Very very nice and clean. Remodeled and upgraded to gorgeous. The pools are fun. Friendly service! Super clean resort. Only thing is they could use at least one slide lol! But kiddos loved it here.

I couldn't find a thing to complain about if I tried. The 2 bdrm villas are spacious, newly redone and very clean--it was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small children. The grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained. The pools are large with lots of different areas to accommodate small children and adults alike. I was also pleasantly surprised with the number of amenities and activities taking place at the resort. This was my first time staying here and we definitely plan to return!

If you get an opportunity to stay here be prepared to be amazed. To say this place is clean is an understatement. Cleanliness is a big deal to me. We were very please by the service and the great customer service shown by staff. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely facility. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The room cleaning service is excellent. The bar is good, and there is a small grocery store on the property. The pools are nice there are three of them.

Great location in reference to universal and Disney. We are in the two room suite. The master bedroom suite is very well put together. The room as a whole is very nice. Very cozy. Would advise to stay here

The room itself is spacious, clean and well equipped. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the amenities are plentiful. There are two pools that are well visited by the guests, but the clientele is a great group of people you will enjoy being around. I have stayed in a lot of time share resorts and this is one of the only ones I continue to come back too.

This resort is amazing! I’ve been here countless times and it’s THE best resort out there. The staff are extremely friendly, they help you with anything you need. Also, there are multiple pools located around; So you can be close to one in your villa. The rooms are also perfect. You have a kitchen, so it can be self-catered or there is a sort of outside restaurant. To add there is a mini store, for any essentials on the first night. Marriotts also offers activities for all ages, everyday. There is paddle boats , fishing, an arcade, golf, tennis, pickle ball ( not quite sure what it is? ), basketball, large chess and much more. I could go on for ages about how good Cypress Harbour is!

Fabulous 2 bedroom villa at this huge vacation property. The hot tub in the room is truly massive! The room has a full washer and dryer as well as a stocked kitchen. There is a dining and living area and two sofa beds. Also two full baths. 3 flat screen TVs as well. Multiple pools, basketball courts, playgrounds and children events. We are ready for a fabulous weekend!! Check in was quick and there is a security gate at the front of the property,

Overall a magnificent place to stay. I wanted to give five stars so bad but we had somewhat of a debacle upon checking in: Long story short, our door malfunctioned and after a long drive we could not gain access to our room. Eventually it was handled and the staff was great, it was just inconvenient. Other than that, Marriott did not disappoint. Room was amazing, amenities were amazing, and food on site was pretty durn good as well. And once again, I can't say enough about the amazing staff. From Lee who checked us in to Thaddeus who fixed the door issue, I would 100% go back!

This is around my 10th time staying here so it goes without saying I like this place. Good location to the convention center even though it's not really walkable it's close enough. The rooms are amazing. All two bedrooms two bath but the master bed is huge with a walk in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. Full kitchen, I could go on but I would recommend checking out the pictures on the website. For what you get the price is pretty good. Very family friendly, with a huge pool area. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

We stayed at this resort while we came to Walt Disney World. This resort is truly beautiful and is up-to-date with the resort itself and the rooms. Us and another family stayed at the villas and it was truly beautiful and clean. We got the villa for a really cheap price, and it is very close to Walt Disney world. This resort actually reminds me of a Disney resort, but is about 2/3 the cost for 5 days. This resort also has fun recreation activities from basketball to video games, this place has it all! Would HIGHLY recommend! Truly magnificent!

The staff was accommodating and polite. The suite was beautiful and clean. They remember who you are when they encounter you again, whether it be at the front desk or picking you up on the shuttle. There is so many activities for kids, adults and families, to participate in. Despite the weather, our stay was awesome and we can't wait to come back next year. We found this Marriott Vacation Club to be very spacious, clean and comfortable. This whole resort has been, and is being, updated, refreshed, and refurnished. The pool area was beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed some eats at the outdoor bar area, along with refreshing cocktails. Highly recommend this resort.

