The room was very musty, but seemed to be clean otherwise. Also did not have toiletries, toilet paper and only one set of towels for two people. The front desk person was very nice though.

Clean rooms. Made sure everything worked for us. Nice gravel parking lot for trailers in the back.

Drea is always very pleasant as a manager. Over all cleanliness pretty decent. Definitely recommend staying here. During the worst pandemic since the Spanish flu .Very accommodating , thank you.

I love that pets are accepted and we are responsible pet owners. The room given to us had 8 to 10 stains on the carpet that were very noticeable. We asked to change rooms which they did but it was very in convenient. Rooms are checked ????? It would be much better if you had hardwood floors in rooms for pets
The front desk person said she was sorry but that was all. It made me think what else had not been cleaned.

We've stayed in the Kennewick La Quinta a few times passing through town. They remodelled this location a couple years ago (2018) and it's quite a lovely spot.

It's conveniently located off the highway and close to some great spots to eat within walking distance or a 2 minute drive away. We love La Quinta's because they are dog friendly, but this location stands tall in this chain of hotels.

4 1/2☆, only because lack of a decent breakfast. But rest was excellent. Nice staff. Good grassy area for pups. Clean and comfy. Restaurants (non-fast food within walking. We ate at Z-pizza. It was good with exception of a little pricey.

Check in was easy enough. Door knob on closet was broken and brought to the managers attention. Pool was refreshing and spa was hot. Had to ask for pool towels. Our reservation said that checkout was noon. I saw on the door checkout was 11am and asked the manager who stated it was 11am. Disappointed with that. Was looking for a noon checkout room. Breakfast was better than most. I appreciated that there was protein provided. Had to wait for manager to get back to desk for check out.

Door to closet was broken. Staff was frequently missing from front desk. Reservation said checkout was at noon, was informed after seeing signs checkout was at 11. Hot tub jets were pathetic. Pool was nice though. Breakfast was ok. Room stayed cool.

Staff and room was awesome. Great over night stay and some restaurants that were yummy with good service in walking distance. We got into the back lot, but big challenge was getting out of the truck lot in the back with a 53 foot trailer. Very close to big thick cement posts and the jig to avoid them took us over the curb in the front drive. Nothing damaged on the property or the tractor/trailer.

Standard La Quinta room. Hotel is in good condition and clean. Breakfast was disappointing in lacking scrambled eggs and a meat choice.

Hotel was clean and nice. The room was very nice and the pillows and bed were amazing. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the staff was amazing.

It's so clean a tad bit better than Cheyenne la quinta in plus they have sausages for breakfast! Beds are comfy as well

Pretty reasonable hotel, clean room, breakfast is decent pretty standard

Looks nice but looks are deceiving. First they gave me the wrong room. Then when I went to go in the right room the lock wouldn’t work. Got that resolved and the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working. A bit nervous because I have a reservation in Seattle for the next two nights.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Everything is clean and well maintained.

The staff here is so friendly, helpful, understanding and the grounds are always clean. Great atmosphere!

The room is admirable and the breakfast is better than quite a few others. Location is great being right off the highway but still out of earshot. Overall, good hotel at a good price. Can't ask for much more than that.

Just stayed one night while traveling. They accommodated us well. Perfect for parking the big moving truck out back.

Stayed 3 nights for training in town. Great, excellent atmosphere, had ligth dinner/snacks available every night. Ones night we had a local beer/wine sampling, hot tub and pool open and gym available. Great experience. Just one suggestion...update gym equipment, the multimachine was old, and didn't quite work properly.

Stayed a couple days ago and must have gotten lucky because it was a very nice stay. Not so much today. First room had a broken thermostat/heater along with a huge tear in the carpet. No big deal. Moved to another room with a huge tear in the carpet and a door that doesn't close all the way like it was kicked in. Ok, lets go to the pool. Hot tub was unusable due to something brown in it. This is an honest review. Pet friendly aspect is nice but could definitely use some upkeep in more than one room at least.

I was almost surprised at how nice this place is. They are pet friendly, though we didn't have our 4 legged friend on this trip, you would never know that they allow pets. The room was very clean, smelled fresh, not perfumed. Very clean, decent bed. Nice tv good internet and even decent coffee! Excellent price, we are well rested and ready to go!

Great Hotel. Staff was super friendly awesome location. The best part was it SUPER pet friendly which is very important to us. The little business centre was exactly what I was looking for, I could get a lot of work done on my computer in a quiet area.

