Enjoyed our stay although it was short lived. Clean and very nice environment it was also peaceful during our stay. However I do believe I left a blue jean jacket in the room. I emailed them about and no one ever responded back to me.

Great Customer Service. I had to cancel a reservation because of the virus. I made my reservation through Booking.com and they were not very helpful but when I called Julian at The Graduate and explained my situation she made a call and I got a full refund. We've stayed there in the past and will be back for sure. Easy walk into downtown Annapolis. - Thank You!!

Call themed hotel. Remind you of a college hotel though very fancy and very nice. It’s right in the downtown area right in the center of West Street. I personally like the theme a lot which is Naval and school related. The guest hotel rooms are IDs from prior students who are famous. It’s really geared towards getting into the Annapolis Naval school vibe.

Beautiful rooms, staff was friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the Naval theme. The colorful rooms were a nice change of pace from the grey/tan scheme everywhere else has. Convenient location for spending a few days down town. We'll likely be staying here again.

I really love this place. The decor is so quaint and cool. The beds and linens were soft. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and updated. Very handy shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Room had a Mini fridge, ironing board, hair dryer, and Safe large enough for a laptop. Guest service during the day was excellent, including valet - although I used self parking for $25. It was very easy in/out for an F150 truck. An F250 probably won't make it, unless there's another entry, which there probably is, because although I went through the gate/garage, I still ended up parking outside in the gated area. Large center conference room. Great location for local bars and Rams Head, which is a very short walk. Only negative is that everything shuts down a little too early, including the hotel's bar, restaurant, and even the 7-11 across the street, and there are no vending machines or hotel store, or even room service available late at night. Nice pic tributes to the Navy.

The service here is very friendly and welcoming. Location is also good - walkable to tons of restaurants and shops. Only downside is that the rooms are quite dated--we stayed in one of the nicer suites and it was a little basic and smelled mildewy (the carpet looked like it had sustained some non-trivial water damage). Overall pleasant and we understand that the hotel will be remodeled soon under its new ownership.

Loved it! The room was super clean, and it was in a great location for walking around the restaurants and shops! Plus, they loved our dog and welcomed him warmly!

Clean, comfy, safe and functional. A little pricey? But it's Annapolis so it's expected. My only recommendation is cheaper parking facilities - so if you're staying here I recommend walking two minutes and parking in the $10 overnight garage next to Lemongrass. Or risk street parking and a $40 ticket 😬

6

Expensive hotel for the limited amenities. Room was average, somewhat worn looking which would be fine for a less expensive hotel. Cold water barely tricked out of the sink, so you either had to wait 5 minutes to fill a glass of water or fill it with hot water. To top it off, there is no pool and the parking was an extra charge. The service, however, was impeccable. The restaurant was fabulous and I couldn't recommend it more. If the hotel was less expensive I would highly recommend this it, but you just don't get your money's worth here.

We stayed overnight there for while wedding. All of the staff were extremely nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is close proximity to a lot of restaurants and bars and about 10 -15 minutes from downtown and the marina.

Rather nice place. We didn't stay at the hotel but went to a banquet. We had to pay for parking at the hotel so I found a place on the street. This was the hardest part. The staff and food were good. 4 stars because I am trying to save 5 star reviews for the exceptional.

Great.Wow what a great hotel. Such a nice way to spend time near waterfront Annapolis. The price is almost half of what the hotel on the water front costs. It cost me $230 a night for a king bed room with two adults. The room over looked the court yard. The valet service is about $8 more than it is to park yourself. Parking costs about $20 a night. But there is a parking garage a block before the hotel that's a lot less expensive.

Upon our arrival, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable. They have a late night menu through 6am, which was perfect because my husband and love our late night snacks. Room service, was very nice as well, in addition to the valets. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great mini-vacation in Annapolis, Md, at this hotel. The hotel is on the route for the free bus that takes you around downtown Annapolis. This is great as parking is difficult in downtown Annapolis. The hotel is close to the historic Statehouse which is very worth visiting. The downtown area is so historic we are hoping to go back in the spring.

