Not bad rooms. Staff didn't speak good English so some drink and food orders were wrong, though was sorted quickly enough.

Free WiFi is 1.4 Mbps, no outlet next to the bed. Breakfast is fine.
5 stars: I lost my wallet and the friendly staff found it.

We have stayed at this Hotel as a family four or five times in the last six years… Quality St Albans Hotel is one of the best hotels in the Hertfordshire… Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean… The rooms are very stylish and luxurious…

We stayed here for a wedding not far away. Location is perfect.
AC was a godsend in the room!
Small negative was the main railway line was right next to the hotel but we had a room that wasn't directly facing so the noise wasn't too bad!
Would certainly stay here again!
