Excellent hotel, stayed for one week had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and professional. From the time we checked in until time we checked out everyone was attentive. The bell hop Chris Pierce who was friendly, professional and informative.Brad at the concierge desk was knowledgeable and patient. The one complaint I have is the price of parking.

The hotel is immaculate. The staff is courteous. The room is comfortable, there could be a few more hangers as my wife and I are here for week. The one issue we had was we were moved from a room with double beds to a room with a King like we reserved and had to talk with the help desk for almost 30 minutes to get our devices connected. This would have been a 4 star review if not for the issues.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and love it every time. The rooms are immaculate. I’m an indoor environmentalist and I inspect homes and business every day - it’s rare for a hotel to have a truly clean room but the Omni has every time.
All the service is fantastic.
We love the location for when we catch a Preds game.
Tried the food at the restaurant and it was great too!

We just stayed at the Omni Nashville Downtown for Valentines' weekend and this was our 3rd stay here and our favorite place to stay in Downtown Nashville! We have another trip planned for 3 nights in July for my birthday!! We stayed there last year on my birthday as well!! The hotel is absolutely top notch! Gorgeous! The rooms are very clean, spacious and very relaxing!! The staff is very friendly and very courteous and attentive to any requests we may have!!! 1 block off of Broadway and within walking distance to many amazing places to eat and shop! The pool and hot tub are heated year round!! Beautiful view from our room! Last year, they upgraded me to a suite overlooking the pool for my birthday! I felt like a princess!!! Definitely looking forward to our next trip in July!!

Great hotel. It’s clean and presents well. The rooms are nice and spacious and comfortable, great wood work. Nice little restaurant and cafe inside. Convenient location near other restaurants as well. Great convention spaces as well. The lighting is really cool as well throughout the hotel—I know it’s a weird thing to be excited about but it really is very cool. The only thing is that the UPS store opened late and I needed to get in there immediately so that was frustrating. And maybe I missed it but there weren’t any water with lemon dispensers in the lobby with cups to get water. It’s a simple thing that is very nice for a quick drink after a long flight and trip while you’re waiting to check in. I highly recommend the place though.

Best hotel in Nashville downtown

This Omni is relatively new but I always stay here whenever I come down and have been here 3 times. Great location near the CM Hall of Fame and Music City Center+ bars/restaurants galore near by.

The hotel facilities and services itself are top notch. They have a "to go" breakfast option in the morning which have reasonable prices and healthy options. Fitness and pool areas are great as well. Rooms are gigantic and everything is new. Front desk staff and valet team are also always friendly and quick.

The only couple of hangups are: no mini bars in some rooms (you need to call down for the items, is somewhat annoying) and the high price of the hotel.

This is my go to hotel when it's available down in Nashville and may be the same for you after staying here a few times.

The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. Plenty of amenities within the building and access to great food from breakfast through dinner. Location was perfect to all that downtown Nashville has to offer. Rooftop pool with full bar and lunch service was a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel for all reasons mentioned. Our 5 day stay was quite enjoyable.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at and the staff was also wonderful. Very clean and offered sufficient amenities. Reading area with fireplace near main foyer and a lot of waiting room. Retail shop inside is expensive but nice, and the restaurant has good food. Great location, 2 blocks from Broadway. There was a lot of loud construction nearby, but that seemed to be the case at any hotel in the area.

Loved location and the staff was absolutely amazing.
Unfortunately there is a bit of heavy construction going on directly across the street.
Ask for a room away from the noise and you will absolutely love your stay.
I am still giving it a 5/5 but the morning noise I experienced should definitely be considered before staying.
A beautiful hotel in an a terrific location actually attached to the country music hall of fame, also has the Hatch poster company location inside !
Exceptional hotel

This is a wonderful hotel and I have enjoyed my stay. The room is very cozy and clean. Everyone that I have encountered that works here has been extremely kind and helpful. The little cafe on the lobby has 2 gluten free items so I was able to get snacks. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay at another Omni hotel since I imagine it will be a wonderful experience as well. Thank you Omni Nashville.

