I went to the Rooftop with my colleagues as a special lunch. The food as absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic! I had the grilled salmon, which I will definitely go back for! The cocktails were very strong, but delicious. Service was amazing as well. We got seated within 5 mins even though they were very busy.

Went there for my cousin's wedding. The bartenders were not the nicest and friendliest I have seen. The food was one of the worst banquet food I have had by far. The steak was not eatable. I thought maybe it was mine that may have been tough but I looked around and everyone had left most of it on their plate. Tthe veggies were are bad. I did complain to our very nice waiter which he asked his supervisor to come see me. Supervisor offered me another dish but I had tasted a bit of the fish and didn't like that one much either so I politely declined.

Been here for few days this place is elegant and very clean. And staff service is top notch . Start from the valet staff to supervisor. They will resolve any issues right away. And i can see that staff here are reliable, honest, helpful and hardworking.. 5 stars!

The Montage hotel is the epitome of luxury. You are almost sure to meet famous movie stars writers and the who's who of Hollywood. The accommodations are top-notch.... it does not get much better than this hotel.

clean, elegant, and beautiful place to stay. Good was great. We were treated like royalty. Really a great departure from the service from similar historic hotels nearby. Was very pleased. If your in town i highly recommend. And be sure to order something from the kitchen.

This five-star hotel's location can't be beat! Adjacent to a beautiful park right in the middle of Beverly Hills - and just steps to Rodeo Drive. The hotel also has amazing food and is a great place to meet friends for a drink.

The food has improved tremendously it was an incredible experience to eat at the bar area restaurant of the hotel I had a great turkey sandwich that was done to perfection with an specialty bread... there was also an amazing Caesar salad...great spot

Attended a private event so I can't speak about the room accommodation. Event rooms were clean and well taken care of. Staff was pleasant.

The hotel is excellent I enjoyed my stay here. The service us very good. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. This has been my second stay at the Montage and I will probably go back if I go to the area again.

I was there for a business event and the meeting rooms were large and good for the meeting.

Nye at montage was something I will probably never forget. We had an excellent dinner at Georgie, where they last minute accomidated me as a vegan then hang about the lobby bar. Good music, great crowd and professional staff.

This place is great. It's newly remodeled and very clean. They have free parking and security as well. The room was really nice and the pillows were actually semi firm and not this lame feather pillows all hotels seem to think we all like. The only con is no breakfast. Also for coffee drinkers, they have nespresso, which is pretty dang fancy. It's central to downtown and most other areas of Beverly Hills.

I killed an investor pitch at the Garden Bar restaurant. It's my new go-to spot for high-level meetings. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel set in a great part of Beverly Hills. Meeting rooms and service was great. Food was great, especially considering it was mass produced. You can park in a public garage next to the hotel for much cheaper. I just wish the public bathrooms had hand lotion.

Food is amazingly artistic. Being an expensive restaurant, I thought I wouldn't really get full. I was wrong. It fills you up. Kept getting complimentary sides and dishes from the chef. I came here on my girls birthday. I should've came here for an anniversary. I paid about $200/2 ppl. Pricey, but a better experience than I imagined. I'm definitely coming again sometime.

if you wont settle for nothing but the best Montage is for you. Bonus there is a beautiful courtyard saw three celebs in one morning. quaint little restaurants for those secret Hollywood agent meetings .

Barbara at the Concierge desk was so accommodating, so wonderful — truly went out of her way to make me feel valued as a guest and as a visitor to the Montage.

Her exceptional service was matched by every member of the staff at the front, by the bellman who was my escort to the business center, and by the other concierge desk attendant who — astonishingly — offered to help me collate the many papers I had printed for a meeting I was having in the restaurant.

Visited the £10 scotch bar. Great experience! Cash and Jason were great hosts, the drinks were awesome, and the bacon was tasty!

The staff works incredibly hard to make you feel at home and meet all your needs. Rooms are fantastic with comfortable beds, amazing bathrooms, and service unparalleled. I'm not a typical guest, and they make you feel like the best regardless.

The restaurant/bar had excellent service, very attentive and caring. Very friendly staff that makes you feel like your at a friend's party. Crab cakes were on point. Not to over cooked just right, melting in your mouth. Oyster were fantastic with Champaign vingerte. Would recommend to anyone looking for a very relaxed food/drink spot.

Loved the food. We did brunch here and the steak was some of the best steak I've ever had in my life. The staff was super friendly. Our server was awesome and took our drink requests even though they weren't on the menu. The views were stellar, the facility was amazing, and the ambiance was awesome. I'm from NJ, but next time I visit California I'll eat here again for sure.

I visited the Macallan bar £10, and it was quite nice. The whiskeys were great, and the service excellent. It is, however, extremely expensive so unless you are loaded this is a place to visit only once on a rare occasion.

We showed up to have a couple of drinks with a friend who worked at the montage in Laguna beach. And after telling the waiter we were only there for drinks we were treated like we were teenagers who couldn't afford to tip at a restaurant after dinner. My friend who worked at the other location was justifiably upset about this due to the fact that they don't treat anyone like that at her location. When she asked to speak to the manager we were basically brushed aside and offered the general manager since the regular manager would barely let my friend speak her concerns. I will not be returning to this establishment ever again.

I'm torn between giving a 3 or a 4. I had a day spa package. I arrived early and took my makeup off there. I had time to kill so I thought I'll pluck my eyebrows, but sadly none of the lighted mirrors worked. I told the girl and she said, "yes we know. They just don't do anything about it." Next, I finished my spa day and needed to hurry! The blow dryers were worthless...no Babyliss dryers here.. more like old motel dryers. I had to leave with wet hair. Misery.

I visit Kim Vo Salon every five weeks for a cut with Helen Kim. She is a fantastic stylist and I love the experience there.

