From the moment we arrived the staff was excellent. Room was very clean. Beautiful hotel. Restaurant was great. The hostess we had this morning at the restaurant 03/01/20 was great. Sorry i don't remember her name. Made you feel like you were at home with family. Will definitely stay here again. Continued success.

I’ve been traveling to Dallas regularly for almost 20 years and this hotel is perfect in so many ways. The layout is very user friendly and easy to get in and out of but at the same time has an unbelievably homey feel. More importantly the staff is second was second to none in taking care of me. In fact they called me to let me know I left my laptop and electric toothbrush there before I even got back to Austin and realized I had. I travel to Dallas a week a month and I know where I will be staying for now on :)!!!!

This is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed at. The restaurant and bar were absolutely amazing, as well as my room. The front desk agent, Michael was exceptional. His personality really made my stay much more enjoyable. I hope to see more people employed like him in the future. A+++.

The experience was deeply mixed. On the one hand, the restaurant on site is unbelievably good. The steaks are fresh and so flavorful, the food is high quality, and the service is excellent. Five stars without hesitation. Yet the rooms, while comfortable and well designed, are very much in need of refresh. The ceiling near the window was dirty and stained. The chair was stained significantly. The flooring needed to be renewed. So while the lobby is new and stylish, the rooms need some tlc.

Good Location in West Dallas and a very good quality hotel that gives what you pay for. Definitely deserves to be patronized. Restaurant on site is priced appropriately and provides high quality food and service.

Place is nice and cool. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The staff is very friendly and professional. We had a small issue in the room and the maintenance engineer “Hatem” got it fixed very quickly. He was super nice. Thank you all!

Place was nice and rooms were cool! The stay was pleasant. Employees were courteous. We wanted to go to the pool and we had to get one of the employees to help us. You could not get to the pool by the guest elevators and once we got to the pool, we found out that it closed at 11 pm. Other than this, the stay was pleasant.

My time at the Omni Dallas Park West was adequate. Admittedly I was expecting the same type of facility as the Omni Downtown Dallas, which is much much nicer. My grievance is of my own accord. The view was not bad and the location was a nice area. Close to running paths. The room service and bartender were great. The pillows were not, however I was not expecting the highest class pillows in a hotel to begin with. I would stay there again although admittedly I would like book downtown next time I am in Dallas.

I found this one thru Southwest website. It looks exactly as described and pictured. Check in was nice, room was spacious, bed was comfortable. They also have pool, if you like to relax. Saturday night they had some kind of party downstairs but it didn't even bother us with noise. Overall I would say it was awesome. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Dallas area.

I have stayed at this property before but this was the first time I was there for a meeting. I needed things at the last minute and these wonderful folks got it done! Their service is top notch. Food and beverages were delicious. They take great pride in their work and it shows. Don't pass up an opportunity to be stay here or hold meetings here. The staff are wonderful to work with.

This was a wonderful place to stay and dine. Dover's grill has a variety menu that is well priced and the waiter, Sammy, was probably the best of wait staff I have ever had. He definitely knows about customer service. The coffee is a little bitter and they don't offer a variety of creamers. However, there is a coffee bistro inside so you could use that. The room was clean and maid service was prompt. My only complaint was there is no tv guide of what was on so you have to "surf" through the channels to find what you want to watch. Other than that, great experience.

I've been here several times over the past 10 years. Service is generally exceptional, rooms are nice, breakfast buffet is great but a bit overpriced even for a hotel restaurant. I always enjoy their lovely floral arrangements and displays in the lobby. The rooms themselves are starting to show some wear, not bad, but there was rust in a couple places in our bathtub the make-up mirror was coming out of the wall. This visit housekeeping started banging on our door about 3 hours before checkout several times in a row every 30 mins. This is not the first time I've had this issue with housekeeping.

I was at the hotel for a conference. The staff were phenomenal. They were friendly and helpful. Any request I had they tried to assist with. I had to fedex an item and was able to do that from the front desk. They have a shuttle for a 5 mile radius with prompt pick up and delivery. Weekends by the pool included snow cones and evening movies. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. The location was central to all I wanted to do.

Very nice hotel with well appointed rooms. Room service was affordable and prompt. Light selection but nice choices to start your day nicely.

On site restaurant seemed a bit pricey for what you were getting. It was cheaper eating at the bar. Food presented there was terrific.

The site is just off the major highway between Dallas and Fort worth. Easy on and off.

