Great room, service and everything. The staffs very helpful and friendly

There were genset maintenance work on Sunday and they ensure that guests are well informed. Being called by last name truly add a sense of home. Hadnt got the chance to use the pool, the size is quite small. Breakfast at restaurant is so so in terms of menu selections. The restaurant seating area is quite small as well. Overall, i had a great 5 stars experience for staying at MOJ. I was able to make late check out and try their countryman mini cooper shuttle to the adjacent shopping mall. Thank you all MOJ staffs

I have stay here with my family on a new year. The room is so nice with a great view of HI circle. The pillow are great. the bath room has bath tube and shower. and the wifi give my nieces happy :) The new year dining are great too. They have many kind of food, from local cuisine to western cuisine. From smoke Duck to sushi. A lot of sweet cake too. I even feel i cant move any more since i got taste all the food that night. The breakfast also yummy and the swimming pool are great too. Its nice to sleep here.

Excellent stay at this elegantly decorated hotel. Highly recommend choosing to stay here whether business or pleasure. Staff are excellent and know how to treat their guests well. Recommend taking a massage at the spa on level 5. A+ stay

The service in the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta was above and beyond the expectation. You always expect good service at a five star hotel, but the staff was amazing. We were celebrating a birthday and they decorated the room and provided the cake and took pictures which they later sent to the room. They were so gracious you felt among friends, can't say enough good things about them.

I tried dim sum at Li Feng, and overall it was a nice place, great food, but rather limited dim sum menu I must say. I came on Sunday, and the place was rather empty but heard that it was more crowded on Saturday. Compared to other luxury hotels, Mandarin Oriental was somewhat perceived as more old-fashioned due to its old building here.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Jakarta. It has a pleasant lobby and nice staffs. There are many good shop and restaurants in the hotel worth to try. On the second floor there is a nice place to seat with the sights of the lobby. Parking is limited on this hotel but it is well arranged. They have a convention hall which can be utilized for exhibition and weddings. Excellent hotel!

Kasih jempolll bangat buat pelayanannya.. hotelnya kereeennn banget dengan view langsung menghadap ke bundaran hi. Ruangannya bersihh, kamarnya luass dan lengkap dengan segala kebutuhan tamu hotel, dan yang jelassss, menu yang disajikan di restonyaaaaa... semuanyaaaaa enakkk 🤤🤤 dan semua layanan yang diberikan juga primaa.. kapan yaa bisa menginap disini lagi.. 😊😊

A pretty old hotel in the center of Jakarta. Easy to access the Central Jakarta area as it is situated in the busy Thamrin street.
Had the pleasure of dining in the dinner buffet. There was a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. And the BBQ was alright.
The second time I went there was to attend a meeting at the executive lounge. Nice amenities and finger foods. But the smoked salmon sandwich took ages to get to the table.
Overall a nice hotel.

Salah satu hotel terbaik yang pernah saya kunjungi di Jakarta. Kasur, bantal, sprei, dan selimutnya luar biasa nyaman. Kamarnya besar dan disediakan 4 botol air mineral+buah free. Kamar mandi pun luas dan dilengkapi bath tub. Untuk fasilitas olahraga ada kolam renang, gym, dan sauna. Disediakan sarapan di Dcinnamons resto yang pilihan makanannya cukup komplit dan enak. Pegawai di hotel ini pelayanannya istimewa 👍👍

Really enjoy the excellent and warm services. The hotel staffs are nice and friendly. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. There is free shuttle with mini cooper to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia on weekend.

Love going to the Oriental whenever I am in Jakarta. Great service and after my first visit, the staff remember my name. That added the personal touch for me.

Good rooms, excellent location and outstanding service is how I would describe Mandarin Oriental. The hotel really takes good care of the guests. There is a free mini cooper shuttle and I even got movie tickets apart from the room upgrade

I'm just here to have a cup of coffee, not disappointed. Along with the banana fritters, a good meal. Expensive, though. Totally worth it.

Lyon France Restaurant Saturday Brunch not worth for the prices. Service was bad. Way over rated. Per head around 700k rupiah. Minimum choices.

Centrally located in city centre. In the heart of Jakarta. Easy to reach by many kind of transportation. Hotel quite old but well maintaine. Food are good. Meeting room spacious. Price avarage. Even old hotel, they keep the standard of five star facilities. Shopping mall grand Indonesia are just across the street. Taxi always stand by & Trans Jakarta bus stop just few minutes walk.

Luxury bar, many foreigners, good music and nice cocktail. Price is affordable for a luxury bar standard. They also have Latin night every Thursday, started around 8pm for a class, and the music played on 9sh.

I think it is a highly expansive hotel. But it has a strategic location and luxurious facilities. This hotel is near with Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall, TransJakarta bus stop, and not too far from Sudirman Station so basically you have a easily access to go everywhere in Jakarta if you stay in this hotel. And from what I see, this hotel has been a recommendation for some important meetings and events either hold by government, business/ companies, or NGOs. This hotel is a trademark for important meetings and events in Jakarta.

