Im a local and often on the strip to party 🥳 a lot of times I am so drunk and of course i don't drink and drive. This is my go to Marriott. They are friendly and always willing to accommodate my late check outs! Lol a girl gotta get her beauty sleep

Lovely one night stay here during a recent cross-country road trip. Room was very spacious and customer service was excellent. The hot breakfast the next day was just what we needed to help us get off to another long day of driving. There are plenty of options in Las Vegas, but I'm glad I chose this hotel.

Arrived at 11 am and the front desk was kind enough to check me in. Good shuttle operating to several key locations on the strip. Nothing within walking distance but that’s kind of the understanding is that you don’t want to be in the hustle as bustle. Everything else was pleasant about the stay. Very nice team of employees that are ready to help at a whim.

First off my review is based only on this location. I love Marriott but this place wasn’t good at all. Our room and outside the hotel smelled like weed the entire weekend. The area was is pretty ghetto. Which I’m sure contributes to that. The rooms are pretty dated and could use some updating. I would never stay at this Marriott again. Try finding something in a better area.

Pretty nice hotel off the strip. They have a shuttle that will take you to the Mandalay Bay and Aria as well as the shopping center. Free breakfast and nice size rooms. My only chance complaint is the TV was mounted in a way that it wouldn't turn around and face the couch. That was a bummer.

Enjoyed my stay during vmworld 2018. Room was quiet, clean, and.comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful always ready to greet you. Great amenities. I used the pool, fitness center, and outdoor seating during my stay. Convenient shuttles to the airport and Mandalay Bay. I also used the laundry room during my stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting who doesn't want to stay on the strip.

Great accommodations, a clean suite and ample room for family. Free morning breakfast was good and nice variety. Staff was excellent and efficient as well as friendly.i loved the convenience of the shuttle that provided transportation to and from the Las Vegas strips the hours that it ran were good.

Clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast is good. The only concern I have is that two nights in a row, a vehicle next to mine had their windows smashed out and robbed.

Roll out bed was fine, as far as roll out beds go, and the room itself was very nice. Layout was a little weird as the lobby was a separate building from our rooms. Breakfast was good, but again the layout was a little weird as there were two different breakfast areas with different foods.

A decent hotel. It’s in good condition, it’s close to The Strip if that is where you need to be, the rates are good, and there is free parking. But you’re also sandwiched between a couple of strip clubs. But you can’t see them from the outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub.

Hubby and I stayed for four days and the first night I was not pleased as our tub was clogged (yuck) and there was no maintenance man available so another guy came in and plunged it. Eventually they got it unclogged and all was well. Breakfast isn't the best but it offers the basics. Staff was very friendly which is always refreshing, hotel is close to the strip so we loved the location and the room was very clean. The mini store in the lobby was nice as I had a headache from all the partying and the aspirins I bought from the store really helped, (lol). Overall our experience was decent. So if you're looking for a room for a good price, that's clean and near the strip then this hotel is perfect. I would of given more stars if our tub wasn't clogged and if the internet on the computers in the lobby worked.

Our stay was amazing. The room was clean and was not dated. The complimentary breakfast and evening snacks were great as well. The shuttle also made getting to the strip a breeze. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Las Vegas. Great place!

Lots of helpful amenities. The shuttle to the strip every half hour is nice. They can go either to the Mandalay bay or the Aria. Very convient and runs from like 630am to 1am. The breakfast buffet is simple but lots of choices. Proteins multiple kinds of carbohydrates, even waffles and oatmeal. Definately take advantage and get in a good solid meal before going out to party! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. We stayed in a suite on the top floor of B Building. While the view was.... abysmal at least everything worked in the room.

Great Place to stay!!! Full Hot Complimentary Breakfast, very delicious!!! They have Mon, Tues, Wed social evenings with free food!! Tennis/basketball court and swimming pool. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Great location! Off the strip, but they offer free shuttle service to the strip. Breakfast 🍳 was great!

Room is clean and large with a separate bedroom and door. Bathroom has a tub. I loved having a real refrigerator, utensils, dinnerware and even a stove, coffee pot and full microwave. (No oven). Has the usual free buffet breakfast but offers cinnamon and blueberry waffles as an extra bonus. Staff is extremely friendly but most speak English as a second language. Free WiFi and parking. Outdoor pool and hot tub with nice amenities. They have the Monday Tuesday and Wednesday dinnertime/happy happy hours. They offer 500 extra points per day to decline housekeeping...nice! It has been the best hotel I've stayed in in Vegas for longer stays because I always look for a place that is as close to having home amenities as possible. But you would truly need a rental car or have to Uber everywhere because the strip is more than a mile away and to get there you have to walk over the overpass of Interstate 15. The upside is...the strip is more than a mile away. 😆

Breakfast and evening snack/meal is included. Rooms are spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Showers are nice with soft water.