We had a great weekend with daughter and grandkids. The staff was spectacular in every way as they attended to our every need and request. The main pool and various hot tubs were perfect. The activities center is a great place for the kids and the boat ride to get there was short but captain made it fun. Our 2 bedroom villa was impeccable with a beautiful view of the lake and fountain. I highly recommend this property.

Grounds very nice, pool nice, interior in bathroom had Black moldy areas and drywall falling off around shower and carpet was nasty dirt and torn spots. Nice size rooms yet dated. Food was super nasty tasted and look like they had cooked fries and fish a second time family sick after.

Time share team leader was rude and talk down to us. The sells rep we had that did presentation was great and made us feel comfortable and yet his leader made inappropriate remarks once he realize he wasn’t closing a deal and said things that we researched later that didn’t line up. Save your money and just find a deal online if you want to stay here. Great location and not bad pricing if you google a deal at this place.

My wife and daughter cut feet walking around with bare feet on carpet. I made sure to wear something on feet due to so many carpet stains.

Check-in told us they didn’t have “lake front” room until much later and we could have another room at the moment of check in... we said we will be happy to wait... then magically they had one ready immediately.

A lot of inconsistencies in what this organization says and promises and then what it really comes down to. Beware: get a good deal online and you will enjoy yet don’t commit to any long term deal with them.

Excellent resort!! Our party of 7 stayed at the resort during a week long trip. You could literally vacation to this location and never leave the resort. They offer superb pools in addition to other activities to keep the kids busy! Boat rentals, basketball, soccer, volleyball, ping pong, shuffleboard, playground....you name it, they have it. They also offer a list of activities for all ages at various times each day! This resort was absolutely amazing!! Clean, relaxing & comparable to prices in the area!
You can also save money on dining by utilizing the fully equipped kitchen. Walmart is just 2.5 miles away if you'd like to stock up. We will definitely be staying at this resort if we return to Orlando! A++ from our family!!

Every Marriott that I have stayed in has been meticulously maintained. The staff is always accommodating and want to make your stay enjoyable and take pride in doing so. This property does not have a golf course and being a golfer is my only gripe. Pools are beautiful with outstanding views and heated in colder weather. Every guest I talked to seemed happy which I attribute to the overall beauty of this property. I can honestly recommend staying here.

Awesome place to stay if your doing anything in Orlando. We stay here rather than on Disney property as this place is way nicer than anything Disney has in the same price range. What's amazing is that the photos of a freshly renovated apartment on the website is actually what the unit looks like. Our unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, huge Jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, washer and dryer, big living room, and a screened in porch. The kitchen also had plates, cups, mugs, silverware and cleaning products. Only took 15min to the parking lot at Disney toom Highly recommended.

Our family reunion in Orlando was made even more enjoyable by the attentive staff and spacious unit. The schedule of resort activities was superb, with no pressure to join in, or simply sit on the sidelines.
Thank you to all of the Marriott individuals who went above and beyond to accommodate our 2-week stay. Thanks to Abby, Barbara, David, Travis and all of those others who were so good to us during that time.
We were seven in our group and the unit and grounds were spacious enough to feel like we were a long way from the city, but close enough to everything we could possibly need to make our vacation complete.

Other than my room phone ringing everyday for 4 days in a row at 9am and then my cell phone following to make sure my stay was going well.....the stay was quite nice. Within 30 min of arriving I was in the back restroom and one of the cleaning ladies came into the room. Couldn’t quite get to the door nor hear the knock. Did not appreciate or even expect someone would be coming into my room like that. The day I was to check out, two of the cleaning ladies knocked repeatedly and I said to come in. They told me I needed to leave it was check out time. 10am check out and 10:10am beat the door down service arrived. I was not aware the check out was so early. Although, I was planning to be out by 10:30am anyways, it was not a pleasant approach! Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here, although the property was very well kept.

All of the units are two bedroom, two bathroom suites with a full kitchen and private washer and dryer. The three pools and accompanying kiddie pools are heated and are protected from the sun with large shades. There is a pontoon boat to take you across the resort and lots of family friendly amenities like a playground, basketball courts, ping pong, foosball, oversized chess, swings, mini golf, etc. You can rent boats and bicycles. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They have high chairs and pack-n-plays for you to borrow.