The premium you'd normally pay for an Omni mostly went to stuff not in your room. The room itself is comfortable and clean, but nothing special, the appliances are still as cheap and as noisy as could be. And everything is an optional extra. The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in.

Staff at the front desk, restaurant and bar was SUPER friendy and helpful. I only stayed two nights, but it was comfortable, had coffee maker in the room which is important. Restaurant was good, shuttle and taxi services were excellent. Modern look facilities. I would definitely stay there again. There's a convenience store at walking distance, but if you need a bottle of water, deodorant, tooth paste, razor, etc, they can provide it to you for free. Excellent service, excellent option for business staying!

The hotel is beautiful outside with many amenities however, I feel like I have paid for the hotel lobby and pool instead of my own room. My deluxe king room was quite small with a crowded restroom and a TV that goes in and out. The hotel has 10+ floors so the hallways were quiet. The 12th floor has a lounging area and the pool was nice but wasn’t “heated” as they claim, hence no jacuzzi. The staff was friendly.

Easy free garage parking or valet. Right off of the I-635 so, easily accessible. Fast check-in during our late night arrival on March 30,2018.
The room and hotel overall was very clean. A nice covered patio by the outdoor pool was extremely relaxing. We had dinner on March 31 at Dover's Grill and was very impressed. The steak was prepared perfectly fine for my taste. Sam, our waiter was impeccably responsive without being obtrusive. Very friendly! Our hostess was also very nice and accommodating. A great stay and would highly recommend while in the Irving, Farmer's Branch area of DFW. Only ding would be the lack of evening entertainment. Would like live music to enjoy while having adult beverages without leaving the hotel. Would stay again and excellent choice for groups. Meeting and banquet rooms right near the parking garage. Attentive staff and noticed buffet style dining, custom made cookies and fruit and cucumber infused ice water to stay hydrated. Pricing was very reasonable for all you get at this full service hotel.

Hotel goes out of its way to make sure our stay is an excellent one. We have tried the loyalty programs of several other chains and have been top level (black level..30+ stays/year)at this chain for 5 + years. And we are not even business travelers! Give omni a try! We are SURE you won't regret it!

The staff is great. Bar tender is a great. There was problem after problem and I didn't like the parking situation.

Parking is free but the garage seems ominous and dangerous.

The suite I stayed in smelled like an old, moldly, stale house. The tub could have been cleaner. A friend of mine stayed here at the same time and she didn't have hot water for 2 days.

I gave them 3 🌟 s because the hotel did compensate us for the trouble but we still would have just rather these things didn't happen.

Employees are very helpful! The amenities such as jacuzzi, heated pool and sauna were clean. Rooms were clean as well. The Google listing says paid parking but there is a free guest garage. Only minor inconvenience was that we waited about 30 minutes for a King bedroom and that's because two huge groups of people checked in early and maintenance didn't expect it.

o Affordability
This hotel is absolutely affordable and for being deemed a Hotel & Resort,
it is surprisingly worth the money

o Appearance
As with most multi-star hotels, the lobby and 1st floor areas are top-shelf.
However, the rooms and room areas seem to be in disrepair. The paint on the
molding and trim was sloppy, there was dirt and fingerprints all over the
glass in my room. I had to personally repair the toilet paper dispenser in
my bathroom (the pieces were on the sink). The "fancy" (fake) phone by the
elevator on my floor had a used tissue paper on it. The garbage can by the
elevator on my floor was so old, the copper was oxidized (it wasn't clean,
either). The remote control to my television had grime (food?) in every
crevice. The faucet valve for the cold water in my bathroom sink had a leak.
All wood on the furniture in my room had extensive signs of wear and
evidence of having never been maintained since they were placed in the room. (Photos here will substantiate) The lack of maintenance and cleaning make this hotel look cheap and degrade the quality of what otherwise could be a decent hotel.

o Food
I had lunch on Saturday at Dover's. While two guests a table over from me
ordered from the menu, I was told I had to use the buffet. Why? All that
was offered at the buffet was spinach for a salad that wasn't fresh and a
"make your own Fajita" spread. The meat was bland, dry and over-cooked. Why
did I pay $16 for this?

o Noise
I was only a room away from the service elevator. Every time I was in my
room I could hear it in use - to include staff members speaking candidly
about complaints and personal issues. This made for two sleepless nights.

I have seen service superior to what the Omni had to offer at Holiday Inn
Expresses across the nation - the kind that are on the side of the
interstate in the middle of nowhere. I don't plan on returning for any
overnight accommodations for any future conference my organization plans on
having at this hotel.

