Stylised to American motel. Gives you shelter and a decent place to sleep. I really can't complain but I can't say nothing specially good about it.

The room smelled, the toilet was horrible and I found sex toy packages in my closets. The only good thing was that the bed was comfy.

Went here for their carvery. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Meat was really lean. Large selection of well cooked vegetables. You have option of getting pigs in blanket & extra Yorkshire pud for £1. Be careful of sauces cos they weren't labelled & my friend spooned what he thought to be bread sauce over his turkey only to find it was horseradish! Ruined his meal. Other than that couldn't fault it. Staff really friendly too.

I'd give it maybe a 3 and a half food off the menus great , cavery does the job but isn't consistent and waiting times are in and out in my most recent visit I waited 35 minutes for my cavery hence the mediocre rating

Location is easy to find although a distance into hinckley Town centre. From the outside it looks a bit run down but from the moment you meet the staff then your stay is worth it. Knowledgeable, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was basic but clean, tidy and no issues in regards to maintenance. The adjoining pub/carvery has a really you nice atmosphere and beer is priced well. Overall it's a decent hotel if your not staying more than 2 night, recommended for short term stays.

Decent carvery with your standard sides and sauces, tasty meats and a good price. Lacking in decent vegetarian options with Mac and cheese or cheese and potato pie, or you pay the full price for a carvery with no meat. Get like a pie or something as a carvery meat alternative at least.

The Longshoot is a gvery good "stop over" hotel. Easy to get to, rooms do the job and the Carvery is to die for. All at a great price.

Had a festive carvery meal here-couldn't fault it. Starters were freshly cooked and generous portioned. The carvery was beautiful. For the price, it couldn't be faulted.

Usually good food, but I was disappointed at lunch time serving, potatoes horrid either frozen or heated up.. most plates taken back had pitied left. Evening carvery 'brilliant' no complaints. Staff not too helpful. Manager excellent

It was intimate and clean, we also had tv, tea and coffee, it was quiet most of the time. Very clean towels and bedsheets, i really appreciated that. We'll go there every year to celebrate our anniversary!
Get what you pay for. Stayed in worse but could be a lot better. Poor decoration and awful matress