This location is the absolute best! 10 stars if they existed!

We are a family of four with a 2 year old and a 1 year old. The fact that it has a washer and dryer in the room with an all you need kitchen was a huge plus for us.

The resort is super clean with extremely friendly staff. We came for Disney but this location was the one that had us talking on the way back to Toronto.

Beautiful Condos. Very clean. Lots if relaxing scenes on sight and they have a great walking trail. It was very quiet. The staff seemed pretty friendly during my stay.

Awesome customer service. Everything is taken care of. No task looks overlooked or incomplete... Like, "Why doesn't the trash can have a liner?" Everything is in order and the stand the only found in the background. I eat they're not all over the place. That's the mark of a well-run operation.

Gorgeous place to stay! The ground we're very well kept and the landscaping looks great. The rooms were very comfortable for 4 people and even had a nice full kitchen. All the rooms have a screened in porch so you can sit outside and not worry about any bugs, which is nice in Florida when there is a lot of water around. There are a couple shops and a small restaurant and bar. Great location with a lot of shopping close by!

Awesome location, great staff, always waving and smiling. I felt very welcomed. Loved the fitness center and the activity center. So much to do we never got bored as a family despite being varying ages

Very welcoming and attentive service. Villas are well maintained and up to date. Only a short 10 minute drive to Disney and other attractions. If you've never stayed at a Marriott resort before, just know you don't have daily maid service, and they include kitchen essentials.

This place is quite excellent. Everything you need in one place. Plenty of space. If I had one complaint it would be that staying at the outermost buildings and calling for a go-cart ride to a faculty takes forever and you just end up walking. Great faculty and pools. We will be returning.

5 Star Experience. Amazing facilities, amenities and daily activities for all ages. Staff is phenomenal. Fast, friendly and informative check-in. Exceptionally clean room, ready to go just like home. Top notch kitchens appliances, marble counters. In-suite washer and dryer room. All necessary cooking and eating utensils. Private screened in balcony. Very comfortable beds and crisp linens. Plenty of pillows. Amazing Master bedroom with huge jacuzzi tub and shower. Another bedroom with full bath. Grounds are manicured and kept clean. 3 heated pools, small nature trail. There is really no reason to leave the property, they have it all. Best of all, quiet and peaceful in the room, never heard the other guests above, below or beside us.

Lovely resort. Close to Sea world and just minutes from Disney on the I-4. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which accommodates 8 adults. Room has a jacuzzi in the master bedroom and TVs in every room. Great place to stay for a vacation with family and friends. Comparable to staying at Disneys Old Key West Resort.

We had a great stay here recently. The villa was very clean and functional. Housekeeping did a great job every day. As a parent on vacation, that was really nice. The property was beautiful, well-maintained with so much to do. We loved the pools (especially the bubbles in the main pool and the kiddie pool), and the playgrounds were nice and new--our son loved them and needed that space to run around. We didn't end up getting out to rent a kayak or paddle boat, but prices for this were extremely reasonable. Bonus points for free coffee in our room, good, reasonably priced in-room food delivery after 5pm, stamps for purchase at the main desk, free parking, a screened in porch in our villa, group exercise classes (in the pool!), and super nice and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!!

The rooms are incredibly clean and well kept. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They definitely did not disappoint with recommendations on restaurants and activities. This resort is also a great location if going to any of the nearby Disney parks. They are all 10-ish minutes away. The suite we stayed in had a full kitchen and private laundry which was a huge plus while staying here with the family. I would definitely want to stay here again when vacationing in Orlando.

Awesome staff, awesome activities. The staff there is so good with my niece. They remember who she is and make her feel special. For a four year old you can't ask for much else!!! They're super accommodating too. If there is any kind of issue, no matter how small, they find a way to help. And if there isn't much they can do they'll find something to make your day just a little bit better.

Second time I've stayed at this property but first since it was renovated. Loved what was changed, rooms and decor looked fresh and inviting. Stayed on the fourth floor in a two bed unit which was very comfortable. Ended up not being close to any of the pools on property but still within a decent walking distance and the grounds are nice to walk through.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Decent cooking facilities. Good selection of entertainment each day. Good swimming pools. Would recommend!

