Certifications
Audubon International Silver
The Audubon Green Leaf Eco-Rating Program began in 1998 to meet the lodging industry's desire to provide quality guest services while minimizing its impact on the environment. Hotels are awarded one to five Green Leaves based upon the hotel’s commitment to:
• Saving energy
• Reducing waste
• Conserving water and resources
• Preventing pollution
The state of New York is launching its state hotel certification program using the Green Leaf standard. The New York State Hospitality and Tourism Association selected Audubon International’s Green Leaf Eco-Rating Program for Hotels to be the independent third-party evaluator for its green lodging certification, which is part of a larger state initiative to support and market sustainable tourism.

Loved this beautiful resort . Lots of people in line at lost and found looking for “misplaced items” like phones and sunglasses which seemed odd to me (perhaps a guest with sticky fingers ? ) Friendly staff wonderful work out facility perhaps the nicest gym I have seen in a resort

I did not stay at the hotel, but visited the restaurants and shops! The food was delicious! The wings I got from the bar was the best EVER! I also got a key lime pie from the dessert shop...Oh My Goodness!

Excellent stay as always .Staff pleasant always courteous. But beware of charging to room, they put quite a bit of holds on credit card during your stay.

Place is great but skip the Blu restaurant, service was terrible and the excuse we got was that we didn't have a reservation. Ridiculous.

The biggest resort on island
They claim it as 4 star but I think the aminities they provide are 3.5 star
Stayed her for 5 nights for business. First days the water issue in the next room made very big sound at 3 in the morning for more than 10 mins and disturbed the sleep.
We got the room changed next day.
Next day wanted to take shower, put on soap and water went off for more than 10 mins. Had to wait till the the water got back
Very bad experience.
Expensive option

As a Marriott time share owner, this resort does not live up to a Marriott. The pool area is not well maintained, with missing tile, broken concrete and weeds all over in the flower beds. All the hot tubs are "unheated whirlpools," making them no different from the other pools. The beach is unusable because of all the seaweed that washes ashore. While they do offer a free shuttle service to other beaches, when you get dropped off there, you are charged for everything. The chairs and umbrellas are $5 each and if you're looking to rent paddleboards and kayaks , they are $40 each for a 1/2 hour! The rooms are ok, but the beds are not what I am used to from Marriott: it is a very uncomfortable bed that is not on a very stable frame. There is not enough equipment in the gym for a resort this size and the equipment they do have is very old and rusted. The only nice thing I can say about this property is the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. However, I would not suggest this resort to anyone who is expecting Marriott quality.

As this was the first time anywhere in the Caribbeans, I learnt that no matter that it was a Marriott or elsewhere - Island time is island time. So it was a little disappointing that Marriott could not keep up with their service standards that we enjoy in North America. Our company, Express Employment Professionals, had a group of about 300 hundred people this past March 2018. We had the all-inclusive (but learnt that were a few exceptions on the All-Inclusive the hard way which I will elaborate. We traveled 24 hours from our house to their front desk and our rooms were not ready (about 3pm). The front desk man, (very pleasant he was) suggested that we go to the bar next to them over the other open restaurant and he would bring over the key when the room was ready (did not happen). My husband and I went to the bar, and waited and waited as they were busy but no acknowledgement was given. Finally, we have to make sure we are heard and ordered a bunch of sushi for poor hungry me and my husband after more than 24 hours of travel. Then that is when I realized that sushi is not part of the All-Inclusive and since I could see the sushi chef had only just started, i tried to change the order. The lady that took the order said that we could not change our order as it was in the system - I really never heard of that when you can see only the first roll was starting to be made!!! My husband was kind enough to let it go but after that I decided that it still was not a fair thing for us. To cut this story short, I called which took two phone calls and still no resolve at that point; they do not call you back when they said they would. But finally when we were heading to dinner, the bar manager did come over and said that they would take the charge off. We loved the deli shop as we would just order the food and go. Fruit smoothies and cafe lates with soy or almond was the way to go. For a quick summary and if you eat most anything, the lobster and the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant Porterhouse, Osso Bucco is the way to go. For the bars, you do have to shout out your orders instead of waiting nicely. I think this is the island way of life! And only if you chat them up, will they be friendly back to you - I learnt something new since this was my first time in the Caribbeans!

This property is huge. There are more than five restaurants, one mini casino, a spa and rejuvenation centre and quite a few shops. The staff is well trained and friendly. The adjoining beach is very well maintained. It's conveniently located at Frigate Bay. There is a Ram's very close to the hotel. Cabs are available outside the hotel and are reasonably priced. Rooms service is good. I just wish some of the areas were a little more well maintained. But it's ok as it is.

A decent timeshare with nice views and amenities. It could use some maintenance, but is far from a state of disrepair.

Spent our honeymoon here in the vacation club villas and loved it! The room was spacious and the backyard looked out into the pool area.
There's always plenty of planned activities if you're looking for something to do and the island activity club has games and toys to check out for free.
The main pool is a bit busy during the day but there are two other pools that are generally calmer. The Marriott also has a lot of cabanas and chairs out on the beach to relax in.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. The best hotel to stay in while visiting St. Kitts. I also like the variety of restaurants in the hotel and nearby.