Stayed here for a 3 day conference. The facilities were very nice. All the staff that I encountered greeting me with a welcoming smile and were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, with a great view. We ate at both the connected sports bar (don't remember the name), and the hotel restaurant (Kitchen Notes). The food was good as was the service.
Everything about my time at the Omni was positive. Not to mention the great downtown location near Music City Center and the Country Music museum. I would definitely recommend this location.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Loved the floor to ceiling windows - great views. Room was nice and updated. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is because my room was very dusty after the first night of staying there. All of my stuff was covered in a layer of dust on the first morning. I'm guessing it must have been hiding in their AC unit because the room was VERY clean and nice when I checked in.

My company booked the Omni for our recent convention and I could not have been more impressed. The facilities are just beautiful and so versatile. I could see them meeting the needs of a many types of events and group sizes. The staff was incredibly professional. They adapted easily as our needs changed. We were served lunch two days of the convention and the food was just incredible. I would definitely recommend booking the Omni for your future event!

Beautiful and classy hotel!! Highly recommend. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Hotel is clean. Rooms are big with very comfortable beds. Very impressed with the showers and water pressure. Hotel has great amenities! Lots of yummy food and drinks. Not a far walk to all the country bars/downtown. Cool and modern pool - I do wish it was bigger or even another separate pool area since the hotel is very big (something to think about, Omni!). Was here for an event and they killed it! Great job and very fun! If you have a chance to stay here - do it! I’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I just returned from a night at the Omni Nashville to celebrate our anniversary and first night away from the kids in years. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very nice, and the staff was polite. The only issue was being woken up at 6am by incredibly loud construction work across the street. I'm sure on the weekend it would be a non-issue, but waking up at 6am certainly took away from the relaxing purpose of our stay. For the cost of the Omni, I would suggest people request a room that is NOT facing the construction that is taking place on Koreans Veterans Blvd or stay in a different hotel until the main digging and concrete demo is finished.

It was a great experience. The staff was both professional and personable. The staff and the lobby atmosphere itself was welcoming. The room was clean and it smelled clean and fresh; did not experience any noise issues. I would recommend Omni Nashville to my family, friends and colleagues.

Clean and comfy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is close to many things. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and made it easy to sleep. Only minor complaints would be the dustiness of the room (#1006 - maybe a filter needed to be replaced somewhere because it built up quickly), a broken hook on the back of the bathroom door, and the bathroom sink was a little slow-draining. Nothing that detracted from our comfort staying there. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

From start to finish this is the best hotel in Nashville. It's beautiful and the rooms are great. The bed is so comfortable. It is close to Broadway, so close to the nightlife (walking distance from almost everything). Being connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame is an added bonus. This is my fourth stay since it opened and I've never had a bad experience.

First never take a person negative review see for yourself. Everyone experience is different some expect you to move mountains. But my stay here was wonderful . The staff was so nice and kind going over broad helping me. From valet to housekeeping. All the restaurants was great the staff even spoke to me even though they was busy they stop to recognize me. If you love steaks. Bob's Steakhouse is great and they don't water down the drinks .The manger even stop by my table to make sure everything was great. Kitchen Notes buffet breakfast was great also. The music city mud pie melts right in your mouth. Something you can't share with others. Bar liners wings was so tasty. Nashville hot chicken wasn't that great from kitchen notes. But the entire staff of the hotel and restaurants was wonderful deserves 5 stars

Overall this was a fantastic hotel experience with one exception. The hotel is beautiful and central to everything downtown and I love the reward members offering of coffee and juice delivered each morning to the room but beware the room service costs. Typical room service is more expensive anyway (for good reason) but $9 for a bowl of oatmeal and $9 for two boiled eggs is just absurd. These items cost less than $1 and much less for restaurants. Add on to that $7 in service and delivery fees plus tax and my simple breakfast cost me $28 in my room. For a full breakfast spread I get that but for oatmeal and boiled eggs?? Come on. That's ridiculous. So stay at the hotel but be aware of the room service.

Attended this location for a professional event. Food was good, but not great. Building was nice, but had some odd designs which caused functional issues. Example was multiple people stuggling to wash their hands and water going all over the sinks based on the design. Parking is valet unless you can find parking on the street or park in the convention center parking garage. They take credit card for valet fee, but you have to have cash for valet tip or you are directed to an ATM.