Room 210 clean quiet and quick wish motels would get body wash instead of bar soap

First time staying at this La Quinta location. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and room was neat. The luggage carts and elevator were a nice change from our stay at the Baymont a few months earlier. They also had a grass patch for the dogs and provides poo bags for guests. Big plus about the hotel is no additional charge for pets.

Really, the only complaints are the tiny bathroom in the room we got and a less than stellar breakfast. Just not that many options at the breakfast bar and the quality was not so great.

For our purposes though, can't beat the location being so close to the family and being dog friendly. We will keep coming back in the future.

Stopped in August 5th, 2017 at 2am to get a quick sleep session before continuing a very long road trip. The desk assistant that night was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was nice to have such positive interaction
at the dreary 2am hour. When checking out, I was beyond impressed to find another professional and extra pleasant assitant at the desk. Good job La Quinta for choosing great employees! They are the reason I am leaving the review as I typically am not a "review type" person. Room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable!

Very accommodating, clean & relaxing. And the Breakfast was delcious with lots of good choices! I highly recommend this hotel & will definately return. Nothing but first class!

everyone was super friendly but my room wasnt that clean. found a dirty black sock next to the bed and lobby area had breakfast trash on the floor at 7pm...they need better housekeeping. if not for that id ha e given 5 stars...

As always, La Quinta Inn is superior to other motel chains. The rooms are well furnished, bathroom and showers are a nice size. I am finishing up a 10 state road trip and I found out that my best choice is La Quinta. Trust me, I had to stay in "other" hotels and have major regrets. Gym, pool, and staff are professional. This place is a great choice.

Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Rooms are really nice and clean.

This hotel was very clean, and well kept. The wifi was fast, and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Very happy.

Room was clean and fine. Breakfast was delicious and 6-9. Down side was all the doors to the rooms have to slam shut. Impossible to quietly close them

Fewer ammenities than similarly priced La Quinta's, but a better-than-usual breakfast made up for it. For travellers with pets you can't do better.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. My rewards were not applied because of some distractions during check in with other clients. I spent 45 mins trying to get my points applied. It was easier because i stayed at location until it was figured out. Not easy to figure out on phone. It would have been nice for the lady at the front desk to offer to call for me but she didnt. She was sweet and i am a bit dissapointed with the lack of effort to help me figure it out. I drove an hour out of my way because i am apart of the returns. I WILL NOT ever do this again. I rather support small family businesses. Not a large corporation taking a bunch of money from the owner so they dont want to give you your free stay. Not more than a couple. La Quinta should pay the owners for all the free stays if they dont already. Dissapointed and also I have had way worse experiences at other hotels.

Very nice hotel with great staff. Their breakfast options are very good, the best breakfast I've had at a hotel so far. Their options are different every day, so you have a nice variety ( waffles with strawberries and whipped cream you can add, make your​ own pancakes, denver omelettes and the list goes on. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Kennewick.

This place is wonderful. The rings were very clean. The need were extremely comfortable.

Room was clean and had HBO. Has little safe if you need it, toilet flushes like a mofo but no problem. Complimentary breakfast and a pool. They don't protect their wifi tho, so connect at your own risk.

Great condition, clean, comfortable beds, full breakfast including eggs and bacon. Quiet.

Got exactly what I expected. Reservedy room on short notice, clerk was able to quickly look up my rewards number, and provided great service.

There are so many reasons why I gave it 5 stars, the employees are so welcoming, and helpful. The hotel rooms and everywhere you go is clean and well laid out. The breakfast is full of lots of choices and good food. The managers reception was great. And I did mention the awesome staff! They really work hard at making you feel at home. La Quinta in Kennewick is a comfortable hotel at an affordable rate. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. My one complaint is that electrical outlets are not conveniently located. I like to have an outlet beside my bed for charging my phone. I had to dig behind the furniture to find one.

The continental breakfast offered several standard options. The food was tasty.

This is likely to be our new favorite spot for the trip home from Montana! This is by far the best LQ we've ever stayed at. We had 3 rooms, 6 people and everyone felt the same. They go the extra mile for you. We got a goody bag of water and cookies or water and chips at checkin. There was more water in room. Gourmet Wolf Gang Puck coffee in room. An excellent breakfast spread! I woke up and thought "it is so great to be in my own bed again" then I looked around and realized that I was not home yet. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Definitely a do over!

The price... With a discount it's 20% higher than we pay at the Red Lion at Columbia Center when
here four times yearly on business. We just drove cross country from east to west coast states and this was 10% + higher than the hotels we stayed in each night on our trip. This Kennewick LaQuinta, is higher than every other equivalent hotel we stayed in...

We're full time on the road for work...

Other than that and the price, it's a great place.
