommended a great breakfast place we could stop at on our way back into town. I really recommend this place. Especially if you like genuine people assisting you.

3/20/2018 stay, check in 7pm for one night. Greeted by 2 friendly front desk staff, who provided hotel details. Hotel grounds were clean from dog piles. Hotel & rooms were nice & clean. We felt very safe at this hotel and the surrounding area. Dings on this property were that our rooms door jam was larger than the door, so you could see into our room, the mattress was horrible.

The room is good, so is the bathroom. But the walls are thin and makes it very noisy, I can tell what my neighbors said to each others. The breakfast is included, but it is not the best I ever had...

I enjoyed my stay at Flagstaff. Everyone was warm and welcoming to me and my 2 dogs. The room was spacious and clean. The outdoor pet area was large
and wooded. It snowed when I arrived making it all look very sparkling and magical.

Our family had a great time at this La Quinta. The room was very nice. The room was spacious. The thing that we liked the most was the centralized location. It was well tucked away and yet had many options to eat within two minutes. There is even a restaurant that is supposed to be good right across the street.

Great place. Very neatly maintained. Great service at the reception desk. The best breakfast spread I ever had in any hotel so far. Great job guys. Will definitely visit again and again. The room was also well kept. Bedsheets and the towels we're very neat. No complaints overall had a great stay.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was gorgeous, the shower was divine and the breakfast was amazing. I felt like I was at a high class establishment that we certainly couldn't afford. I also loved that we were able to park right outside of the entrance close to our room which made it easy to unload and load, and take our dogs out to potty. The employees were extremely nice and it was super affordable

Great place
lots of dogs. LQI had followed the lead of motel 6 and put laminate like flooring in the room we stayed in. Makes the room appear cleaner. Multiple pet areas. Staff and check in were great. Sole complaint was TV was a bit small. Bed was actually comfortable. My preferred place to stay now on flagstaff

Easily the best La Quinta I've stayed at. Newly remodeled clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, impressive breakfast selection, and they made bringing our dog so easy! I'd definitely stay again.

Well, it wasn't a total bust as the hotel was surprisingly clean, even with many doggie guests. Our bed duvet was even perfectly white. However, they claim breakfast is over at 9. I went down just before 9 and literally nothing was left except a few muffins despite the entire lobby being full of guests trying to scavenge something. Breakfast might be over at 9, but they quit supporting refills and fresh food at around 8, I'm guessing. They were even out of forks. I don't think they offered any fruit at all. There was food everywhere. It looked like a bomb went off.

So clean! Friendly enough staff. Lots of room for my baby to walk outside (small chihuahua). I just love how nice and clean everything is. It was so packed on Saturday night so parkin f was not fun. We will be back!

This is probably the best La Quinta we have stayed with. Building is fully renovated and light. Beautiful lobby. Pool and hot tub outside looks very inviting. Our suite was very nice and quiet despite being on the second floor overlooking the lobby. The pictures I am posting really don't do justice to the modern bathroom. Very nice surface selections. Service was great and upbeat.

This was one of the nicer hotels that we've stayed at, when we arrived for check in there were warm cookies being baked, they had coffee in the lobby and apples available to eat. The staff was pleasant and provided us with coupons for the Lowell Observatory. The room was clean and nice. It backed up to Kohls, but I had left my Kohls card home!
In the morning the breakfast area was bustling and I always loved homemade waffles, they also had muffins and bagels and a lot of other stuff to choose from. We enjoyed our stay there although it was very brief.

What a little gem of a hotel! We stayed for our aunt's wedding and couldn't have been more pleased. Great room. Recently updated. Pet friendly. Breakfast could have been a little better but it was free so can't really complain!

The staff was very friendly and the location was great! Unfortunately, because of the design of the rooms, there is a lot of echoing sound. That normally wouldn't be a big deal, but when several dogs are barking all night and kids are running and screaming up and down the halls throughout the early morning hours, it's enough to realize you didn't get a good night's sleep. The hotel looks very nice, it's just not an entirely practical design.

