Just popped in for a beer while walking back to town from the thermal baths on a sunny summer day.
View was great, clean comfy and not unreasonabley priced.
Staff polite and helpful, shame we didn't have time to eat.

We tried the advent Sunday brunch. It was delicious, especially the starters and the desserts. Service was very good too. Only downside is that you eat too much...

5 stars hands down! Swimming pool on the building roof! Excellent view on the Constance Lake. Friendly staff. Nice and spacious rooms. Good internet. Breakfast is kind of outside from the hotel, but very lovely. Parking is very easy free of charge just in front of the hotel.

Tolles Hotel mit den nettesten Mitarbeitern die ich je kennengelernt habe. Da kann der Inhaber wirklich stolz sein und sich glücklich schätzen. Einen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team, welches keine Wünsche offen lies, alles möglich machte, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hatte und meiner Mama und mir zwei unvergessene, entspannte Tage schenkte. A honeymoon hotel that is secluded. Located in an area where surrounded by local houses and facing the Bodensee lake. Very beautiful room specially the Panorama sweet in the third floor.

We ate at the Sea Restaurant. Food is average. Quite expensive for the quality you receive.
Small detail which was irritating was that we ordered bubbles and there were no bubbles. When we told the waiter, he shrugged his shoulders and told us we should have said before. No action was taken. The wait staff was slow and arrogant.

Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel, gibt es 4 Sterne. Das Essen im Restaurant und Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend aber nicht wahnsinnig freundlich. Mitunter wird man als Gast nicht gegrüßt. Die Getränkepreise sind überzogen. Zimmer sind sehr schön, haben aber zu wenig Ablagefläche.

Im Rahmen einer Fortbildung war ich im Restaurant des RIVA essen. Sehr schönes Ambiente, aufmerksames, freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Servicepersonal. Das Essen war frisch und von sehr guter Qualität. Die Portionen angemessen.
Ganz klarer Tipp für ein entspanntes Essen direkt am Bodensee.

I stayed with friends from 23 to 27 December. I cannot praise the quality and service enough and I cannot understand what anyone has anything to complain about. The staff are helpful, hard working and polite, the breakfasts, restaurants, and spa are top class.

Sehr edles Ambiente. Personal der freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Lage, eher außerhalb von Konstanz am Bodensee, eignet sich ideal zum Entspannen und Rückziehen.