The employees were extremely nice and courteous.Breakfast was pretty tasty. It was a very quiet and relaxing environment with a pool, tennis court, and patio area. We stayed in the 400 building and didn't see any other guest until our last day. The rooms were quaint and clean, for a suite the room wasn't very large but it worked. Overall I would definitely stay here again, it is family friendly.

So So Stay. The staff is friendly and hospitable, however the hotel was lacking. When we arrived the power was out in our room and a pair shorts had been left in one of the beds. Yuck!!!! Housekeeping was friendly, but didn't leave enough towels. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. The breakfast had great options and the coffee was superb.

Location was great for us. A mistake was made with our booking and they quickly resolved it. We loved our stay there

The staff is nice, but overall our experience was a negative one..
1. Located right next to airplane take-off path, the engines are LOUD and go by every 3 minutes...
(It's MUCH worse when you have a window open or go out to use the pool..)

2.. They don't use a cover for the comforter, just a sheet in-between and once that moves your snuggling with a used blanket that has probably never been washed.

3. There were (possibly pubic) hairs from the previous guest in the shower.

4. They put me and my 90 year old grandparents in one of the farthest rooms from the (only) elevator.

4b. Also, the bathtub/shower only has 1 bar to hold onto so my grandfather fell in the shower...

5.The breakfast ends at 9:30, which I' m assuming they do to save money on people who aren't up and ready to go early. (Say, your 90 year old grandparents.)

The hospitality was great! Our soccer team negotiated a room block over Halloween weekend Friday through Sunday. The free shuttle service to Mandalay Bay and Aria casinos allowed us to visit the strip without driving our rental car through congested streets. On Sunday we had a soccer game after the 12pm checkout and the staff allowed us to come back to the hotel and use the swimming pool and shower to wash up before our flight back home. Bravo!

Very enjoyable stay. Love staying in what feels like an apartment that has all the convenience of home! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and again!

Check-in was easy. The shuttle guy was super friendly and helpful. The gal at the front desk was nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

BE AWARE. We stayed at this location and our truck/trailer were stolen from the parking lot less than 45 minutes from arriving. Everything we owned, truck, trailer, money, jewels, weapons. I discovered the staff speaking Spanish about it and because of what they said I still suspect them as well as management being involved! Cops were busy with UFC fight! No help came. And because of my suspicions we we're kicked out. Be AWARE!

Excellent quality for price, I highly recommend a stay at the Residence inn by Marriott. Room was clean and spacious, snacks and drinks were provided. Guests can enjoy a rich breakfast and a beautiful pool with hot tub. Location is ideal, five minutes ride to the strip.

The pool is nice. The room is nice. Standard free breakfast. Shuttle service to Mandalay timely and drivers are nice. Good guest services. Beds are comfortable.

Really nice place, especially for the price and location. While not on the strip, it's a really comfortable stay and they have frequent (free) shuttles to a couple of convenient spots on the strip. The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because they don't have any dining facilities on site. However, with the full kitchen area and refrigerator, most people might actually prefer saving a few bucks by being able to buy groceries instead. Overall, would absolutely recommend staying here.

The hotel was very nice and clean. My only complaint was that the breakfast was lacking in quality. The variety offered was good but the quality could have been better.

Large rooms, clean. Breakfast was varied, but not very remarkable. A good lower-cost alternative yet a quick free shuttle or Uber to the strip.

Very hospitable, staff is great and very friendly, and amenities and room were nice. It's a bit far from downtown area and the strip but there is a free shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes

Breakfast buffet is decent and tasty, it's ok for people with minor food sensitivities. If you have serious food sensitivities, the water is still tasty.

Shuttles to and from airport and strip could have a longer schedule to accommodate earlier travelers, but is convenient when in operation.

Front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable, resourceful, too!

Rooms are nice, most have some form of kitchen or other.

Location is fairly convenient for off strip hotels.

