Staff excellent especially Yasmin. When we arrived Yasmin took time to help and assist us, nothing was to much trouble. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for location and friendliness

Great design of triple family room. Fabulous inner terrace area. In central Paris but feels hidden away. Gym is a bonus! Complimentary breakfast soon packs the calories back on ;)

This hotel is truly exceptional! The customer service, in particular, is amazing. I stayed here several times. One time, I forgot my cell phone charger and they have send it to me via mail at no cost. Another time, they allowed me to cancel a prepaid non-refundable room exceptionally. I was not able to come due to a social strike in France (which is very common!) where most of the trains were cancelled. Looking forward to my next stay!

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in. There are many negative reviews, however, I did not understand such poor ratings because it is really an exceptional and luxurious place to stay in the middle of all the action. The rooms could use some updating, but they are still very posh and comfortable and clean. The staff is exceptional and very friendly. Every person at this hotel went out of their way to make my stay wonderful and I very much appreciate it.

Stayed here 3 weeks ago as part of a tour group. Excellent service from reception; great quiet room, clean and tidy with super soft bed for good night's sleep. Room looked a bit tired but you don't spend much time in your room anyway. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Well done to all staff we had contact with as they were so helpful.

Nice hotel in a good shopping district. Walking distance of 45 minutes to major attractions (Lourve, Notre Dame, etc..). Staff was very friendly and we got to check early at 9am right after arriving to Paris, so that was perfect for us. Walls are very thin but service is a great and breakfast is free. Would stay here again.

Such a lovely hotel with almost everything. Looks better on the inside with an open place in between and the gardens. A very good place to recommend

Rooms are larger and better appointed than usual Paris hotels, but for that you are a good 15 minute walk from main Marais action. Beds are lovely and bathroom good. Minor niggles are a TV that keeps turning off, very slow check in. We were asked if we wanted king bed specifically, then were given twins?? The guy failed to act when I asked for safe to be fixed and for an iron to be sent to room. His colleague sorted albeit 6 hours later. If you want a bit of peace and quiet, courtyard is lovely. Didn't have breakfast or use other facilities.

I'm not sure if I would call this hotel luxury, perhaps it used to be but it seemed pretty tired around the edges to me. It looks very stylish on first look, with artwork in the lovely courtyard area, but then you soon start to notice broken bits here and there. Here's a few things we encountered:

-Worn/stained/scratched toilet and bath.
-Broken lift.
-No full length mirror in room.
-Dirty cutlery left outside room for for three days and it wasn't our cutlery, perhaps it was the previous occupants.

We didn't get off to a good start when we tried to check in and found we only had a booking for one room instead of two twin rooms. We booked via a holiday company so who knows what happened there, there must have been a miscommunication somewhere. It took a while for the receptionist to find us appropriate rooms and it was ridiculously hot in reception, but when she did find us rooms she told us the lift in our building was broken, great! They arranged for a porter to take up our bags which was good as we were on the second floor. Then when we got to our rooms we found one of them was a double, not a twin, what did they not understand about us needing two twin bedrooms? Back down the stairs we went to ask for another room and wait again in reception. I wasn't counting but it must have taken nearly two hours if not more to get the rooms we had booked and as we are only in Paris for the weekend, this is eating a lot of our time! We also asked them to separate the twin beds in the rooms, this never happened and we just did it ourselves in the end.
Breakfast was really good though, with so much choice, cooked and continental. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful, even if things we asked for didn't get done in the end.

Lovely Hotel in a great spot. This was our first visit to Paris. We hired bikes from 6clo nearby and bikes to the main attractions which was handy. The food and drinks are expensive but there is a supermarket about 20m down the road where you can purchase bottled water and food for a fraction of the price. Rooms are on the smaller side but for the location it was pretty much what you get. Staff are mostly friendly and spoke good English. 2min wall to the main strip full of cafes and restaurants. The markets are about a 10 min walk. Uber’s are affordable and it’s a flat fee if 50 euros from the airport and $
57 euros back including a booking fee.

Came with a tour group. Friendly staff, beautiful courtyard with an expensive bar. Would recommend visiting the Market 2 minutes away instead for drinks. Modern rooms, albeit being on the small side. Can't speak to the price, but I had a wonderful stay.

Fantastc living in executive room. Great service and very nice staff. Just loved it. Te only thing is that the jardin is more of an inner court but still great.

9

Interesting spot. Location is great, rooms are nice, staff is nice. Hotel has a cozy inner yard.

I had no minibar in the room, but had an electric kettle with some tea bags and instant coffees. Which was nice!

The breakfast menu was really great, but the coffee was simply horrible.

And they can lend you an umbrella for a walk in the city.

So, the summary: I would gladly stay here again. But their coffee on breakfast is horrible.