We left my car with the great valet Eddie, at the hotel, & took the free bus around downtown. We had two issues that arose, but management took care of it when notified.

It's young staff are friendly, but do need to learn more about downtown Annapolis and how to show empathy when a guest brings a concern to them. That being said, YES we will go back!

6

Friendly staff and clean services, but lacks the wow factor that should come with the price.

Stayed here for two nights with my new bride as a mini honeymoon and honestly the stay was just okay. The valet service was nice and easy, and the bell hops were punctual and kind. The negatives were that fact that our shower faucet leaked out of the back and sprayed water everywhere, and that the television was glitchy the entire time (Missed the last 20 seconds of the Panthers NFL game and a lot of the opening monologue for the Golden Globes). The restaurant in the hotel was also completely dead when we went for dinner.

Not a bad place to go, but for the price you can probably find other places that may offer more.

I wouldn't exactly say it's overall well managed. I did however get a very warm welcome from everyone including valet, front desk, and the at the restaurant by the sweetest hostess. An older woman with more style than anyone I've seen in the area. Very friendly and helpful. I certainly look forward to the hospitality upon my return.

went here for a business Christmas party. self parking is along a narrow parking lot, so be prepared to walk a little bit. once you're inside, most everything is nice. food, staff, and drinks. however, each floor is rather small, which doesn't really lend itself to crowds. all in all this wasn't a bad place, but definitely not my favorite, due to the size of the floors

8

The hotel was wonderful! Parking was a bit odd. The parking entrance goes into a garage, but as soon as you get into the garage, you're forced to enter an open parking lot to the right, or pay extra for valet. We had to park about 200 feet from the garage entrance. Not a huge deal, but we paid about $12 to park in an open lot and walk a good bit in the snow. The garage entrance was a bit misleading.

Beautiful place to stay. A must stay, staff is super friendly and helpful. The food at Baroak is amazing. Had the crab dip as an appetizer that was out of this world. My wife had the salmon that she said was the best she ever had, and my bacon blue cheese burger was awesome. The hotel was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Hats off to the all the staff from the valet parking to maid services all are top notch. Thanks you for a wonderful time look forward to coming back.

Attended a wedding reception there. The food was great! The only difficulty we had was cocktail hour was supposed to be outside, but they didn't get the heaters running for us, so we were kinda crammed inside. Nice atmosphere, though.

We just had our wedding at the Loews last month. We use their Powerhouse building and had the most unique and wonderful experience that left our guests raving. The staff was pampering, attentive, accommodating, and all around top quality. We worked with Holly Greve until her retirement, and then worked with Rosemary Whelan, who seamlessly took control of our event. They took care of everything we needed to and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. They hosted our crazy family for the weekend and gave us great cocktails (including a custom cocktail my guests demanded the recipe for), delicious food I want to go back and order, and gorgeous accommodations in the heart of the city. I would really recommend letting the Loews Annapolis handle your special event.

The Lowe's Annapolis was in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic. Unfortunately we didn't get to eat at the restaurant, but we did have several meals from their catering and the food was excellent. Noise is a minor factor for rooms facing the atrium/central event space, but the events end at a reasonable time and the view into the event space from our room outweighed any noise issues.

The floor in the room was kind of worn and a little dirty, the tub didn't drain well at all, the towels shed like CRAZY, the room service salad was wilted and way overpriced, and the iron leaked water everywhere when I tried to use it. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Good things: The staff was courteous. Public areas were clean. Bedding was quite comfortable (worth 1+ stars by itself). Robes were provided. In-room kuireg (if you like that).

We ate at Baroak tonight and thought the crab cakes on the"new" menu were good. It was too humid and noisy to eat outside. We were the only customers inside on a quiet Wednesday night. The beer list is very long, and the wine list is okay too. There are happy hour specials and the Annapolis and Anne Arundel Visitor and Convention Bureau offers discount coupons for meals. The ambience is probably charming when the room is filled with happy diners.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was excellent. It was right in town, an easy walk to a hundred different shops and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, both of which were very good. If I'm ever back in Annapolis I would definitely stay here again.