The room we we're put in had a lamp with a loose bulb base, was right next to the elevators and made lots of noise at all hours of the night. The room was comfortable, bit I reserved for two adults and they only had one robe in the room. I would give it another chance, bit I would definitely ask for a room away from the elevators.

Always great service at the Omni! This is my second time to participate in our corporate annual trip in Dallas, but the company has been hosting it here for probably 10+ years. Very nice hotel. We'd stay again. It was our anniversary and we were provided chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. That was very nice. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was that it was hard to get the room to cool off. It was kinda muggy. I'd stay again in the wintertime. For the price and location, this is a great stay.First time staying at this hotel. It was very tastefully decorated, bed very comfortable, the room very clean and quiet. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Will definitely stay here again when in Dallas. Only real negative is there is no shuttle from DFW.

The staff was professional, non jjudgemental and very friendly. The executive suite was huge, lovely a little outdated and oh so comfortable just like us. Our room service attendant was a great! The hotel is located not top far from the airport. The room was good and all the usual amenities were available. I was not able to turn the heat up however for some reason. You get free wifi if you sign up to be a select guest using your email id at the front desk. I wasn't made aware of a free breakfast so I'm not sure if there was one. The room service breakfast option was not really that filling. All in all a decent overnight stay.

We stayed the weekend at this hotel. The outside, entrance, and public areas of the hotel are beautiful and well kept. Parking is convenient and the garage was in good condition. Service staff were friendly. Our only complaints were with the room. The tv picture was grainy and temperamental. The room was a little muggy unless the temperature was lowered drastically. The carpet was dirty and there was trash (large stems and other items) left on the floor. The sound proofing is not so great. We could hear our neighbors easily. For the price, these things are bearable. The bed was comfy and the showers were nice. If we were only rating the public areas, I'd certainly give them 5 stars, but we were there as overnight guests and the room was overall average.

Other than a few minor fixes in the bathroom, love my room and bed. Absolutely love the water view across from hotel. Awesome pool and fitness center, with Jacuzzi/spa, sauna and gym. They have complimentary treats on weekends like milk shakes, cookies, etc. Great wine bar, restaurant, sports bar, business center and so on. Overall best hotel I've stayed at yet.

A gorgeous facility in every way. Clean, modern decor and an open, inviting lobby with lots of natural light. Staff are eager to help in any way they can. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all of the expected amenities. My main complaint with many hotels nowadays is the lack of free internet access in the room. For this price, it should be included. Even basic access would be fine. Offer faster service for a few if you want, but to offer no service at all seems stingy. Also, our experience in the restaurant was bad. Waited an hour for our food to come out. Manager and server kept apologizing, and gave us dessert on the house. Food was good, though, once it finally came. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but would probably avoid the restaurant.

It's a nice hotel with lots of staff, guys to open the door and gals to say good morning. Breakfast at the restaurant is nice, omelette bar and buffet, waiters give coffee and juice, cut your own bread from loaf, no yogurt. Bed and TV nothing special, about the same or better at a Marriott.

Came to shop for school clothes from out of town. We loved our room, the comfort of the hotel, friendly staff & good room service. Safe parking & easy access to your car. The gentleman ( Slim) took our bags down to the car when leaving & very friendly. He asked if we had checked closets & drawers in case things were left behind.
Only complaint at all was an event downstairs that was noisy & my daughter had to see to men arguing. There were a lot of people.
Otherwise had a great time!!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

We spend four glorious days at this hotel! Not only is it beautiful, but the best part was the friendly and kind staff. Two in particular made our stay a pleasure. The first was Dominique who greeted us with such kindness when we arrived late at night and the second is Hasan who was our waiter in the restaurant. I was also really impressed by the friendly hotel manager who made a point of walking around the hotel and greeting people and asking for feedback. This is a special hotel.

This is great hotel for business travelers or people who want a nicer hotel that's close to DFW. Beds were comfortable, rooms relatively modern but very basic bathroom amenities. Elevators need to be worked on but not a bad hotel bar scene for a Tuesday night. I'd give it a solid 7.5/10.

By far our favorite Omni in the Dallas area. Professional, friendly staff and we were treated with the utmost care and attention. Friends and I went to visit Dallas for the weekend. Planned it out for two months, Called it twice to make sure my room is reserved. The grounds and facilities of this hotel are beautiful and well maintained. The room I stayed in had a very comfortable bed and nice fixtures however it felt overall dated. One huge sign of age is the TV's, they are 32" first generation flat screens with no HDMI ports. I also experienced issues at check in being given a lesser room than I had paid for. Nice hotel but for $289 I expect more.

