Great location but disappointing rooms. Paid extra for a superior room which was very small and an impractical layout. While it offered a great view of Jakominiplatz the large windows facing the sun made the room far to warm and the air cooling (don't think it was full air conditioning) was not adequate to make the room a comfortable temperature. Also very basic in terms of facilities, no tea and coffee or kettle. Would stay somewhere else when next in Graz.

Awesome place for a stay! Loved the design, the atmosphere and especially the sustainability aspects across the hotel (including the vegan options).

I enjoyed staying in the hotel which couldn’t be in a more convenient location in the centre of Graz.
Room was comfortable with a good bed.
But slightly disappointing that there was no facility for making tea or coffee.
Breakfast was good and there is an attractive bar area.
The location is perfect with trams and buses, shops and restaurants just a few steps away, short walk to Opera house and theatre, and the old town also within easy reach.

conveniently situated. Reasonable priced rooms for center of Graz and transportation. Staff a little slow and you can’t put your bar drinks or coffee on your room number. However for the price and location top marks. The art in the hotel is a matter of taste!