While they are going through major renovations, don't let that deter you from staying here. Front desk staff were excellent (thank you Ramon!) and so welcoming. Check in was smooth, and included bottled water and cookies. They put us in a renovated room that was modern, clean and roomy. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, great sleep quality. The best thing about LQ is they are pet friendly. No extra charges for your fur babies, no deposit. They always had coffee available and Breakfast was a solid robust continental spread.

I didn't expect the last Quinta to be so clean and wonderful but it is. It's pet friendly, but you couldn't tell because everything is clean, and smells great. There's free WiFi, and breakfast in the morning, including waffles. And the price is unbelievably low. I'd recommend the last Quinta to anyone.

Are start off at the location cuz the location is great. It's right in town so it's near a lot of places for fast food, restaurants, and shopping but what makes location nice is that it's on a side road and it's quiet. I don't think there's a better location and it's close to the freeway. I can't say much about the rooms because it was just an event but the service was nice and a well keep property with a nice pool.

We got in pretty late so really the only thing to say is that the staff was really nice. Parking was hard, but they have overflow spots. Continental breakfast was continental breakfast. The area is really beautiful so you can eat outside and or just sit by a window.

I cannot say enough positive things about this location of La Quinta Inn in Flagstaff, AZ. The General Manager, Jennifer, was the most amazing person not to mention excellent at her job. The entire staff was courteous and friendly and always had a smile like they actually like their jobs. The rooms and property upgrades look fantastic. Great remodel work.....Love the updates. Keep up the great work and positive vibes. 👍🏻

By far one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel in recent memory. The front desk staff was on it and extremely helpful. I had a special request and that was promptly addressed and Isaac went out of his way to accommodate it. I will definitely keep this on my list of places to stay, it will be even nicer after the renovations are complete. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised/impressed with the lobby. Also had my 2 dogs and they have nice pet areas and very accommodating.

The BEST place in Flagstaff for the price! No train noise, very comfy bed, microwave & frig, free breakfast with waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, beverages. Staff is very friendly & helpful! This is always our "home away from home" when we are in town!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was construction going on in the front of the building, but once you walked into the main lobby, it was all worth it. The day we arrived, we had to wait because our room wasn't ready and that put us off a bit, but Cassandra rallied the teams (including the maintenance guy!) to get all the rooms ready for our entire party. We were going to stay a second night but had to change plans. Wish we would have stayed another night. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. We will be back!!

Stayed 2 nights in a freshly remodeled room. The room was nice and everything was brand new. We stayed with 2 large dogs and were really impressed by the pet area. There was a nice trail to walk the dogs on right next to the hotel and there were lots of pet stations with bags and trash cans. Order pizza from the local Nimarcos pizza if you are looking for dinner. It was great!!

Room was nice but there was construction going on while I was there, they didn't do a great job of controlling their dust and noise. I was on the other end of the hotel and could still hear the hammering. They stopped at night of course but started up pretty early.

In the middle of renovations. Very nice room clean and quiet hotel. Close walk to a couple restaurants as well. Can't give full 5 since the breakfast wasn't really a thing since the lobby was in the breakfast area.

The stay was nice, breakfast could have used a bit more variety though. Staff were pretty nice and the rooms were decent but generally didn't seem to support more than 3 to a room. It was my first visit to Arizona so I have little to compare to.

5

The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Everything was handled quickly, I went to front desk to ask about towels by the pool and they called for extra towels, and the staff brought them immediately, no waiting. The hotel was in the process of being remodeled, so some areas weren't accessible, but just a minute a minor inconvenience. Now, the coffee pot in the room isn't a coffee pot, but brews one individual cup at a time, which is an inconvenience...however there is free hot coffee 24/7 on the lobby! The door locks and electronic key cards are problematic, we had to have our electronic key cards reprogrammed several times, though the staff was quick to resolve the issue, just an inconvenience to have to visit the lobby. As far as the door locks, for some reason the door doesn't lock automatically when you shut it, everytime we left the room it took several minutes for the door to lock...you could push the door open, but we just waited to confirm it locked and went about our day. The beds and price were the reason I booked the hotel. The other nearby hotels did not specifically state pillowtop beds (and reviews were negative for bed comfort). Our beds were great!