As a frequent traveller to Jakarta I stay at the Mandarin for a few reasons. Firstly it has a great gym, with all the equipment that you could want. It also has a decent pool, with a poolside bar if you need it. Rooms are massive and very well finished. Wifi is fast, reliable and they don't charge you extra to get decent speeds or extra data like all other hotels are starting to do. Also I shortened my stay and they didn't charge me a cancellation fee. Will be staying here next time.

One of my fav hotel. Very professional team..then love to work with them while having a VIP guest or special colleagues come to Jakarta. Then about the food..I can not say anything only request again.and again to the waiter "can i have some more"? 🤣 Describing by the word for the food.."elegant tasty" - "charm cuisine" love to eat here.

Old fashioned hotel. Some people say they have the best Chinese rest in the city, but after i went there i think it just another chinese restaurant. They do the dishes beautifully but mine is not seasoned evenly.

The hotel is comfortable , the design is pretty nice , placed in the city center near the shopping mall. The pedestrian access is limited and hard to enter. The food is nice but i think it's a bit too western so local people may not enjoy the food. Near the main street but it's not noisy ( except if there's disturbance by a stupid motorcycle which is used even it's already broken )

Most comfortable room ever. Best service as always. Lovely room service and spa. Only downside is that it is not linked to any malls so dining options a bit confined if you don’t want to take a car.

Iron was broken. Superb service and amenities. May have got some diarrhea from swallowing the pool water. Not sure. Gym guy was very polite and helpful. Jeremiah was great and friendly.

The Mandarin Oriental was an excellent host to the US Indonesia Investment Summit. Well done! Love the MO Bar on the second floor as well, nice place to decompress after a long day with great wine and cocktails and excellent bar snacks.

Great to see one of my favourite hotels back to its old self. Pleasant, helpful, enthusiastic staff. Highly recommended for all types of event.

Parking is very tight and far from the hotel because it's in a different building. Ballroom is outdated as well. Not recommended for events.

Mandarin Oriental is centrally located, the rooms are large and tastefully decorated with clean and open ambiance. The staff were very cordial and helpful. There are quite a few selection of restaurants to suit everyone's taste. The hotel takes the security measures very seriously. It's lobby is a bit small compared to other five star hotels in the vicinity.

I check out hotel on 3/9/17 and left my hp charger in the room. I email them and they send me the charger back on 5/9/17!
I am very happy and impressed by their excellent service! Really appreciate their help and efficiency!
If I visit Jakarta again next time, this will definitely be my first choice hotel !

OMG... They don't have sprays in the toilet..! I you are not used to wipe with tissue only, the you are in trouble.

A friend of mine is about 2 meters tall so he kept calling this place a goblin's house. He complained about this all the time lol. But the food was nice, room service was awesome, the people were super.

so... the room is awesome, it´s just stunning. Bathroom and everything is really really nice and great. Haven´t seen that in many other hotels before.
Best In-room dining I ever had. The cooks are my heros. Everything I ordered was fantastic. I also liked the deep pool.

Came here for meetings and seminars. The entrance is totally separated with those that actually stay here for the night. The security check is unnecessarily tight (open window, side doors and baggage) and another body check and bag check before entering the building.
The food presented here is ok. Nothing really special.
Prayer room is far to reach and there are no real signs how to get there and back.

Feels like home. I love the hospitality of the staff, very professional and polite. High quality of food and beverages.
The only downside is that the room ceiling is a bit low for me.

typical for an upscale hotel in Jakarta, the rooms are excellent. Service at the front desk is excellent. Furnishings are excellent. Even the double head shower (straight down head and angle head on a hose) provide more than sufficient both heat and water pressure, enough to be called excellent as well. BUT, the best feature of the hotel are the ladies in the Club lounge. From the freshly brewed by the cup coffee in the morning, or the fresh squeezed juice and the omelet made to order through to a cocktail to relax after work the team (I think there are 11 of them on staff) who work the Club lounge are friendly, helpful and so positive that it is impossible to have a bad day.

Great service, great room & amenities. Loved the welcome drink (went with pineapple juice). Try to get a rate including both wifi and breakfast - then get your money's worth on the buffet!

One of the nicest accommodation you can find the city. Love the room & the hospitality. But among all I must say the selection of food is top notch. Their French restaurant, Lyon is one of the best in town as well as their Chinese restaurant, Xin Hwa.

PS: There's usually a special promo for business brunch / lunch at Lyon. Two course at less than 200K. Do check if it stills on though.

Nice hotel! If you want to arrange an event in their meeting room try an esquaire room. Its perfect for 15 - 30 pax event. The room connect with a small kitchen which will use to serving lunch or dinner and has outdoor area :)

Very nice and comfortable hotel... i stay here for 3day 2night... The hotel Have a bar the name is MO bar at 2nd floor that quite nice and cozy place... the room so large and have comfortable bed.. services excellent!!