Great hotel, with a location to match. It really doesn't get any better in terms of location, as it's walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops in the world! The service is very attentive and the staff are friendly and eager to help. Classic interiors but have been updated.

Very good views, friendly staff, but the quality of food and drinks definitely didn't match the prices. $18 for a Manhattan with mid-shelf alcohol, $16 for a small serving of average tasting guacamole. I understand it's Beverly Hills, but at least impress me with the quality of food.

Amazing hotel if you're willing/able to pay the price of admission. The food is delectable and the staff is kind and courteous to guests, and it is located central to Beverly Hills which makes sightseeing a breeze. The conference halls are nice too!

Unbeatable location from the man who developed the Bellagio for Steve Wynn. A great spa/gym and great service. Rooms are comfortable with huge bathrooms .Doesn't have the old school cachet of the Peninsula but doesn't pretend to want to be a grand old lady , preferring to be her cooler younger sister . A favourite with well heeled Asians especially from China and Indonesia in addition to your usual smattering of media types and middle easterners/Persians .

Went to pick up an auction item but no one at the hotel had any clue which item was ours and I had to wait a long time to get the coordinator who also didn't know what was what. We had purchased a large framed painting that was too large to fit in a vehicle, so I had to hire a mover who then had to sit and wait on my dollar because the hotel didn't have their items organized. Can't speak to the actual hotel experience (and thus I won't give a bad rating per session) but this definitely ruled the Montage out if I am staying in Beverly Hills.

Stayed at the hotel over the weekend for medical convention. First class service. Only 3 stars due to valet not parking my Lamborghini front of hotel despite tipping and specifically advising valet to do so upon arrival . As a rule hotels must park any high end vehicles with worths of quarter of million dollars or more within visual range of hotel staff at all times because they are ultimately responsible for any untoward vehicle damage despite their disclaimer listed on the valet tickets. Probably won't be returning any time soon.

Beautiful place and excellent staff is am understatement. Where the Beverly Wilshire exudes snootiness at times the Montage only exudes quality with exceptional friendliness. It starts from the moment you pull up and the valet greets you, to the moment you leave and the valet noticed your husband wearing a baseball hat and gifts him with a montage one to take as a gift, a couple of bottles of water because it's such a warm day and directions. Every front desk person, bellman, operator, housekeeper, store cashier, you name it, they serve with a smile.
The rooms are simple and elegant, the bathrooms have soaking tubs and tvs. They offer a small bottle of champagne or wine, your choice. It was one of my favorite hotel stays ever, can't wait to return

Okay can I say the best cinnamon rolls in Los Angeles so far. The quality flavors of the cake and cinnamon we're amazing. You have to stop by and parking is free for 2 hours

Gorgeous hotel, excellent amenities. On site dining is pricey but vegetarian friendly. Outdoor seating was pleasant and relaxing. Didn't hit the pool or the roof bar but heard they are great. Well worth it for a business trip.

Very nice design, and friendly staff but they don't seem to know anything about any special events taking place in their hotel and directed me to the completely wrong part of the hotel for an event I was attending.

It was a great venue for a networking holiday party I attended. The service was excellent and overall I had a great time.

Just back from a 3 day stay in a Beverly Suite. Night one the mattress was so deteriorated on one side I had to call and have it changed the next morning. They were very accomodating about it but no offer of a discount for a bad nights sleep. Offered a NY Times hard copy daily but never received it. No coffee maker in the room and no free coffee for guests anywhere in the hotel. Furnishings are tired and for the price and stature should be replaced. The pool area is poorly landscaped and we saw cockroaches all over the pool deck. My sleep poolside was interrupted by a woman screaming at a cockroach by her lounge chair. Came away feeling it is a hotel that needs some TLC fast.

They try but just can't seem to do the simple things. We arrived at 4 on the dot. Curteous and helpful valet. Front desk says our room isn't ready and offers us free drinks. Cool. A little over an hour later still no room. I ask and they tell me 5 minutes. Finally at 6pm the room is ready. The room is pretty nice. They forgot outlets though. We had to iron in the bathroom. They had push button blinds. I guess people that pay this much don't do their own ironing. With a little creativity we figure out a way to charge our devices. For this price range they really need to get the some things right.

Had an event in the conservatory room. Beautiful space for a 50 person sit down event. Awesome view of the hills. Staff was great. Everything ran smoothly. I hope to go back soon.

I have to say, a room with Queen bed and bathroom in Beverly Hills, CA for about $150 is pretty reasonable. It's clean, no dusty feeling compare to other hotels.I checked in on Google and a 10% discount popped on my phone.Front desk honored it without much question. Amazing service.

Incredibly comfortable! Cozy rooms and amenities galore. Very easy to control the entire room from their ipad type interface. From ordering food, to lights and drapes. All the extra attention to detail places this hotel highly recommended. I would stay here again just for the amazing sleep and bed and pillows.

Very fancy hotel I stayed in when touring LA last summer. They have a nice pool area and my kids enjoyed it. Great fun.

OMG! What a joke. After taking a road trip from SF to LA this was our last stop and we expected high end quality and service. So disappointing, the hotel decor and guest rooms are nice, housekeeping staff is fantastic, the rest of the staff was useless. Mistake after mistake and never shown any intention in making this a better experience for us, their answer all the time: "Sorry, this is out of our control and we hope you enjoy your stay". Talked to many people at front desk, including Ignacio the Manager and results were poor. Late check-in process, no one knew the status on our room being ready, three hours later our room was ready and with the wrong layout. Why is this such an expensive hotel? I've had much better service from small boutique hotels and other large chains. Stay away from this place, obviously they don't have a clue what the modern traveler expectations are. Never going back.
