My room has always been alright. The staff that I've dealt with were friendly. I've stayed here a few times while working in the area. I always enjoy walking on the river that is very close by. As someone else mentioned the parking lot is similar to driving offroad.

TV has damage. Outlet didn't work on the nightstand. Dirty. 52 degrees in our room and finally made it up to 70 when woke up. Bed is OK. Microwave and mini fridge work fine. Bathroom is functional. Can't comment on the bar/restaurant. Lobby is clean and welcoming and staff was friendly and helpful. Good place if you're staying the night for work but don't bring your family here.

Doesn't really live up to the "Ramada" name kinda ran down and certain places smell bad and key cards barely work on entry doors so you can be standing there locked out for 5 minutes waiting for your card to finally work. It wasn't horrible but wasn't great either

We just stopped by for the night on our way home from a road trip, we arrived quite late around 2:00 am without a problem checking in and getting into our hotel, the free complimentary breakfast was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice room and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Shower curtain was pretty useless though and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.

I spent 1 night here and while the hotel was clean, it was very dated. Also, a free breakfast was advertised, but there was only coffee, and no food at all. (The desk staff said the food person didn't show up to work that day). The bed was comfy enough, but the AC unit was blowing upward at the drapes, and letting flashes of the bright parking lot lights in.

I ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and it was very good. The server was very friendly and attentive. I live in Casper, so I was not staying in a room, but the lobby and common areas were clean and comfortable. The Ramada is near the Casper Events center, the Platte River Trail, Crossroads Park, the National Historic Trails Center, and the field for the local baseball team, the Casper Horseheads.

Yes, the hotel is a bit dated but we did not find it unclean and the staff is very helpful.
When you reserve, ask for a room in the east wing which appears to be the newest and most upgraded section of the hotel. The rooms here are clean and the beds well made.
A drawback for me was the lack of window that opened. You’ll need to run the AC for fresh air.
The WIFI - ok, forget about it and they are not incented to fix it anytime soon. Your in the middle of f$&@@ WY so suck it. There’s a good chance you’ll survive without it.
There’s a great eatery called “The Fort” next door. Give it a go. Great steaks and sandwiches.

They booked the wrong room..one king size bed instead of two doubles. No elevator to second floor. Bathroom too small for a walker, and wi-fi is down. Very disappointed. Room was clean and nice for a moment handicapped person

They are pet friendly and have a walking path by the river. Room was ok, rug was stained, but the room was quiet. We will stay again.

The staff is nice and are always professional. The rooms are clean and so the reason for the three stars is that everything is old and delapidated. I don't think the oil folks seem to mind but this place is needing some help.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was late.... We were there for Destination Imagination... Had to arrive early.... No coffee made and late getting the buffet ready! Other than that... Rest was good!

Nice staff friendly rooms were clean need new shower curtains and warmer blankets. Building needs a lot of maintenance some tlc. Sunday breakfast was very good. Saturdays was very lacking and looked to be put out at 7am and never replenished everything cold and drying out by 9. Never saw the person that was doing the breakfast that morning. The guy working Sunday morning for the breakfast did a great job replenishing everything was fresh a lot more variety then on Saturday. He was very friendly and keep everything hot and the area clean. All in all it was a good stay.

Dated, empty and slightly creepy. Rooms were extremely average. The pool area is in the middle of the open-concept lounge/conference center. Breakfast food looked like it had been re-heated leftovers from the day before. The attached restaurant, Duke's, was a pleasant surprise though. Typical tavern fair but very affordable and also had TVs to watch the game and great service.

Cheap price for two comfy clean beds. Good breakfast. Nice hot well pressured showers. Friendly staff and quiet. The room smelled faintly of urine. Would stay again. I imagine the smell was only our room and not the whole hotel. Didn't get to use the indoor pool.

Great place to stop. The girl at the front desk was super friendly and gave us the best deal she could find. The rooms are clean and very comfortable! I would stay here again. They do offer military discount, but a different special worked out better for us.

The rooms were amazingly clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was wonderful! My ONLY complaint was the coffee: there was in-room coffee makers, but the only coffee provided was decaf. When we went down for breakfast, the coffee tasted burnt and and reheated. Other than that, we loved our stay, and will definitely stay again on our next trip in.

I was in Casper for work with some coworkers and we stayed at the Ramada. It is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. They sport a hot breakfast from 6-11am , a bar, and pool/hot tub. The main hall smelled like chlorine because of the pool but it wasn't bad. The a/c gave us trouble the first couple nights, but then seemed to work fine. The cleaning people did a decent job, the only issues were that they didn't clean up a small pile of trash that we accumulated over the course of a week (because the trashcan was too small and we were cooking/drinking in the room which made for a bit of waste) and they come around very early. We had a day off so we decided to sleep in, around 8am the cleaning people came by and knocked a few times (which we didn't hear because we were sleeping) then opened the door. He left as soon as he saw there were people in the room, but it seems like they should clean later in the morning than 8am. Overall it was a very good experience.

So very pleased with this stay! This hotel was a surprise delight, I wasn't expecting a whole lot and I was pleasantly surprised over and over! The hotel is very nice, older and very well maintained. Interesting layout, doesn't look like much from the outside but it a very different story inside! Our room was very nice and quiet, extremely comfortable bed, very clean and well equipped. Very nice staff, and an excellent breakfast. We will definitely stay here again, especially given the very reasonable rate. They also have an absolutely delightful little sitting area, with BOOKS TO READ! :) SO happy because we hadn't planned on staying as long as we did and I didn't bring my book. They have a wonderful selection of books.

The room was decent, at some point in time is was probably ly the nicest place around but that is no longer the case. Time has started to take a toll on the place overall. The room we got was a king bed and was comfortable the room was clean but as I said time has taken its toll. There were something's that were clean but dingy from age. Overall the room was decent for around $65. I would stay again if I pass through town.

This hotel is not entirely bad, but it may not suite everyone. It is very dated, and while they have tried to make improvements to the facility it still maintains a musty, old cigarette odor throughout. The rooms themselves are in a state somewhere between mild disrepair and functional.
Everytime I've had breakfast here it has been sub-par.
I've stayed here on many occasions for work and while it's fine for overnights, stayovers are not as pleasant.
If you can find a room here for less than $85 and don't mind an older, less fancy facility, you will likely be contented. If not, I recommend looking more in the $100 range and staying at another hotel in town, of which there are many.

Pool area was smaller then previous visits, brekfast was lackluster. The room smelled funny, and the staff started trying to clean our room at 7 am.. Making us feel we were being pushed to check out.

Booked this hotel room on Hotwire. Got to pick what size bed we wanted. It was a nice room, nice size, older place but room was nice and clean. It had a coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mini fridge, and tv, everything you need. Breakfast was good too.

I came here for my friends wedding. I was able to get a room next to our friends very easily and they even if let us to check in early! Very nice staff and great, clean environment. I really enjoyed going to their bar, only wish they were opened later than 10pm. I feel like they had good security which is always an important factor. Would recommend.

We stayed here several times...great breakfast! Indoor pool and hot tub. Restaurant by the pool.. satellite TV ..cool air conditioning....some smoking rooms available.....only if they would do something about the key cards not working correctly in all access doors (not sure what the problem is with this)

I stay in Casper quite often, and this is the best ao far of the pet-friendly hotels. Clean, nice decor, great price, and the staff is very friendly. I would be happy to stay again.
Decent place. But they are trying to charge me for damages done by my kids and cat even though there was absolutely no damages whatsoever. I was satisfied by the last minute booking but they're really showing real colors by lying and claiming damages that don't exist by photo evidence
