A hotel with resort feel. The concept is unique. Release all your tensions of daily activities in this place. Food is good. View is nice. Space is remarkable. A haven for sports and jogging fans. Bringing all families is also recommended. The ballroom also astonishingly vast. The widest in the city. But if you always complaining about walking too far from parking lot, this hotel won't be your favorite.

Great place to stay in Palembang especialy with the family. Its a resort in the middle of the city. Great services and big spacious room, reminded me of Bali and overall satisfactory stays. One thing I realy love is eventhough they are a resort they make the lighting bright on the halls and rooms, which I think a lot of resort and hotels didnt do that sometimes. I been staying in couple of 4 stars and 5 stars hotels in Palembang, I will say this the best or at least one of the best place to stay when you are in town, for their services, layouts, designs and comfort.

Room service tidak selalu standby. Ditelpon berkali-kali baru diangkat. In room dining juga tidak enak makanannya, harga tidak sesuai menu. Orang-orang room service yang ke kamar tidak ada yang friendly. Arah kamar membingungkan, nomor kamar dipisah, tapi tidak ada arahan yang jelas. Yang paling mengecewakan ya itu, makanannya nggak enak buat kelas bintang 4 ke atas. Room service jelek banget, ngga pantes bintang 4. Ya mungkin gara-gara ga ada persaingan lagi ya di Palembang, makanya pelayanan nya buruk banget kalo dibanding pelayanan hotel di pulau jawa.

Kl mau nginep tp dapat suasana berlibur ya di hotel ini. Hotel nya sangat luas utk hotel yg berada di tengah kota, mirip resort..hijau bgt krn banyak pepohonan, kamarnya luasssss bgt, swimming pool nya favorit deh. Selalu feel happy kl stay disana😍

This hotel is kinda old and dusty. My last visit here ended up I moved out in the middle of the night since it's too dusty and my nose allergic to dusts. The food never that great. I've been here in couple occasion, and they never improved their taste quality of foods. Maybe they put less spices to make it healthier? I dunno. But most of my friends admitted food here are just average. My last party visit here, their charsiu chicken is very bitter, they provided rendang but mixed with hard-rough beef, but some is tender and soft. But not all. Most guests of the party prefer outsource foods since it was a standing party. And my relatives admitted the outsource foods are much much better than rice/hotel cooked foods.

The receptionist was very polite, all smiling and helpful. Spacious room, very well furnished with amenities, a very functional AC, the cleanliness was very good. In room dining service was great as well. Great pool, family friendly. Every corner of this hotel was very well maintained. One thing they could improve though, was they should have been adding more tables at the Square restaurant at busy hour like breakfast time. All in all, definitely gonna come back to this hotel. Almost felt like home.

As I saw in Novotel Surabaya, in here I found the same concept design. In the middle there is swimming pool and tropical garden. The room is better interior in here than in Novotel Surabaya. Breakfast is very nice. Swimming pool and garden also bigger than in Surabaya. But corridor on 3th floor is very dark. Only floor lighting on night time. Maybe they want to bring romantic or exotic atmosphere on this place on the night time. Respond from the staff (house keeping and receptionist) very fast. Two thumb for this hotel.👍👍

I think it is the best hotel in Palembang. Not only its awesome architecture design, but also its facilities, services and hospitality.
Located on main street, close to a mall, and only few minutes to the airport (if no traffic jam off course).
I recommend this place to stay, either for business or pleasure...

Very nice room. The service provided is very good and kind. Kinda lucky that I can get the even-numbered room because it is facing the pool. Very nice.

My room was on the first floor and I could walk out to the garden from my room. Breakfast was good but not so many good options for me. it's better to have clearer guide to each room. 'cause it's easy to get lost for the first time guest. My boss was lost for 30 minutes to find his room. I highly recommend other guests stay on the first floor. For the 1st floor, you must remember to lock your balcony door before leaving the room.

A good place for a week end get away with the whole family. Good variety of breakfast continental food combine with traditional food. Big swimming pool, fitness centre, big room with hot tubs inside. Just beside the PTC mall where u can find a good food also . Btw they have a good meeting rooms facility

Really like its big room and the pool view from the balcony was also beautiful. The pool itself is another plus point. It's big, not square shape and made it beautiful with some palm-tree island like in the middle of the pool. And completed with underground jacuzzi pool.

Nice and spacious hotel although the housekeeping have room for improvement, nice pool area with live music and pool open from 6 am, the food serve in the restaurant was very nice as well. Nearby to some shopping area and hospital. The price is reasonable as well. Would consider to come back to the same hotel the next time I come to palembang

It's the best place to stay with your family in Palembang after touring all day long around the city.

I've been coming here for years and never been disappointed.
The Hotel is clean and under good maintenance (not typical for Indonesia).
The staff is always friendly and willing to help in every possible way.
The pool is one of the largest in the area.
Food is delicious, a bit pricey though but totally worth it.
Breakfast buffet is very rich and also suitable for westeners.

i don't know why novotel in Palembang is has different quality with other novotel. We are waiting from 1 pm till 3 pm to check in, the reason is the management should prepare and clean the room, the funny fact is the receptionist tell us the ex of guest who use the room is already check out from 11 am. So the management should prepare the room arround > 3 hours :D

Great escape within the city. When you enter this place you feel like you're in some romantic place like bali. The room is spacious. The aircon works very well. And the food tastes very well. They have a huge outdoor swimming pool and a children pool too. Well if you stay here you just won't get bored because of all the facilities they offer. The room rates are worth the price

So many mosquitos inside the room. It keeps you busy killing them all over night. Air conditioner's setting makes you either cold or hot. Breakfast quality is poor, not matching a 4 star hotel. The hotel management needs to be further improved.
