Grounds and room were immaculate! And my wife is extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Was visiting for a week for some needed R/R the facilities was clean and comfortable,also the entire staff was friendly.Because I live very close to Kissimmee we will be back soon.o

I love these apartments. Perfect for families traveling to Orlando. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit which allowed us to all be together. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything we needed to cook our meals. The unit we stayed in had very recently been remodeled. Modern yet comfortable

I traveled to Orlando just a couple of weeks ago and stayed at the Imperial Palms Villas through a time share exchange. I traveled with two of my grown children and they each brought someone with them. The three bedroom villas at the Imperial were perfect for us. I can not give them high enough marks. We really enjoyed our time. Although it rained the entire stay, we stayed on the property mostly and participated in the events the hotel was having. We really enjoyed the Marriott World Center. Since we were staying the same property, we had access to the World Center. The pools were gorgeous and the kids really enjoyed the slides. The only slightly negative experience we had was with a snooty concierge at the World Center but he was the only dark spot on the entire vacation. The last night, our A/C unit stopped working and the front desk made everything more than accommodating. We all voted that we will always stay at this resort every time we travel anywhere near Orlando in the future.

My stay at a 3 bdrm villa was great, beautiful inside, the restaurant bar and grill by the main pool is excellent, easy access to Disney, and all other local attractions, staff is also excellent

Beautiful property! Our villa is spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. We haven't spent a lot of time on the property, but we have enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. The location to Disney World and Universal Theme Parks is great. Highly recommend!

Two pools, one small one medium and 10 mins walking distance from a third huge that Marriott hotel has with water slides and lazer shows at night...
All of them have hot tubs around.
Fire pits, games, grills,basketball-golf-tennis courts...they provide everything!!!

One small bad thing that i didn't like is that we asked for extended time on check out.. yes we asked a day ahead and it could be enough or not but...we kinda cought them lie to us. Because a day earlier they said that they are preparing our room for renovation the week after we leave. Yet when we asked for extended time they said they had someone staying in our room 3 hours after we leave so they can only give us one more hour. We were leaving saturday and i do not think too many people go to orlando just for sunday since Monday they start the renovation in the room.

Any way, the whole experience was perfect. So you got 5 stars and you deserve them. Definitely coming back.

Great location. Quiet nice pool, you can also visit Marriott World by van for huge pool park. Nice big units.

Pretty rooms. Very comfortable. Spacious. Can use adjacent Marriott World Center hotel pool with water slides, a plus. Definitely recommend it as a place to stay, but don't get sucked in by the timeshare presentation or the purchase incentives without doing your own math very carefully. Not as high pressure as some but it can sound better than it works out to be in the long run. Example: Yes, the airfare program gives a discount, but it was less than the maintenance cost of the points, when we did the math on several sample inquiries. Annual timeshare maintenance fees were higher than the actual value of the resort or hotel rooms we would buy instead, if you add them up. Etc. If Marriott improves the program to make it more worthwhile I'd be happy to update this review to more stars.

Our unit was great! There was lots of room for everyone and we had a wonderful time being together! The staff was friendly and responded quickly whenever we called.

Great pool and amenities. Rooms are great and very big. Great for our big family of 5 (2 adults and 3 younger children 9 6 & 5). Only thing is that the main pool is very far away and you have to wait for a trolley to take you to the main pool which only fits at most 10 people. Over a half mile walk to the main pool from where our room is so its not possible to walk with 3 young hyper children since it is a very high traffic area. The smaller pools close to us are okay but not near as big and elaborate.

We're. Here on vacation got an 3 bedroomed end of block room looking over a lake its just beautiful. There's tennis courts basketball courts swimming pools 1 heated and more. The staff are great very polite and helpful, I would definitely stay here again.

This resort is beautiful. Fun and dining on International Drive is a15-20 minute drive, traffic depending. If you want to just stay on the resort, that works too; there are plenty of dining options and fun to be had. My three bedroom condo was spacious and comfortable.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, it was a bit hard to navigate, but shuttles were readily available. The rooms were clean and comfortable, loved the suite.

The villas are homey and comfy, feels like you are at home and not in a hotel. Updated kitchen and furniture. Would recommend.

The villa is amazing, the cleaning staff does a great job and even cleaned our personal dishes left in the sink. The location is also extremely close to Disney and many places to eat.
