Excellent location to major tourist attractions. Modern decor and facilities. Good kitchen for food prep. Lovely bathroom, washer and dryer. Heating and cooling. Wifi limited to 24hr without purchased plan. Clean and roomy in two bedroom apartment. Beds sublime. Wasn’t serviced fully daily (if you were in the room at time of rounds) but adequately. Reception friendly and prompt to assist as necessary. Wire cage luggage carriers available to transport bags up lift to rooms. Undercover free parking. Conveniently shops are nearby (groceries and gift) and a host of eateries to explore. Highly recommend.

Location was great - really close to some lovely cafes & pubs, walking distance to the lakefront and parks. Rooms were clean and spacious. We made good use of the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was very cold. We found the beds a little too soft for our liking. The complex was clean, well-maintained with lovely gardens. I would recommend staying here.

Staff were very courteous, apartment was well maintained and outfitted. And the staff even contacted us about our daughters slippers that were accidently left behind and had them waiting at reception where most places would've just thrown them out. Keep up the good work 😀

Looks daggy on the outside although it is good on the inside. Good service. It was my grandmothers birthday so they brought her flowers and recommend restaurants. They have a heated and out door pool.

The apartment was clean except for 1 empty stubby left on the balcony table. Well appointed with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A short walk to an extensive range of restaurants.

5

Average. The Wifi was terrible, and there's next to no (usable) complimentary wifi, which is usually a thing in almost any hotel and hostel these days. Paid wifi is also too expensive for its average connection. Pools were nice though, although both are non-heated and the sauna was out of service when I was there. Otherwise, everything else was up to standard largely

Great apartment. Comfortable and mostly clean in general but relies on guests washing dishes and utensils and many were greasy or dirty. Great location. Great shops and restaurants nearby.

Our stay at Medina Serviced Apartments was brilliant. The bedrooms had lots of space, so I could put all our bags in my room. The bathroom was very modern and new and it was also very clean. We liked the privacy as there was a big brick wall between all the
apartments. The reception gave us complimentary wifi. The staff were welcoming and they explained everything throughly. The indoor pool was really nice and so was the spa.

Decent place. Stayed in a two room apartment that was quite large. TV's are small with poor reception on the cable channels. Lounge room only has a sheer curtain and it felt like the people walking past might be able to see in at night

The room temperature setting is a bit off, so it gets pretty cold. Other than that I found the unit is looking modern, clean and tidy. I enjoyed the vintage exterior setting. Great for family (who can cook).

Good location to stay. The apartments are great. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Have an interesting concept shower over bath. Would have been great it was just a shower which is easy to get in.

8

Good value for money. Always try to stay here when I'm in Canberra. Close enough to the action without the $$$. Not top star but more than liveable. Bathrooms are a little dated. Try to get a room away from Giles St as I find traffic noise can wake you in the night.

I arrived here hot and sweaty one Canberra summer's day on December 28th 2007. I was to stay 3 weeks and start an exciting job in the public service.

I walked into the tiny reception, gathered my keys and walked up to my room. I was straight away very satisfyed with what I saw. These are serviced apartments and NOT hotel rooms. Basically everything you need to live is there.

Cooking utensils and apparutuses were FULLY catered for, I cooked up a curry that a young indian woman taught me on my travels to Mumbai in this very apartment room.

How was I to know what lie ahead in my life, I surely didn't, but I was blissfully unaware of any problems in my life while at this establishment. The 2 pools, the spa, the sauna, being close to everything that Kingston and Manuka offered was heaven of the highest order for my heart that at the time was filled with a romantic vision of the nations capital.

That romantic vision was not tarnished when I was at Medina.

The staff were fantastic. So nice, any of my hedonistic whims was catered too both in a timely and friendly manner.

There was one occasion where my television for some reason ceased to work. The gentleman at the counter was nice enough to travel to the Medina in the Civic (Canberra's CBD) to get me another television and assured me that this was no problem.

I fully reccomend Medina Classic in Kingston, especially if you have Children or more than 2 people, it turns out to be extremely good value for money and a memorable experience.
