I have never stayed at the hotel so this review is purely on the bar and grill.

Firstly the staff are very polite and will try their best to accommodate patron's requests.

As the bar is under new ownership it is quiet, but has been transformed, and is now a modernised, revamped, and refurbished relaxing place to go. As time is moving on, the bar has new customers and is picking up pace, and I am sure will be a success. If you came here during the last ownership, try it now and be impressed by how the new guys have turned this place around. The food served is either seriously decent indian food, well made and very reasonable on price. The grill selection is either indian or western. So you can have either a gut busting T6 special (8oz beef burger, cheese, bacon, chicken breast and salad with chips!) or some kebabs and again - delicious! Rogan Josh with Pilau Rice and Naan is just too gorgeous with a pint of John Smith's.

Alcohol selection is good with many different spirits to choose from. Beer is slightly different. If you are a real ale fan, only John Smiths or Guinness is on tap. But there are some others in the fridge. Lagers available are Amstel Heineken Kronenbourg and Fosters. A suggestion would be to get Peroni or Moretti on tap. Pub has a late licence and DJ or live music most weekends. A newly designed and decorated banquet area is available for booking, and restaurant now open next to the pub.

BT SPORT and SKY SPORTS ALSO NOW HERE. FOOTIE BEER AND KEBABS!!!! A MUST TRY AND I AM SURE THAT YOU WILL ENJOY THE FOOD, EASY PARKING, LOCATION AND THE FRIENDLY WELCOME.

I give this place 10 out of 10 as they have stopped the repetitive music during the day.

Alot of money has been spent on the bar, a coffee machine would be good to have a cuppa after dinner. The rooms are very very tired. Matresses have had their day. Food in the bar was lovely and authentic, we had curry and it was very nice. Breakfast was well cooked and presented but no tables set up also, no access if you can't do steps as all the doors were locked and a narrow flight of a few steps were the only access, being on crutches made it very difficult to get in for breakfast. If staying as a hotel a little money spent on the rooms would go a very long way. All in all did what we wanted.

The bar does a buy 2 get 1 free all day everyday on drinks, and after 9pm on Saturdays it is buy 1 get 1 free. Pub has a late licence and DJ or live music most weekends.

Good size room but the previous guest must have decided to keep the hairdryer and iron as they were not in the room. Tea and coffee provided but no spoon to stir it with! - although biscuits made up for that. Reception also found me an iron upon request. Overall it was okay, very comfy bed caused new to oversleep! A little more attention to detail could earn a much higher rating score.

I have been living close to the hotel for 10 years .
I don't use,the hotel facilities, but the recent refurbishment to the bar and superb , Bukkharra restaurant, has been a long time coming , but although I don't go out drinking to much , well done to you it was a bit of a (going nowhere place ) but now clean and tidy and a good to have a local that is pretty good.

Room was nice and simple, bed was very comfy. The food is absolutely amazing. Easily accessible multiple nearby trainstations and decent parking staff are really you friendly. But mainly the restaurant, everything our group tried from the menu was beautifully cooked. Seriously can't express it enougj

The main problem I have with the hotel is the heating. It is 6am on 2nd of March 2013 and -2°C outside and all I have to heat a (quite spacious) family room is a tiny portable radiator. This radiator is cranked up to full and I am still laid in bed (which has no duvet only a blanket) with my fleece on.

I can only assume that the hotel is being refurbished at the moment. The bathroom has a brand new sink and toilet, but the floor tiles are faded and chipped. There's a 30" Flat screen TV mounted on the wall, but no double glazing to keep the heat in.

Osterly tube station is a 10 minute walk away, so it was ideal for is to park the car and head for central London.

As I said earlier, the room is a good size and clean and tidy. The furniture is dated, but if you are using it as somewhere to crash with access to central London then it does the job. As long as you come in summer or with thermal underwear.