This property is very nice. It is updated, clean, and very well kept. Couple that with very friendly and helpful staff and you're off to having a great stay in Orlando. There are many activities that have you staying at the property not needing to venture out if that's desired. Food and drinks are great and happy hour is a must catch. Any one of the three pools will do for a cool down or one of the many jacoozies will relax the muscles. Enjoy!

I love the big master bedroom, with the massive circular tub. It would be nice if there were some sort of room service, but I guess that is to be expected and they were very good on the phone whenever I did have a question or needed something, they were able to send it over. It's nice to have your own kitchen and the ability to wash and dry your clothes with the provided washer and dryer.

I also thought they did a really good job with the humidity, as I never felt any sort of humidity inside our entire room. However, we went at a time of year when the humidity was insane, but still, we didn't notice any sort of humidity when we were in our room. Overall, I thought it was a very good resort. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this place because it had such beautiful landscaping and it was very relaxing. The pools were well maintained. I used the sauna and it was clean. The drinks were perfect. there was plenty of activities to choose from. I played pool volleyball with other guests. The marketplace store was nice but the menu options were not spectacular. I had to wait 3 minutes for my coffee because I woke up late... The room was well maintained and clean. It had everything that you need to feel comfortable but I wish the decor was a bit more updated... I think it's design is very well thought and spacious. All the staff made you feel welcome except the lady at the marketplace. I think they got her doing too many things.... Stocking products, inventory, cash register and making coffee...

This is a short review because it is simple. My family has been coming here for decades. Generations. Ok, since the early 90s, but it was back when we were teenage brothers with our parents. Now we're here with our kids and their grandparents. We love the boat captain we know by name and the rec room staff that is so great with the kids. We might venture to a park or nearby attraction, but there is plenty to do with each other on site. After almost 20+ years of visits, I have zero complaints and piles of fond memories.

Really loved the resort! All staff was friendly & helpful. Villas are roomy & well equipped for meals, laundry, or just relaxing. Property was large, you didn't feel crowded. Free WiFi, free parking and daily activities. Would definitely recommend and will also be returning soon!

Our room is incredible with everything we need from 2 bedrooms, 2 extra couch beds, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The living room is spacious enough to play just dance with 4 people! The view is incredible as I can see the lake from my room. Plus we are atleast within 30 minutes of everything, I'm very please with this location. There are 3 pools and i enjoyed each of them very much. Also love that there's a sauna!! Free!! Just to heat up in. The gyms really nice too. I'm having a great time here

Always enjoy staying here. The pools are nice and conveniently placed, the activity center has plenty to do, the rooms are comfortable and updated pretty often, and the location is good too. About 1/2 way between Disney and Universal, and very close to Sea World.

Excellent family resort(I have a 1.5 yr old boy), wonderful kids activity center, great pools, tons of on site activities and rentals, great rooms, super comfortable bed, very close to many attractions. We did sea world which we could have walked to from the resort. Awesome staff. Thanks Marriott for a great weekend vacation! We will definitely be back!

Nice property and great staff. The organized activities and amenities are great for a family vacation where you want a day or night away from the parks. The full kitchen and laundry makes a stay with kids a lot easier. We will stay here again.

Great layout for condo rooms, activities for all ages! We had great views from our balcony, enjoyed the boat ride and had a good variety of pools.Staff was friendly and eager to Please. Was such fun riding the bicycle for four😄

The place is gorgeous. The villa we stayed at had a washer and dryer stocked with detergent. There was also two small soaps for the kitchen so if you plan on doing dishes, you might want to get more or use the dishwasher, which they provide detergent for as well. There two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and one had a large spa tub. There was free WiFi in the rooms. There are lots of things to do at the resort and they also have daily events throughout the day if you want to stay on the resort.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The accommodations were extremely generous and the resort itself was second to none. Fantastic location. Seconds away from SeaWorld and about 15 minutes away from Disneyland. There is tons to do on the resort including an arcade, tennis, basketball, outdoor pools/pool tables, spa/gym. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor patio is screened with a fan. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

There are literally so many planned activities (some free & some a small fee) at this resort (for kids & adults alike)that there is no need to seek outside entertainment unless it is your choice! The food is amazing....as well as drinks though those are a bit on the pricey side. Everyone on staff is super friendly and attentive! Rooms and kitchens are completely stocked for use including laundry soap for the washer! I have NEVER had a bad experience here in 10 years visiting with my family!

