The view from our beachfront unit was fantastic, as was the actual unit... it was very spacious and comfortable. Such a great location, not too far from Perth, but with a feeling you are a world way. Staff were very friendly and helpful also. We will definitely be returning here.

beautiful views.Well worth paying the $360 per night price tag for the view alone. I was disappointed with the wifi band width. I could only stay online for less than a minute.

Lovely apartment
Kichen utensils were lacking. Needed a small saucepan and soup ladle. If you eat out it is a lot easier.

Lovely setting, lovely staff but the cleanliness of our 2 bedroom ocean view apartment was a let down. The pale blue lounge suite was filthy, covered in stains and liquid marks all over. Leather dining chairs were torn and scratched, as if a cat had sharpened it's claws on them. The button to press for the bathroom spa was stuck so it couldn't be used. The laundry needs to be checked in the rooms as I found somebody else's underwear in the washing machine. Was also disappointed that the outdoor spa heater was broken so the water was freezing and we couldn't use it.

Excellent location with quick and easy access to both the beach and the restaurants of Dolphin Quay. The rooms were clean and very well appointed. They have a Nespresso machine but don't supply complimentary pods - you can buy some from reception but if I'd known, I would have brought some from home :) The bed was quite firm. The free "movies on demand" was awesome to have - great selection, but if you prefer the big screen, Reading Cinemas is a 5 minute walk with $10.50 tickets. Will definitely be back.

Excellent! We stayed in the beach front villa, where you have you have your own deck. Go for a swim in the ocean and lie down for a nap.

It looked like the apartments are crowded.

Great spot, nice pool and pretty much on the beach. Minor drawbacks - Reception only open 8am till 8pm (I think) and room shower had a bit of a sewage smell (Room 504) which I’m sure is an easy fix. In saying that I would definitely return.

Great location at walking distance from Dolphin Quay. Our single room apartment was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. We spent a lot of our time just relaxing at the pool

Loved our stay so much we booked a second night. Amazing views, friendly staff, close to shops and the beach: it was awesome!! 😊

Clean comfortable with polite reception staff. Our apartment is in need of a furniture upgrade as the bed, lounge and dining chairs are all sagging. Others complained about the translucent walls but they are practical for the space and had no problem with it. That said our apartment faced more south and not East. The wifi worked well.

Best keep secret in Mandurah from the swimming pool its over looking the best family swimming bay beach in Mandurah at the same time catch to see the dolphins swimming....U need to check this one out."familly time 💏"

A wonderful place to visit and relax. The apartment needed a few things done, should be checked by house keeping or maintenance upon checkout. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, cinema, parks. Beach walks was wonderful, friendly staff.

Very relaxing and close. Not a hotel but self serviced apartments. Coming down in price but still very expensive. Pool 30 seconda away beach 1 minute away and a 10 minute walk to the center of town. Great place for school holidays.

The rooms are nice, the staff are friendly and the beach is great for kids.

We saw dolphins playing in the waves in the bay, and the view of the sunsets can be spectacular.

Thank You Ben for putting us in our favourite apartment, from 7th Nov; to 11th. We enjoyed our stay immensley, & hope to return next year all going well. I keep telling my friends in our retirement village our lovely it is.

Great location. When it's sunny this is the best place to be. We saw dolphins in the bay right outside the hotel.

Great location. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Only downside was the free WiFi was limited to 500 mb per room per day. A bit ridiculous in this day and age.

Nice, big spaced apartment, has 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, tv in each room and view to the sea! It also has a kitchen complete with all you need to cook and bake. This is one of the best apartments ever! Nice swimming pool with warm water Jacuzzi, secure car park, fast Wi-Fi internet.

Awesome Villla's with spa and excellent facilities, two person Spa, spacious shower and beautifully appointed. Bali style glass walled pool with poolside sunlounge's. very nice apartment for our short stay there! its very near the beach and the hotel/apartment itself has swimming pool which we enjoyed ourselves in during our stay there. even lazying down beside the pool while enjoy the sight of the Indian ocean in-front of us is a great way to pass our time relaxing over there!

Excellent for the price. Only complaint was the building has very loud whistling noises in high winds, very odd.

Seashells mandurah has a great location, right next to a great swimming beach, some excellent restaurants and only fifteen minutes walk to the eastern foreshore.

Clean and presentable hotel accommodation situated beach side at Dolphin keys which is a 10 min pleasant walk into Mandurah town center.

Average quality accomodation.

Stayed for a few weeks in an apartment. The pool was a nice touch with nice views and a good place to relax.

The accomodation itself was well presented but basic for the price charged.

It is set away from the main area of mandurah so you need a car to get about. Not good for tourists with no transport.

Secure parking is a nice feature but expected for the price.

The villa is well situated and is great for a family getaway. The beach front villas are fantastic for waking up to the sound of waves.

Comfortable and well furnished

We stayed 2 nights in a 2 room apartment - very spacious for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The kitchenette was well equipped with microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher and all the cutlery we needed. Staff were also attentive and polite and provided a high chair quickly when requested. We had a great stay overall and will definitely be back! It was rainy when we were there so unfortunately we didn't get to try out the pool!

Nice rooms. Good pool area. We paid $4k for 4 rooms for 3 nights. Management so tight that they charge $2 to hire a pool towel.

We came over from the UK for 2 weeks with our 2 youngest daughters for their elders sister's Wedding. Everything was to hand in the heart of the city. The girls loved the pool. Shame the spa was cold, but everything else made up for it. Fabulous Sea view from the Balcony. Clean and well kitted out apartment with friendly staff.

I love mandurah so when we decide to go for weekends away we stay here!
it has the best location, beautiful views and the rooms are AMAZING!