My wife and I drove from Austin to Dallas on Monday morning to spend the night before our flight home to St. Louis on Tuesday afternoon. During the drive, my wife searched TripAdvisor for a hotel. We decided to book the Cooper Hotel based on the TripAdvisor rating, traveler's reviews and a very reasonable rate. We were not disappointed. I must admit, we were a little surprised when we drove in and saw the entrance signage. We expected more of a traditional hotel look and feel. The spa, medical clinic, aerobics center and the beautiful grounds were all a pleasant surprise. This is an amazing facility to relax and unwind. We cannot wait for an opportunity to stay for a longer period of time during our next trip to Dallas. Special thanks to their GM David for a tour and overview of the facility. Hope to see you again soon!!!

Hotel perfectly created for business traveler/conference. Recently had a 5 days conference at this time. Staff were excellent. Food was superb. There is a hotel shuttle that will take you up to 5 miles which is not beneficial given that the hotel is located approximately 15-20 minutes from both the airport, as well as downtown Dallas. Uber from hotel to downtown Dallas ran about $20. Overall excellent hotel for business, would not necessarily recommend for pleasure given location.

My husband and I stayed at the Omni for New Year's Eve and enjoyed our stay. There were a few kinks with our room, including a desk phone that didn't work, leaking toilet at the floor (minor), and sink faucet (minor.) The room was nice otherwise. The check in and out process was very smooth. Would have been nice to have an ice bucket and coffee pot in the room, these items were conspicuously absentfor the price. Breakfast buffet was adequate, though overpriced for the offerings. Would not return unless packaged with a deal, such as the Murder Mystery Dinner event we were had attended that evening. There are better options with more amenities in the area for the same price.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by four members of the staff. They were extremely friendly and seemed to have a good relationship amongst each other. The room was very nice. But it was weird where the wall in the front of the room was and you had to go around it to see the full room.

This location is within a decent radius to many restaurants and stores such as Target and Ulta. Room is comfortable, especially the bed and bedding. My only suggestion is that the rooms have microwaves and that the shower curtain(s) be replaced as there's a mildew odor coming from it. All hotel staff have been courteous and helpful.

Very nice upscale place to stay. Nice soft pillows and a great firm mattress. Views were awesome and the staff was very accommodating. But for such a nice place the walls were very thin. We could hear the neighbor every time they used the facilities or even coughed. And the bar was very proud of their drinks as they were quite pricey.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

My wife and I stayed over night in the premiere King Suite for her birthday and absolutely loved the experience. We had a gorgeous skyline view of Dallas and Ft. Worth and the best rest we've gotten in a while. The robes and room was so comfortable and the staff was really nice. Also the bar is top notch and the food is really good as well. I'd recommend an Omni hotel to anyone because the price is absolutely worth it.

Staff was amazing! Went above & beyond to make our stay literally perfect. Nice quiet getaway. The Omni Fort Worth was actually where we booked but their rooftop was closed for emergency repair on our birthday weekend getaway. Despite not having the same amenties near by at Park West, it was even better than Fort Worth. From smiling faces at reception, to the wine and cheesecake brought to the room. Simple perfect.

This is a great hotel for both business and personal stays. The rooms are chic, modern and spacious with plenty of amenities. There's a well equipped gym, mid-size pool and outdoor atrium, along with several restaurants and a bar. The food throughout the hotel was excellent and the staff are always happy to help you any way they can. The rooms were so quiet that I slept like a rock. The guest parking is free, and if you sign-up for the (free) Select Guest membership you can get free wifi, morning beverages and other perks. This is my first time at this Omni and it's perfectly placed for conferences, the airport and quick access to the north side of Dallas.

WiFi connection was for omni members only, or you could pay. It's 2015 WiFi should be free! Also since dust buildup on the picture frames, vents, and other surfaces. The towels had stains and the shower was very dingy. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Things I love about this hotel. The room is really clear and organized. The beds was pretty confortable. The service people from the front desk to the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. I also love that they greet you as you walking up. I also love the fact that they have a mini store down the hall by the parking area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming in to the DFW area.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. I was also given some wrong rate information as a walk in guest, but the manager Patty was very helpful and hospitable. Will stay again when in Dallas.

My fiancée and I love staying at the hotel. It is a cheaper alternative to the newer and slightly nicer Omni Dallas - Downtown. They are always helpful if we tell them we need anything. It is clean, and comfortable. If you like Eggs Benedict, they have the best!