Nice place, reasonable price. Staff was very friendly. Only issue was some yapping dog down the hall but they are currently constructing an area specifically for people staying with dogs. Would definitely stay again.

Looks can be awfully deceiving sadly! Renovations look great and they have the workers scheduled for good quite times but the new rooms have some pitfalls... Bathroom doors are split with an awkwardly wide gap you can see through, fans inside bathroom are awful, musty smell is terrible, and overall room functionality is awful. Staff could also use a pep talk on friendliness...

This La Quinta is a great launching point for all the Flagstaff area has to offer, like Snow Bowl and other winter fun off of 40W, but the property is aging and not well. We stayed here for the location and because they allow dogs, but we won't be back. Our room had an odor and along with the property as a whole, needed some serious TLC if not a complete makeover. The staff was friendly and prompt, but for the price we expected a lot more.

Luke warm water provided for showers! Beds were tiny and super uncomfortable! Small discount offered but not worth what I had to pay still! This is my 2nd stay at a La Quinta (different location) in the past month and last visit the TV didn’t work at all and they had no maintenance person available to fix it.

Great hotel for a short stay with pets. Price was fair, hotel was clean, and the pet relief area was nice and accessible. Service was very good.
If you don't have pets this may not be the best pick, unless you like to hear the occasional bark. If you do have pets, it's perfect.

We had a good experience here. A little pricey, but most hotels in this area are. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We traveled with our dog and they made sure we had a ground-floor room close to an exit door. Overall positive experience. Would stay here again, definitely.

The bed was very comfotable. However the room and most of the building had a bad smell. I assume it's because they are pet friendly and we saw so many dogs. Breakfast was small waffles and mixed fruit. Staff was very helpful and curtious.

We stayed here mainly because we are travelling with pets. I spoke with someone on the phone who helped me book 3 different La Quinta's for our cross county trip and couldn't have been easier. La Quinta in Flagstaff was very clean and pet friendly. Breakfast was included starting at 6am which was a nice convenience for those looking to head out early for travel. The whole experience was flawless and we would definitely stay at La Quinta Flagstaff again.

The service is HORRIBLE ! We've been coming to this place for years. The rooms are filthy and dog poop everywhere because they don't keep the bags stocked. We have a membership thinking we would get better service and have priority for checking in early and get discounts on rooms. My husband and I came from high altitude and I was really sick from it. I explained to one of the girls if we could check in 1 hour early. She was extremely unempathetic and said first come first serve and u will have to wait till 3. I said we are members and if that counts for anything. She said, "like I said, first come first serve." I asked to speak to manager, Jennifer and she was able to get house keeping to clean the room. She was able to empathize and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. The only reason we come here is the location. It's in a quiet culdasac near the highway

Beautiful grounds, nice Inn. Take negative reviews with a grain of salt because our stay has been perfect.
Great selection at breakfast (no you aren't getting eggs and bacon but fruit, bagels, cereal, muffins, coffee juice etc).
Room was huge and beds comfy. I didn't feel the walls were paper thin . Yes you can hear dogs occasionally but this is a pet friendly hotel and it wasn't terrible.
My kids and dog Looooved the trails to walk in woods and grassy area by parking lot. This location is waaay better than others by the freeway and trains. None of that here and close to everything. Staff was friendly, room was clean. We will be back!

Have always stayed at La Quita's as we have a dog. But this time we were going on a tour and did not have our dog. The two rooms next to us had two dogs each that the owners left in their room and continued to bark what seemed like forever. The girl at the front desk refused to answer the phone after the first complaint and the kids in the pool screamed until after 10:00. Second night was much better after we changed rooms and when we checked out the manager made it right by comping our bill. I know that things go wrong but when given the chance to make it right, they made it right. It is against the rules to leave an animal in the room unattended for a reason. The people that abandoned their animals were charged for our room. Very fair. We did not get the sleep we paid for.
