We had an issue with our room and I thought it might really put a kink in our anniversary plans but the staff here were so helpful and really understanding! I highly recommend this hotel. One of my favorite hotel experiences ever!

Lovely view from the 30th floor. The room was nice and neat. The bathroom was bigger than expected. It is also located near the station (Shin Yokohama). Will certainly come back again.

This is an excellent hotel and with the buffet breakfast it is also an excellent value. I travel to Japan for work at least 3 times a year and I usually rent a personal wifi. When I checked in they had someone automatically run it up without me having to ask for it. The staff has great attention to detail and the room was lovely and comfortable.

I've stayed here many times and enjoy the fact that there are several places to go to for shopping and the fact that the Prince Pepe Mall is located within the same building. The room is small but has everything I need including a mini fridge, iron, and ironing board. The staff is also very accomodating and willing to assist when I have questions.

A beautiful hotel with a stunning view. The bed is large and comfortable and a cellular device is provided for your stay. Champagne is also provided. You may leave you luggage with their friendly staff as you go about your day. There is also many options for dining, a gym, and a Seven Eleven right by the elevators. A shopping centre is connected to the hotel, and train service is a 5 minute walk away.

Big hotel with many room, but consider as budget hotel. Not much facility, though 7/11 store down stairs is always open to buy small snacks items and water. Good for budget stay in Shin-Yokohama

Stayed multiple times in the past. Always got good service, rooms are clean and we'll kept. The rooms are a bit small by western standards, but average for a room in Japan. The location is great-within walking distance of Shin-Yokohama station (not Yokohama Station).

9

Good service, typical sized Japanese business hotel (a little on the tighter side compared to American hotel rooms). No room service but 7 Eleven convenience store is conveniently located near the hotel elevators in the lobby. Has nice toiletries provided (toothbrush, comb, bubble bath gel) more than most hotels, and very convenient location (right across the street from Shinyokohama Station)

My husband and I came here on an anniversary trip. We had a problem with the room we originally were checked into and then the staff went over and above to get us a good room with a beautiful view. I definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing place to stay and well connected!

Not the most expensive, though it looks grand! It is the towering building seen when one get out at Shin Yokohama train station and does a 360° check of the place😅 Good selection of rooms. A room one bracket above the cheapest can land u on a high floor and based on the direction, one can get to see a lot of things if the weather supports- the Yokohama city, towers, Mt. Fuji. And the sunrise and sunset colours can be well enjoyed. If the view from the room ain't good enough, head to the restaurant at the top, though one will need to pay for the tables facing outside! In the room, one gets a free mobile phone with Internet and call capabilities for the duration of their stay. The bathroom looks differently good. The flush button reminded me of Swat Kats missile button😅

Took off a star because the ice skating rink was nowhere close to the restaurant. Neither I guess it's owned as part of the restaurant- the description is misleading.

Would definitely recommend this place for a brilliant stay and food though 😊

This is a very nice Japanese Hotel, with outstanding views. The desk staff speak English, and there is a decent effort made to provide translation of certain things (like the TV funtions) in the room. The rooms are small (by American standards), but very nice and well appointed. Quick walk (about a block) to the JR and Subway stations. 24 hour 7-11 near the elevators inside the hotel. Several very nice restaurants inside the hotel, including teppanyaki (where the chefs perform in front of you while cooking) up on the 43rd floor.

Japan hotel rooms are small. But this room i feel has a very functional layover. My company puts us up here on our layovers. I love the location. There's a little mall attached to the hotel as well as a 24 hour 7-11. There's lots of places to eat around the area. Lalaport Mall is 2 stops on the train away. The train station is 5 min away. The staff is super helpful and speak english well. Great hotel!

Very convenient to metro. Lots of eatery, a pharmacy, a department store,100 yen shop, 7-11 and an electrical shop around. The hotel room is not big but clean. No wardrobe, just got two hooks with three hangers. Reasonable price.

Great, central location in yokohama, with a connection to a mall, but there's a lack of amenities and just a general feeling that this isn't a hotel intended for international travelers.

Direct airport bus from Haneda Airport to the hotel main entrance. Cost 840 yen one way. They accept cash or IC card. The travel time depends on traffic but it took me around an hour on a Saturday. The hotel itself is comfortable with friendly staff. I arrived very early in the morning so they allowed me to check in at noon instead of 2pm. However, with the bonus early check in, the offset is they gave me a room on a lower floor. Lower floor means the view is not good, I was given a room on looking a rooftop restaurant at eye level which means I need to close my curtains thru out my stay or else, people in the restaurant can see everything in my room. Not so happy about this. However, everything else is ok with this hotel. Room is reasonable size considering this is Japan! Bed is comfortable and sheets are clean. There is a 7-11 directly downstairs next to the lift. There is also direct connection into Prince Pepe mall where there is more shopping and have a small supermarket. Very easy to walk to Shinyokohama station in less than 5 mins. There is also a direct footbridge to walk over to Yokohama Arena, take less than 5 mins as well. Good place to stay to watch a concert at the Arena.

The hotel staff was helpful and the room was very nice despite being a little small. The view from the 31st floor was amazing. The gym cost ¥1080 but there was no mention of a fee on the website.

Staff is friendly. Very close and convenient to the train station and a wide variety of places to eat. The rooms are small and include small amenity kits. There is a 7-11 near the elevators, a grocery store, shopping, and dining in the hotel as well.

The hotel is right across the JR and Shinkansen station. It has good rooms and a great view of the city, depending on where you've booked it (the layout is circular, but if I'm not mistaken all rooms face 360 degrees outward into the city.

Rooms are small but clean. Shin-Yokohama is kind of out of the way but the hotel is close to the train station and there are many places to eat nearby. There is a grocery store in the basement and several convenient stores in the building.

All in all worth a look if you're in the area. Rooms are pretty standard size as per Japan, which tend to be perhaps smaller than you're used to. Although they were clean, comfortable and quiet - that's with a shinkansen on one side and a main road on the other, we couldn't hear either on the 12th nor could my friends on the 33rd. Views are a lottery of Minatomirai, Mount Fuji or generic greater Tokyo skyline - might be worth asking for Mount Fuji if you can get it. Shopping plaza attached to the hotel is a nice touch and within easy walking distance of Shin-Yokohama station. Breakfast buffet OK offering both a generous selection of East and West dishes. Bus service too from front door to both Haneda and Narita airports if you need it.