I was mainly around the pool area for my stay there and it was decent. The only thing I would recommend it to clean out the pool regularly because there were a series of dead insects, leaves, and flakes of things in the pool.

Rooms are great little apartments in hotel format. Breakfast is great, shuttles get you pretty much anywhere yippy want to go, but sometimes they get full & you have to wait for the next one. Staff is very helpful as friendly.

Staff was not very friendly. Location is in a bit of a sketchy area. Lots of airport noise. Shuttle is very convenient.

The Residence Inn is a fantastic hotel with clean rooms, great food, and heated pools (along with a basketball court). Overall, this hotel is a great place to have a party with your friends

The 2 bedroom hotel room was very comfy and spacious for the 4 of us. It was pretty quiet and not to far from the strip. Full service breakfast and the coffee with flavored creamer was pretty good. Staff was nice. The pool with a fountain was nice and rhr hot tub was cool as well. I wouls stay there more often now that I have been there!

Great place to stay! I love having a full kitchen and a separate living room. The complimentary breakfast was a big plus...waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, and so much more. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great customer service and mobile app provide for much easier check in and check out. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. The environment was very clean and safe for the guest's. Location was convenient and easily accessible. We would love to bring the whole family here to stay and definitely recommend the Marriott Residence Inn to all.

Amazing service here at the Residence Inn the staff here is amazing Erickson at the front counter does a marvelous job of explaining things and checking you in very personable and helpful five stars to Erickson for providing exceptional customer service. The rest of the staff here is also amazing from housekeeping to the breakfast staff who cleans up and make sure the tables are set up and ready for the next group of people coming in for breakfast. Thank you for the great experience, we'll be sure to stay here again.

Nothing wrong with the rooms at all. They were really cozy and I looked forward to the delicious complimentary breakfast every morning. The pool and jacuzzi were also nice to have but there are no lifeguards on duty so be keen about that fact.

This place is really good to stay away from home.
First it has very good location - just 5-10 minutes to the Strip. They have complementary shuttle bus which takes you to Mandala bay (every half an hour, form 5am to 1am), and hourly shuttle to Aria hotel. Also you can arrange pick up/ drop off to Town square or drop off to nearby airport (yes airport is very close too). This was very comfortable service for me.
I liked the room itself, it was clean and nice. We had 1 bedroom type apartment. It was very spacious. The kitchenette had everything you would need at home (ok no oven and blender, if being honest), all appliances looked new and worked properly.
The bed was comfortable ( I slept almost like home). And did I forgot to mention 2 big TV for a homey feeling? So I was very happy with the room assigned (plus we had amazing view of mountains trough windows).
The hotel staff is amazing - from cleaners to managers - all very nice and helpful. I'm very thankful for the front desk manager Gerry and his colleague (lady with long red hair, sorry I forgot her name), they both were very nice and helped me.
I liked the complementary breakfast: food was good, they have my favourite waffle makers. Breakfast serving ladies were very nice and done great job with keeping food trays full and place clean.
I like the amenities they have: heated pool, 24/7 gym, basketball area (with balls if you need). Plus they have pet friendly policy.

I would definitely recommend this place to stay no matter you're here for business or leisure. If we coming back to Vegas again, we definitely staying there again.

We have recently visited this place. Every one knows marriott hotels offer wonderful pleasant experience during stay but I would say this stay of mine was far away from my expectation. We have been staying in marriott group for couple of years now and this was one of the besties I have ever experienced.
Special mention to Mr.Gerry from front desk. He is real gem of the hotel industry and he knows how to handle guest specially when we arrived and was very tired. He made sure that everything is in order and checked in of mine took lesa than 5 minutes. AWESOME SERVICE Mr. GERRY.
I have been offered complimentary upgrade of room type and also upon request late checkout option was provided. Didnt find a reason of not giving highest rating though I wish I could have given more than 5.

We had a booking issue with another hotel and needed to stay 2 more nights at this hotel. Erickson at the front desk was truly concerned for our situation and bent over backward to help us out. He did so with a smile on his face. The hotel is nice, close to the strip and has free breakfast. There is some airport noise but for the price it was great for our family. Again thanks Erickson for taking care of us so well!

The rooms were nice. A better place to stay with families than on the strip. They say to pools open until 12:00 but closed in at 10:00. When eating they start putting things away before it is even time to close, like they are more worried about cleaning up then helping their patrons.

The service was great. Given a complimentary upgrade. The front desk called to see if my room was ok. Very impressed.
