The hotel it's not that much good the room it's so hot the minibar not cold but the good thing in the that you keep your expansive things and money and no body take it I want to thank nurtan cleaning women for cleaning or room really she is s good in here job she is the best one she is really good and she is so nice person

Very good location and it's on the corner of a main and sub street and traffic lights which is easy to get a taxi. The front desk offers you a pre order for a taxi too. The room was good, comfy and satisfying. My room was a main street view and a little bit noisy but it's ok and I slept well. Enjoyed staying here and definitely I'll come again.

The hotel is located in a good area.
It's not as good as a 5 stars hotel.
Staffs are polite but not enough customer friendly and supportive. They are looking for any opportunity to make money from you and sometimes it's not fair. For example the rooms don’t have Universal power sockets and they try to sell you converter socket with unreasonable price instead of lending you or solve the problem for all the rooms. So don’t forget to have converter Socket with you.

Excellent place for a short stay with cosy comfort. Presentation room was ample in space. Food was very good. Would suggest to my friends, family and colleagues.

Nice hotel an staff were very helpful. The building and room was fine and the hotel opens into a Metro station which means you can get to where you want to go easily. The air-con was rather weak and I had to open a window (and deal with the noisy traffic) to get some sleep. A small fan in the room would have made a real difference. Still, apart from that, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is so good and the rooms are amazing but the best part about it is that it has a metro station right infront of it.

Overall good hotel

When I arrived the reception told me I have to check in 11:00 A. I told him okay I will walk around until you prepare the rooms and he replied yes sir. I came back at 1:45 P.M. the same person told me the rooms aren’t ready and needs to be cleaned. Seriously I been out 2:45h and the rooms aren’t ready!
I was able to get in the first room after 45 min ( at 2:30 P.M) and the other two after 30 min.

I’m sure this is unusual case, because I saw everything went good after I completed the check in.

I would like to share my experience in staying Ramada Plaza Istanbul City Centre, I found this hotel as very cozy with polite staff and attentive reception, very good breakfast, and clean room , advice anyone who needs comfort to stay in this hotel 👍🏻

The Ramada Plaza City Center Hotel is in a great location for shopping and dining and extremely close to the Metro for travel. The rooms are very nice and clean, but the service requires a bit more quality. This place lacks late time entertainment, but fortunately there were bars we could go to in a timely fashion from this central hotel.

I like this hotel because of the location. it is near and close from everything around. Osman Bay metro station is just next to the hotel. Room size is large. breakfast is good. The hotel is a bit out dated, stuff not that friendly. but in most of my Istanbul visits, i choose to stay at this hotel.

hotel is very well located . breakfast was nice and suitable . there were just two negative things to talk about : poor internet connection & lack of staff in reception to answer costumer needs which made any individual to stay for minutes in front of them !!

Location of the hotel changes everything. Beggers wont let you stand even infront of the hotel door.

The hotel is very poor and the reception staff are treated badly and there are maintenance work in the night and hear their voices especially on the second floor and the space is narrow and small for the rooms and the hotel is 5 stars but give it 3 stars and in the same street Hotel Zagradha 5 stars is one of the best hotels in Turkey

i am a very frequent business visitor to the ramada plaza sisli city hotel. i always find the staff friendly and welcoming and happy to make my stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable , the hotel location is opposite of the metro ,the breakfast buffet in the lounge is a great way to start the day , thank you

Hotel service is so good, location is really close to everything and the metro station is 15 meters away from the hotel, price is good for 5* Hotel.

Only stayed the one night, but couldnt fault it, staff very helpful, we wasnt getting picked up till 23.00, checked out in the morning, they stored our cases, use of safety box while we explored Istanbul, Metro station outside the front door,

Had a great time at Ramada Plaza. The breakfast is excellent and it's much much spacious than any 'Boutique' Hotels in Istanbul. The Metro ride is 5 min walk. Recommended!

Looking very nice hotel hope everyone of you enjoy it

I have not stayed in the hotel, but I have been in the Pancaldi Restaurant and had drinks in the lobby with my husband several times. The service is good and the staff is friendly. There is a tea-time between 3:30 and 6:00 pm with live piano performance in most week-days. If you are nearby you can have a great afternoon there.

Stayed here for 4 nights in 2015. An average hotel. A little way up from Taksim Square and the walking streets but easy quick access via public transportation. Nice rooms, really nice bathroom that was spacious, and good bed. Staff was great.

This was one of the most amazing places I have been to. Amazing view, food and it's close to the blue mosque.