It's a beautiful hotel, I did not see the rooms but the common areas were all beautifully decorated. Unfortunately it was scalding hot in the event and there were way too many people attending. Next time the hotel should have a few more areas off of the main walkways for guests to stop and chat with each other because it felt like a concert having to push past everyone. That has nothing to do with the hotel or it's service though. All employees I encountered were very friendly and professional. Just crank the AC next time!

I had one of their beers and didn't think it was great. The other guest tap I had was good though. Server was nice but seemed overwhelmed and not on top of things when it was only half full. Didn't order any food but I wouldn't as everything that came out looked pretty sad.

Attended a reception here in one of their ballrooms. The food was very good and the staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. If you don't want to pay for parking, you can find parking in the neighborhood across the street, but it's pretty difficult. I drove around for a good while. The room felt like a typical hotel ballroom, but it had lots of natural sunlight and it was very clean and well-kept.

Nice rooms, pleasant modern decor. Well located, although not right down town, still walkable along West Street. Restaurant seems to change every other year however. Staff is always friendly, valets are courteous and prompt. I've also been to several private events here and they do a good job.

Contemporary, fresh hotel in downtown Annapolis.

Just a few blocks from the downtown shopping area, this is a superb hotel for its location, as well as its appointments. The hotel's decor is airy and contemporary. Staff were warm and friendly. They were also very efficient in checking us in and taking the car, all of which took about 5 min.

The hotel was pretty nice. It was clean and what we needed. There really wasn't anything very special about the hotel other than fresh flowers everywhere. The restaurant connect to it wasn't anything special either and was pretty pricy. Overall the beds were comfortable and the hotel is clean if that's all you are looking for. To me it was an overpriced bed. The staff is nice as well, we appreciated the night front desk Max.

Got a room there as a Christmas present from Grandma and Grandpa while they watch the kids. At 9 a.m. housekeeping decided to knock on the door and asked us if we needed anything. To me that's unacceptable if checkout time is noon the noon is when housekeeping starts knocking. Basically one night a year we get to sleep in that was the night and we were still up by 9. I really hope the remodel finish it soon had to drive about 2 miles out of the way to get to the back road that led through the power plant to the back entrance. And the room was at best adequate there where beard trimmings in the sink mildew on the walls in the shower and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. Definitely not worth the price. On the plus side no bugs and the hotel restaurant/ bar was really nice we had a few drinks there and really enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed at the Loews for our anniversary and it was everything we expected and more. It is just a short walk to the downtown area but far enough away that it is quiet at night. There service is incredible as well. We were talking to Amanda at the front desk when we got there and told her it was our anniversary and when we got back from a great dinner at Cantlers there was a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a great hotel to stay in for a weekend getaway with my wife and dog Donnie. The staff provided excellent service and treated Donnie as the prince he thinks he is.

Baroak was a tasty spot to have breakfast. Donnie joined us, so we sat on the patio. Our server brought him a water bowl and tasty treats so we could distract him from our meal.

We would definitely come back with it without Donnie.

My family and I stayed at the property on April 10th. It was a fantastic experience while there. After returning from our trip I realized that I had possibly left a jacket and pair of sunglasses in the room. I called and spoke with Darlene at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, thorough and helped me to locate my jacket. I had also misplaced my sunglasses and thought they were in the pocket of the jacket. I asked the housekeeping representative if they were in the pocket and she said they were not. We ended the conversation and within a few minutes I received a call back from the rep asking me for further information about my glasses and said that she will investigate further to try to locate them!
Fantastic service. Thank you so much! We will definitely return when in the area again.

Went to a users' group meeting here a few months ago. Meeting facilities were very nice, as were accommodations. Wifi was incredibly slow, but they offer a pay option that is supposedly faster. The location is incredible, within easy walking distance of all the history that Annapolis has to offer. Beautiful city, and a nice, well-run hotel.