I think they can do a better job with signage. Some signs have too much on them. Other places do not have enough. More inclusive activities would make the experience more enjoyable. Charging $12.00 for a tie die T-Shirt with the Marriott logo on it does not seem appropriate. Free ice pops at the pool were very much appreciated.

It's old and outdated. The pools are nice and the staff is nice and accommodating. There's not a ton to do and it's likely meant for people who really enjoy quiet. Families would do well to visit one of the other resorts in Orlando. Also, the changing rooms are in a really inconvenient place. Actually, the layout of the entire resort is a little inconvenient. The rooms need updating too, but they are spacious.

Wonderful Marriott property! Staff was courteous and attentive. Condos are large with plenty of space and a screened in patio overlooking the lake. There was plenty of parking near our building. Property is located near Universal and not too far from Disney. And close to everything on I-Drive. We will definitely return!

Great resort, fantastic staff and villas. We have stayed in many Orlando resorts over the years, but the Cypress Harbour resort by Marriott is one of the best. Marriott does a great job in making reservations and the Cypress Harbour resort staff keep up the high standards that make your stay a pleasurable experience. There is so much to do at the resort you may not want to visit the theme parks, just stay and bathe in the luxurious surroundings.

Great customer service. Easy check in. Staff are amazing and super helpful. Beautifully​ maintained landscaping. The unit is very big and perfectly decorated. My husband and I have always been impressed with Marriott resorts.

I loved this resort so much! I rented this location for 4 days in a two bedroom. It was beautiful, spacious and everything was top of the line. I enjoyed all the pools they had, the activity center and the spa. I highly recommend this place for families.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this hotel. It is a long walk to the tourist area, but we walk it each time we come here, it isn't a bad walk. The staff is so nice. I didn't use the pool but it did look nice. Very convenient to get to.

I just spent two weeks at Cypress Harbour with my children and grandchildren. The property is just beautiful. The villa's are really nice and plenty of room for all of us.The Pizza Hut pizza is the best we have ever had. The staff at the resort are soooo nice and accommodating your every need. The activities are great for all ages. You could spend your whole vacation within the resort and never leave for anything.

Great family resort. Roomy and clean. Wish we had more time to spend there but planned to be at the parks for three days. Enjoyed the market place for easy meals cooked in the room, Krispie cream donuts, and Pizza Hut. Also enjoyed the bar and restaurant.

Our home away from home. An excellent resort. Spacious villas,many amenities,beautiful grounds,excellent staff. Close to theme parks and many restaurants. Highly recommend this resort. The resort provides many activities for all ages,three pools,fitness center,tennis court and more.

We took the kids to Orlando for their spring break. This would be our 5th visit to Orlando, Fl and we were trying to find activities that we had not done (especially with teenagers). Cypress Harbor made our trip feel like we were there for the first time. The resort is extremely nice (from the rooms down to the outdoor floral arrangements). The staff was very friendly and offered a wide variety of activities for us to do. These activities included a "Meet and Greets" where we met some very nice couples from different parts of the country, "Ice Cream Socials", Fishing, Paddle Boats. There was something to do from sunup to sundown. We will definitely be returning to this resort. We highly recommend coming here even if you've been to Orlando many time.

Gorgeous resort, very good service. We're here on our honeymoon, and we loved the signed congratulatory card in our villa. We had a miscommunication about a service offered, and the cold water in our jacuzzi didn't work when we first tried it, but other than that, no complaints.

We stayed here for a week and it is a fantastic property! Our condo was wonderful and large and the grounds are beautiful. Nice pools to choose from and fun bartenders. This property is peaceful and we highly recommend it!

This place is over 22 years old and it looks brand new. Activities all day every day and food delivery to your room. Also, the pools and hot tubs are clean as a whistle. Couldn't complain even if i wanted to...two thumbs up!