The Omni is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of activity. Easy walking distance to everything and if it was a bit too far to walk a complimentary SUV was available to take us and pick us up when ready. Robert, Clyde and Bruce were delightful drivers with good suggestions about Nashville. Nashville is a fun place to go. This trip was music for us, but we will be back for all the wonderful history Nashville has. Thank you Omni.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Nashville with wonderful staff. I was really impressed with both the front desk staff and the cleaning staff who I interacted with. The lobby is gorgeous, with restaurants and a coffee shop right inside. The room was updated and spacious, and the bathroom was clean and roomy. The only thing I could think of that could have been improved was the TV provider. The selection of available channels was pretty poor, but when you're in Nashville you should probably be out enjoying live music instead of television, so I can't complain too much.

The Omni Nashville is casual luxury. The rooms are beautiful! The staff is always smiling! You feel at home when you walk through the doors!

There is something for everyone. You can get dolled up and have an elegant dinner at Bob's, have some upscale southern comfort food at Kitchen Notes, or head over to Barlines if you want to let your hair down. Bar lines has live Music, elevated bar food, and awesome bars with friendly staff.

If you are staying in the hotel, definitely take advantage of the spa! I can't wait to come back in the summer, and enjoy the pool deck!

We will be back!

The Omni hotel exceeded our expectations! We had started our trip out at another hotel that was awful and the Omni staff was amazing! They made our stay so much better by upgrading our rooms sending champagne to our room and really just going above and beyond. The hotel is centrally located with a great bar with live music and also a great restaurant for dinner! I will definitely be staying at Omni hotels in the future!!

Very nice hotel. Only issue we had was how quick the staff was to take away refreshments. If we were supposed to have snacks at 2:15 then they were gone by 2:45. If you didn't get a chance to get more in that 30 minutes too bad. The conference room I was in was freezing but the others were not. There were other conferences happening at the same time but you couldn't tell because the facilities are so vast. Very impressive venue for a conference.

The customer concern and service at this hotel is top notch. The hotel has some amazing views of downtown, it's centrally located, and connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame. I stayed here for a week during Christmas 2016 and it was phenomenal. The food experiences of Kitchen Notes and Bob's Steak and Chop House are extraordinary. The rooms and amenities were exceptional and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, and after attending an event hosted at their hotel, I would absolutely use The Omni to coordinate a large or small group event.

Omni hotel is a great hotel for downtown Nashville. The hotel is centrally located. It is a short walk to anything in the downtown area. The rooms are clean and tasteful with great views. The hotel was suitable for the purposes for which I was there (staffing a conference). The rooms are sufficient, the amenities good, and the staff great.

As per the room itself, it seemed a standard, higher end room. The bed was comfortable and the pillows really nice compared to other hotels. The desk/workspace works for laptops and tablets. The only conveniently accessible outlets are on the table/desk.

The conference space is great. It was large enough to handle my group (roughly 900 in attendence) plus at least one other group. The conference space layout was such that it was easy NOT to get lost.

The staff is both professional and exceedingly courteous. They made sure I was happy, had everything taken care of, and knew the area when asked for suggestions of where the eat/what to do.

I had the pleasure of attending a Christmas event at the Omni Hotel in Nashville Tennessee. An amazing venue on the edge of downtown near Riverfront Park. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by Hotel staff and direct it to my area. The entire Hotel is Grand and I absolutely loved it. The Christmas decorations were very tasteful and classy. A fantastic backdrop for Christmas pictures. The restrooms were very clean and comfortable with superb lighting we basically enjoyed this hotel from the moment we stepped foot in it.

I really had nothing bad to say about this hotel. The location is at the heart of everything and it's literally attached to the tourist attractions. The decor of the upstairs hallways is a little...nashville, but the rooms are lovely spacious and the lobby is great. The bar, sports bar in the hotel and the brunch place we're delicious. I would return!

A beautiful hotel! Very clean with all the amenities you would expect minus free WiFi. I only gave them a four star rating because the beds we're not the best. Mind you, they weren't bad but I have been in cheaper hotels with beds that felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. These were not that. I really enjoyed the hot tub and roof top pool area. I would stay again just to spend the day there in the sun.

A beautiful looking establishment with a refined sense of grandeur, yet extremely cozy atmosphere. It's located just outside of all the Broadway events, making it a prime location for enjoying all of the local flavors, scenes, and sounds. I wasn't staying at the hotel myself, so I can't speak for the quality or layout of the rooms, but the service was as impressive and stylish as the ambiance of the hotel itself.

