Very confortable room ! So usefull staffs !

Very nice hotel in a great location with a really helpful staff. The Presidential Suite has amazing views, is well decorated, and really comfortable. The concierge was incredibly helpful and helped arrange many things for us while we were there.

This hotel has a magnificent staff, who truly want to help make your stay with them wonderful. The hotel is modern and very beautiful. The club level lounge was well worth the price. The rooms are comfortable, extremely clean, and the bed was excellent. However, what makes this property great is the people who work there. I cannot overstate the level of courtesy we received. The work out facilities were very good, as were the restaurants. We will return!

Excellent location. Right next to beautiful Rambla Mahatma Gandhi (Road) next to the beach/water. Staff took super care and upgraded me to the 23rd floor with lounge access. The lounge had a fantastic view of the water/beach with a good elevation. Delicious snacks and wine for food connoisseurs. The gym and heated pool provided great exercise opportunities.

Excellent and extremely professional and friendly service. No updated infrastructure, poor breakfast buffet, food and beverages at the club Lounge poor also, here again the service somehow offset the hotel deficiency.

I am pretty much used to the Sheraton brand and I must say I just never get disappointed by any of their hotels. As I travel extensively, whenever I can I choose the Sheraton and I stayed noticing their service becomes more and more unified all over the world. The same structure they have in the Middle East, they sort of have as well in Argentina or Montevideo.

Most important they are ready to receive very demanding clients and everybody can communicate in more than language. It might be more expensive than other places, but if you stayed in a Sheraton once and liked, most certainly you will enjoy the next time again at the Sheraton somewhere else.

My choice was not even based on the fact they have Punta Carretas at their feet, so to speak, but in terms of an excellence I have been getting used to during the years. It’s a great business center, a very nice spa and excellent level of security, which these days counts a lot.

Even in moments of many people flowing for breakfast of other venues, there is a place for all. The internet is secure, which many hotels in Montevideo don’t offer and I guess my money is being well spent.

When I will finish with my work in Montevideo I am heading back to Europe, but a country other than where I live and again am booking the Sheraton.

Hotels are not only about expectations, but about the efficiency of those people running them and the brand Sheraton is something I can definitely rely upon.

Excellent front desk and restaurant staff.... let's go to the fitness center... extremely unsanitary had some machines that the seats were not wiped down still had sweat marks from the night before" I saw the same maris on the same seat the night before." I unfortunately forgot my headsets at home and asked for a pair... obviously used.... I went to use this pair and the pair had earwax on the inside of on of the earbuds.... fast forward to today went to the gym tirnrd on my music from my cellular and had no problems until about 30 minutes later when 1 old guy decided to complain to the front desk at the gym and he then proceeded to crank up the volume on the television and a woman from the gym desk came to me and tried to had me those exact same headsets for me to listen to my phone...." she then said something and left when I told her those were dirty and unsafe

Not bad, but dated. My room and the hallway smelled sort of musty and smokey even though the room was no smoking. There was construction going on, so maybe things will improve. There is a good golf course within waking distance and plenty of shopping in the attached mall.

Great Sheraton Hotel at the Punta Caretas shopping center. Close to the beaches, shopping, downtown and the port.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. You can walk to many restaurants and the beach. I gave it 3 stars because on my 2 day stay i complained about the bathroom door and nothing was done.

My favorite business hotel choice for Montevideo. As a non-Spanish speaking traveler this hotel provided great English speaking support. The direct connection to the local mall provided a terrific resource for shopping, both 'serious' (Rolex) as well as souvenirs. It also has a grocery store for healthy eating.
Finally, the location is one block from the river, providing great views and excellent outdoor walking/running.

Nice, friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. It's greatests setbacks are the gym and breakfast. The gym is really small and crammed, the machines are old and more than half of them are malfunctioning. As for the breakfast, it's really limited in its offer, the room is also quite a tight fit and the omelets that are made on the spot are terrible. The rest of the hotel has no complaints. I really recommend

I have stayed twice at the Sheraton in the last two weeks. As always the service was very good and the people are very friendly, that is why my husband and I always chose this hotel when we are in Montevideo. I recommend the people at the Lounge on the 23 rd floor; they are extremely kind and attentive. On the other hand I would appreciate if you could add anti slip pads in the tubs because i slipped and almost hurt myself badly today. Also please change whenever possible your keyboards on your computers at the Lounge and Business center, because no foreigner can guess that you have to press 64 and another key, to obtain @ ......very frustrating ..... Thank you to all the personnel you are great!