Overall stay was good. Bed needed replaced! Each side of the bed had been worn in and there was a hump in the middle. Service was very good and overall rooms were clean.

location is in the middle of all parks . so if your going to only Disney. might want to try closer in for that . if your interested in Universal, seaworld, Disney, and shopping , location is great. rooms are big!no traffic around complex some of resort you hear I-4 noise.Clean! you can relax at this resort.

Such a beautiful resort. Rooms are huge, modern and very clean. Absolutely loved the constantly warm pool at the world centre! Kids said it's the best pool they've ever been too. The resort staff were very accommodating to our needs and always ready to help. They have a little grocery store at the lobby that saved us some really early morning trips to the shop for brekky. I would definitely come back here again.

we stayed here on a family trip with our parents. Very beautiful property, conveniently located, close to all attractions. Me and my wife used the spa for massage, which has a nice ambience and service was exemplary . There are number of parks and activities for kids as well.

Another Marriott's best. This family friendly resort exceeds my expectation it terms of amenities. Staff are all friendly and kids enjoy the heated pool.

A wonderful place for complete relaxation. It is quiet, beautiful with everything you could possibly need for either a family vacation, honeymoon or if you need to get away by yourself.

Hospitality was great. 2 bedroom and 2 bath villa was nicely furnished but not perfect. The grounds of the resort are very nice and feel secluded. Great proximity to Disney parks. Parking lot under construction during my stay could have been handled better - made coming and going a bit of a chore.

Love this resort. Have stayed here often, it is very comfortable and the staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure we are having the best time.

The room is very nice, beautifully decorated and very spacious. It also has a modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook with and servingware for 8. The grounds are beautiful and there is many outdoor amenities. I hope to come back here again!

Best nights sleep I have had at a Marriott recently. The pillows were perfect! The resort is close to Disney which was perfect for my family. We look forward to the paddle boats and the pool tomorrow.

Tons to do here. There are a ton of activities in the resort, as well as lots of stuff that you can rent (mini golf, kayaks, even fishing poles and paddle boats). Point is, you won't be bored. The room that I stayed in seemed a little dated, the pull out bed in the sofa was not comfortable at all (I was staying with my family, and honestly, I never expect much from a pull out bed, though I have been pleasantly surprised by some other Marriott hotels). There were three pools, all of them were really nice and not overcrowded when I was there. Overall very pleased with this place.

This is our home away from home. Great family environment for all ages. So pretty. So much to do. Wonderful staff.

Favorite place to be. 10/10. Plenty of activities, great prizes, amazing pools. Wonderful atmosphere anywhere you go on the grounds. Even a game room equipped with tickets and prizes. The rooms are spacious and inviting, like home away from home. Best place I've ever vacationed.

Beautiful apartment on property with lush, landscaped grounds. Stayed in Building 69, near the golf course. The Island Pool area, like much of the resort, felt private but still accessible. Easy drive to Disney World and other theme parks.

If you're looking for the quintessential timeshare experience in the Orlando/Lake Buena Vista area, this rates right up there with Vistana, and is an excellent value.

Love this place. The staff is great. The grounds are lovely. The pools, Polynesian Show and activities are fun. I love the new gym (needs some fans!). I have stayed here 10 plus times and have never been disappointed and always enjoyed my stay. My one thing I didn't care for is the food by the main pool. It was pretty bad.

Marriott cypress was very nice. The rooms are pretty and accommodate family of 4 perfectly. The amenities are great. Location is super plus the property felt quite secure.
Few disappointments. The elevator in my unit was not working so struggled with luggage. I also wish there were pools closer to my unit.

June 2015 back again; with the kids this time. We love this place. Staff is great, property is awesome, and units are perfect for a family. Kids are having a blast.

August 2013I am now convinced this is the only way to vacation. This our second stay in a Marriott resort and we cannot say enough about them. We loved the pools and all of the activities they have throughout the week. The staff is awesome..(Thanks for the restaurant tip Pablo). Cypress Harbour is located perfectly for beach excursions and all of the theme parks.