Fantastic service, great location downtown, walking distance to Broadway and the Bridgestone, gorgeous hotel overall. Our room category was "deluxe" and the room was significantly smaller than the room at the Holiday Inn where we stayed the previous night in Franklin. Super disappointed about that since the price is a little high (for us at least). Good experience and we enjoyed our stay and walking around downtown. Would stay again for a concert or event downtown because the location is so fantastic.

I've stayed here several times for trade shows and it's always a pleasure. Great breakfast at Kitchen Notes, love eating at the bar at Bob's, and Bar Lines is a great place to unwind after a long day on the trade show floor. Had booked a single king bed but was given a 2 queen bed. Had to request room changed, which they lucky still had available. View wasn't the best since it was looking out at the building being built across the street. Room was nice but you could see wear and tear happening in places. Pool was nice but chlorine level was much too high! Front desk was kind enough to extend check out after I called them to request it.

I attended the 2017 Nashville Analytics Summit at the Omni Hotel and the facilities were impeccable. I think the total count for the conference was roughly 575 people, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Although coffee and food were provided, I did sneak down to Bongo Java for a late afternoon latte. If I were planning a professional event, the Omni would definitely make my short list.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

I had a great experience here. It is in a really nice walking distance for a lot of nearby attractions. My only issue was that my first morning the security and a (presumed) drunk man was at my door at 6am. Because he thought that my room was his. After my rude awakening my complaint didn't seem to go nowhere... All they said is that they'll prevent it from happening in the future and that the security did go against hotel standards and protocol for the incident - I however had to deal with it and the only thing I got in return was that rude awakening. Other then that it was a very nice and clean hotel.

I just went to the Omni Hotel just to grab a bite for lunch and I was pleased. The service was good, the atmosphere was good, and the food was good. I did not get anything special just got a burger and fries and unsweet tea. The price was reasonable the service was good so overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is either in the neighborhood or staying at the hotel.

This wasn't a "bad" hotel. I simply would have expected more for the price.
First, the good:
*Beautiful lobby and common areas. It's chic and open and we'll done
*Friendly staff
*Attractive room. Nothing over the top, but more appealing than your average holiday inn

The Bad:
*Odd stains on the comforter, pillow and lampshade. Looks like dried blood and makeup. Please note, this was all visible when we arrived and that makeup is not mine.
*Paper thin walls. I could hear every conversation what was happening in our neighbors' rooms and hallways. Not just yelling, but normal, where do you want to eat type things.
*The rooftop pool was FAR too small to accommodate the number of guests this place has. The pool was tiny, the patio was tiny. We had to stalk people for their chairs. It was uncomfortable.
*No can in the bathroom. You read that correctly. Why?

Again, this place wasn't a dump, it didn't have bugs or other nasty things, but for the price you pay I would not stay again.

A fabulous experience everytime I stay here. The staff is helpful, and follow through is great. Any difficulty that has been encountered, is quickly rectified. Restaurants are always good. Everyone goes above, and beyond to ensure their customers are happy, and feel valued.

I was here for a conference, not in a hotel room. Facilities were top notch. Meals were excellent. Staff was as good as any 5 star facility I have ever stayed at. You also can't beat this location.

The Omni is amazing. Service is excellent and the location is absolutely prime. The restaurant in the hotel is a top rated breakfast place and the Crab Benedict is on point. You're a block from the strip and the Country Music Hall of Fame is attached to the hotel as is a chic printing press place. All in all the Omni is both luxurious and extremely unique. The only complaint I have is that in room wifi is not free .

I won a trip to Nashville through a radio contest and they put us up in this hotel. Was an amazing hotel. Great location right down town, with just about everything you could want within walking distance. Their restaurant down stairs was great for breakfast and they often had free fruit infused water in the lobby.

The guest rooms are beautiful with a nice-sized bathroom. Housekeeping does a great job and they have turn-down service. Large, clean fitness center and beautiful outdoor pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Don't have a single complaint. Would stay here anytime. The hotel restaurants are a bit overpriced, but otherwise a great place. The hotel store, Five and Tenn, is quaint and the prices on everyday items are very reasonable...and, they also have some high-dollar uniquely-Nashville stuff that's fun to look at.