We stay at this hotel during our first time in Paris, great location with easy excess to subway. Restaurants, bakery, convenient stores and Picasso Museum, etc - walk in distance. Rooms are small but well maintained. Cute Lobby decor. Beautiful patio- terrace inside. Quite place and good room service.

7

Inconsistent, rooms vary substantially but none are "unliveable", I've stayed here 2x and seen 5 rooms overall for what it's worth.

Location is great, and amenities are adequate. Breakfast served is excellent and Swedish buffet style.
Cleanliness could be better, rooms are never dirty and there is cleaning done daily, but obviously things are a little bit on the older side (this also has its art deco charms however).

Overall, decent.

7

It's a very good hotel, they offer everything you might need during your stay. The hotel itself is designer differently than mostra hotels: it is devided in different buildings, and in the middle there is a connecting space that has some beautiful lounges in a small garden where you can relax and hang out. Room is comfortable, even has a small kitchen area with microwave. The main issue we found was the room service. It didn't have manu options and what they have is not fresh, is like "canned soup" and "canned meals". They could improve that! Aside from that, everything was great! The location is amazing, the subway is nearby and there are many restaurants, markets and etc. The staff is really nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel!

It's a very nice hotel, the staff were very pleasant. The room was a little small and the bathroom was very odd. It's a half size glass, makes it impossible to take a real shower

Very comfortable. This is a very pleasant hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. The hotel offers an amazing breakfast for 20 euros which is a bargain given the buffet on offer. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. What kind of sleep can you have if the pillow does not suit? The hotel is close to St Sebastian Froissart metro station and within walking distance of the Picasso Museum. Sleep well

This is a romantic spot in a quiet neighborhood at the edge of Marais. Larger than average rooms for Paris, at reasonable prices.

I love the staff here. You are appreciated as a guest and friend when staying here. Morning buffet is good. The Garden bar is lovely. Location is perfect and steps away from metro. City hall and Notre Dame are walkable. But the real draw is the Marais promenade on weekends.

Excellent and consistent customer service. We received so many great recommendations from the staff about where to eat, go, etc. Appreciated how much they went out of their way to make sure that everything at my stay was going well and taken care of. The courtyard was darling and made for great evenings. Really appreciated Paul, he was such a funny and kind bartender, who made my experience so much better. Thank you Paul + team!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Front staff were very helpful at check-in. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Love the neighborhood. There are plenty of places to get a bite to eat or espresso before heading out to explore the city.

6

Very dated hotel room. The walls, bathroom, safe, etc were noticeably old and tired. However, the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The cleaners took our towels despite us hanging them up for reuse and I had to call 3 times to request new towels and it took them over an hour to bring them.

Good location if you're happy to walk a bit or grab a bike.

Beautiful boutique style with different building with different room design (colour tone ). Conveniently located near the subway station . 3 supermarket located within less than 5 minutes walk . Wifi connection is speedy . The only down side is poor noise insulation between room . You can hear conversation and sneezing sound from your neighbour ....

5

Quite big hotel made of several buildings with a private inner yard. It's acceptable but not great, with a style that tries to be elegant and fancy, but actually feel quite cheap and ageing. The breakfast matches the rest, enough diversity to be acceptable, with a quality that could be better, but isn't right bad. Rooms have a small kitchen and a fridge, quite convenient. The area is calm at night. I didn't have time to check the relaxing space and spa.

The hotel is very well located in a less touristy part of Paris. Close to Les Marais. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. At 20 EUR it is not cheap but it has quality ham, juices, cheese, bread and ask those things you want for breakfast. After a small problem with the room that the staff fixed without a hassle we had a great stay. Planning on coming back soon .

We had a nice and cosy apartment right under the roof top of the building and in the middle of wonderful Marais. It had a scenic view over Paris Marais. The place had everything e expected it to have, including a little kitchen (although we were not able to find any dishes). Breakfast included a fine buffet. All in all, happy we were here.

Good hotel: location is nice with Carrefour supermarket nearby, courtyard is beautiful and a true "garden" in the middle of Paris, plenty of seats available for an afternoon coffee. Many good restaurants/ Bistros nearby. Service is good as expected but nothing special. Rooms are a bit dated though. There is an electric stove although no pan or utensils provided (I guess they will furnish if asked), nor a rangehood so no meat cooking despite the awesome deli/butchery across the road. Part of a group tour through paris. Everything was...ok enough...for a hotel that was included in our trip. Had i spent the full €1000 a night, i would have left disappointed. Staff was attentative, but always seemed to be talking behind your back especially once they realized you werent french. Rooms were nice enough and breakfast was delicious. Other than that, nothing much remarkable about it. It is beautfiul and old, and i think thats why the price is so high.
