I stay in hotels a Lot, in this price range, this hotel is excellent. Room is very nice, staff is correct and friendly ( one older gentleman at the reception is not very friendly, but the younger staff members are ) welcome drinks, bottle of water in the room, free drinks in the lobby, breakfast is extremely rich.

Good place to stay the night not far from the airport. The rooms are clean and neat. There’s also an OK restaurant that serves food if you arrive late. Breakfast was good

I arrived at the hotel to a receptionist who does not speak English and really made no attempt to converse in any way.

I had to contact my travel agency to get them to phone the hotel to correct the booking because, despite it being a 2 day stay, they only had me listed for one.

Some of the bedding was ripped.

Room service is a no go. There is no menu and again, nobody spoke English. I went to the restaurant but only the presence of people eating indicated it was open. There was no staff and I eventually left, frustrated, and decided to eat somewhere else. Unfortunately, there's nowhere nearby except for a Lidl.

When I returned there were people at the bar but no staff.

The room was pleasant enough. The internet connection was very good.

Breakfast was also good with a number of good options including breads and pastries, eggs, bacon, cereals and preserves, juices and a good coffee machine. But, in 2 days, I only ate 2 meals and that is unacceptable. 2 stars.

I have been staying here on business for the last 5 years. This stay has been the best. The renovation was amazing, service has been great. A very well asorted buffet breakfast with the essentials to start your day. Love that here the coffee is actually HOT! I would just invest in having a complete gym, it is absolutely necessary.

I particularly appreciated the iced flannels in reception: this was refreshing on such a hot day. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and yours was near the top. I did think that I might go into the old town for dinner but opted instead for your restaurant. The meal was first class and I am glad that I chose the restaurant. Thank you.

Very cute little hotel! Well attended, good rates, nice restaurant and bar. The AC in the room was not working properly though. But for the rest, I was amazed!

Stayed here with my brother during the Hockenheim GP and both of us are very happy with the stay. Perfect distance to the track, early breakfast and open late enough in the restaurant to be able to eat after races even after 3 hours of traffic jams. The room was a bit to warm, otherwise it was perfect.

Clean rooms good breakfast. Parking is a problem and the hotel is often fully booked.

A pleasant hotel, ideally located near Heidelberg.
Our room was very spacious (free upgrade to a suite), although view to speak of. We didnt take breakfast as we met family elsewhere but would be reluctant to pay the asking price anyway given the reasonable number of places in Ladenburg and with a bakery at the end of the road. For a large hotel there is a reasonable amount of free parking in the grounds or an underground garage for €3.50 per day.
Not given 5 stars for a couple of reasons; we arrived around midnight due to a flight delay and the receptionist asked us to wait while he dealt with a kettle issue for another guest (he was pleasant about it, but when you are 2 hours behind schedule and check in takes barely minutes we could have done without the delay), the shower over the bath is oddly positioned at the side directly opposite the shower screen so it doesn't leave much room for movement and if you move the shower it misses the shower screen and floods the floor.
All in all though, a pleasant stay and the main draw is the location.

Service was great. The location was also really nice. The only thing we didn't appreciate was the beamer situation but I guess that depends on the room you're in.

The staff is great but Rita is lovely and I like the way she's always ready to help us. The lady on the reception desk (I don't remember her name) was also very efficient and lovely.

Please, I would like to suggest you to improve the system of internet, to leave shampoo+conditioner (not only that bath soap) available in our rooms and to change the bedding more frequently.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet. There is plenty of parking. We were very pleased.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I don't know much german, but the staff was very accommodating and helped to call me taxis and get around

Great hotel and great value

The only reason I said "good" instead of "excellent" on rooms is the shower/bathroom. Very clean, but small and a bit cramped. The shower "door" (the glass partition) was a bit loose and would move about causing either one to knock and elbow on it, or to have to move it while showering. A bit of a non helpful comment, I know, as the bathrooms are what they are, but just as an explanation of my rating. All in all, though, a pleasant stay and I would return. I found the price high, but perhaps that is just the area.....

Very nice, clean hotel. We ended up booking the junior suite because we needed a baby bed and a seperate bed for my oldest daughter. The room was very (I really mean very) spacy.

The restaurant was ok. Some dishes were not available and the childrens spaghetti is not somethikg you want to order. Very bad spaghetti. Inhad the steak, that was very good.

Breakfast is complete. Very good, everything you need.

Would I go again? Yes!

Nice place to stay. Very natural for the surrounding town. Stayed there overnight. Calm and comfortable.

Gym/sauna - could certainly do with a better gym! a treadmill, cross trainer, chest fly and some
fixed position cables...better than nothing i guess!

Internet - There but dont be expecting to stream anything...youtube videos just about load on 240p :(
just dont expect fast internet and you should be good!

Although a predominantly business hotel we were made to feel very welcome as a family of 3. We had a suite which was massive and gave our teenage son a large private area of his own. The hotel is located just on the outskirts of the very pretty old town of Ladenburg which is easily acessible by 20 min walk or short taxi ride and has a few lovely restaurants & coffee shops.

Friendly hotel in the village. Has a lovely backyard set up. Mainly a business hotel.

Recently renovated, bar and restaurant areas are contemporary and comfortable. Stayed on the 3rd floor which also had a refurnished room, comfortable and enough space. Lots of choice of international TV stations. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable for me and my family. We didn't realize there was so much to do near the hotel otherwise we would have planned to stay longer.

Zimmer sehr laut zur Straße hin. Zimmereinrichtung abgewohnt.
Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Frühstückbuffet ganz ok wird aber schleppend nachgefüllt.

Zimmer war geräumig und Sauber Service war ok. Etwas mühsam war die anmeldung im Hoteleigenen Wlan und 4,90 € für eine stunde finde ich sehr teuer bei anderen Hotels ist für Hotelgäste Wlan Nutzung gratis.

Weihnachtsbuffet 2011: Buffetauswahl war ganz ok. Qualität hinnehmbar. Servicepersonal sehr freundlich. Geschirr war schmutzig!