Hotel was in downtown convenient walk to Broadway and several of the site seeing buildings. Valet was nice and convenient, however overpriced. The room was nice but for the price of the stay no nicer than any other hotel - our view out our window was of construction. Luckily, this thoroughly entertained my 5 year old. The pool was small and very crowded with you adult demographic who were all drinking - not family friendly. The night time environment was also not family friendly as we were in the lobby leaving a restaurant and several drunken males entered and were loud and obscene. The food was expensive if purchased by the pool or in the room. Kitchen Notes, however, was fairly priced and the food was delicious. Everyone working at the hotel was very nice and helpful.

The rooms and amenities were for exceptional and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, and after attending an event hosted at their hotel, I would absolutely use The Omni to coordinate a large or small group event.

A very quality "experience" from the moment you pull up to the entrance and are greeted by the bell hops and valets, you feel VIP. Awesome hotel with many shops and restaurants located right in the building. Rooms are second to none and location related to the entertainment district on lower Broadway is second to none. It's definitely pricey to stay here, BUT you absolutely get what you pay for.

The hotel is very nice. Perfect location for those who want to walk around the city of Nashville. The staff at the Omni were very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the things going on in and around the area. The Omni lobby was very well kept, very spacious never requiring others to move out of the way during conversations. The downside to this is the entrance to the Omni was crowded towards the lunch breaks and ending of the conferences. This issue was enhanced due to only one entrance into the building from pick up and drop off. The overall layout of the hotel was simple, but needs more signage for where areas of the hotel are located. The staff from valets to management were very respectful of everyone and were always willing to help. The Omni Hotel would be highly recommended for a stay on Nashville.

Attended an awards gala; the bartenders were friendly and attentive, the service staff were quick, efficient, and helpful. The food was surprisingly tasty. Having been to many hotel dinners before, my expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised. The surf and turf was well prepared, the sides were well seasoned, and although the dessert didn't look tasty the flavor was good.

Our stay was excellent! Hotel is gorgeous, great location, able to walk to Broadway. The restaurant inside (Kitchen notes) was perfect for both lunch one day and then their brunch (you must try their biscuits). Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. Valet was on the pricey side but very prompt which was appreciated. 10/10, would stay here again.

Nice hotel, but a little aged and not what I expected from the Omni brand. Prime example is that my room door is extremely hard to latch. Facility is clean. Staff is as personable as any other Omni I have stayed. Staying for business, and I hope I am not being critical because of that.

Service was great, especially the valets. Rooms were very nice. Location is awesome. Rate seems a little high, but the quality is definitely there. Worth splurging to be connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame, across the street from Bridgestone arena, and 3 blocks from Broadway.

I had great interactions with the staff. They went beyond service and were genuinely kind. The conference facilities were generally nice. I did at one point sit in the only wobbly chair in a room to some personal comedic effect, but my only real issue was with the lack of available device-charging locations. Table-embedded outlets scattered about the second floor seemed sensible, but these were not operating at the one I tried.

I worked a gig here, a company celebrated their holiday party. Very lovely in appearance, I asked the person, overseeing the organization of the function of the celebration, for some hot water to drink and I was given directions to the restroom. I would never direct anyone to the restroom for anything other to clean up. I later found hot water just steps from where the person and I were standing.

Restaurants all had great service and food. The Kitchen Notes had fantastic breakfast options and a good buffet. Their lunch service was very slow (hour and a half for two salads).

Ate at Bob's chop house for dinner; fantastic food. Fried lobster app was one of the best things I ever tasted.

Room was clean however TV gave me issues during stay. Was low priority so I didn't make a fuss, just a little annoying.

Great location for walking around in the downtown area. Rooms are very comfortable, great beds.
All the amenities you would expect in a top hotel. On the pricey side but this is likely do to a hotel room shortage in Nashville.
The staff is very professional and accommodating.
We will definitely stay in the hotel during our next stay in Nashville.

It's always a pleasure staying here. We have stayed here 5 times now since they opened up. Great staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds, and we had nice view as well. It is very convenient to Broadway Ave downtown. You can walk pretty much everywhere. Restaurant attached to the hotel was just alright. We are fans of this hotel and will be back.

Very nice hotel. My wife and I just spent 4 days there and the staff is very accommodating. Several small issues were corrected quickly . Great location within walking distance of most attractions. Only negative thing I can say is the 12th floor hallways need a thorough cleaning. The woodwork is dusty as is the carpeting around the doorways and it smells dusty as soon as you get off the elevator. Bartender Josh in Barliene's was excellent.
