The lobby was very clean and well air-conditioned. The staff were pleasant to interact with, and responded to any requests I had promptly. Washrooms were decent, although the toilets had a fairly weak flush. The showerhead were detachable, and offered a pretty powerful stream when the head was adjusted. Beds were OK, although the pullout sofa bed was pretty sunken down, thin, and a little hard on the back/shoulders. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

I was attending a work orientation and stayed 3 nights on the 6th floor. As soon as I got off the elevator it smelled clean. My room was small, but had everything I needed and it was clean. It is close to the airport so you can hear the planes, but it didn't bother me. The breakfast was nothing special but it filled me up. There was a decent selection of pastries as well as eggs and either sausage or bacon. The hotel manager walked around saying good morning to everyone and made sure everyone had what they needed. Overall, very satisfied with my stay.

Rooms are nice enough. Clean with a few perks like lit bathroom mirrors. However, the evening staff were not good. Stayed there with a group of 17 in 6 total rooms. All were fully prepaid. We showed up in 2 separate vans 30 minutes apart at roughly midnight. Even though the rooms were prepaid, the night manager would not even tell the first guests what rooms they were in until the second group got there and put an individual deposit on each room. He just lacked empathy and was rude after a long day and international flights. The hotel itself was decent, but with staff like that I will take my business elsewhere.

Normally a hotel is a hotel for me not great but not bad. This one was different. My stay has been really enjoyable. The rooms are really nice (stayed in 126) and the people are pretty friendly also. I don't have time to check out the pool but it looks well kept and very clean. I would definitely come back.

Extremely nice facility . It's part of the new holiday inn express blue program, which has a very modern interior and features as well as a convenience store. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. I was only here a short while, about 6 hours in total but it was definitely a hotel worth booking. Price was fair. I didn't get a chance to check out all the amenities but it had everything that a person would need.

Nice hotel with fairly friendly staff. The area around the hotel is ugly. This hotel is good only for the fact that it's close to the airport and businesses. If you are staying for leisure, there are nicer places to stay, however the hotel is modern and comfortable.

All I can say is, it will be the calmest stay, and you'll have the BEST sleep ever!!

Your breakfast is great, but please include fruit salads. I realized there were too many bread options there were very unnecessary, when they could've been a fresher option. Families will love it! Just saying.

Great for park and fly. Rooms are new, clean and have decent space and amenities. The hotel is understaffed, particularly in the morning though so don't plan on actually getting a bagged breakfast or checking out if you leave early in the morning.

Absolutely love this hotel. They are very organized and professional. Great to enjoy while on leisure or business. Staff are very friendly and understanding. They really do care about your experience and will go out of their way to meet your needs. The pool is always clean and has a hot tub as well. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast has tons of options. I always enjoy my stay here. Bring your points card to earn.

For what this hotel was used for, it's fine. We used it for a quick over night sleep before our early flight. The rooms are a bit small but clean. It does have a pool but didn't have time to check it out. Shuttle to the airport was fine as well. No frills ..

We stayed for New Years Eve. The location was right off the highway. We got to our venue, downtown, in record time. The room was smaller than most we've stayed in, and so was the pool, but we were comfortable and the kids were happy. I must say, the pool was super warm, the kids didn't want to get out! Having breakfast included was a nice touch. We will be returning.

It was an adequate hotel for what we needed. It has a free shuttle from the airport, free breakfast, & a swimming pool. We checked in late & when we checked in we were told the wrong hours for breakfast which we didn't know until the next day when we went down for breakfast & we were 4min late. I asked at the front desk if we could possibly get a banana or something they could grab quick for us from the leftover breakfast however they said they couldn't. (Even though we were told the wrong hours). The ceiling seems very low so I wouldn't want to be over 6 feet tall!
Also when we arrived at our hotel from the airport my husband was getting the luggage off the shuttle & the driver ended up closing the shuttle door on his arm. He seemed like he was in a big hurry! Overall though the hotel was clean & it was a place to sleep. (I don't think I'd spend a long time at this hotel)

Fantastic experience overall. The staff were friendly from the front desk to the cleaners. Beautiful rooms as well. Breakfast was so so but that's always been the case when I've stayed at the holiday inn. Overall the family loved it. Will definitely rebook this hotel in the future.

Great staffs

We had 2 rooms for a family of 6, staying 1 night before our early morning flight the next day. We’d read online reviews and picked up some other people commenting about problems with the shuttle bus to and from the airport. We were a bit anxious but thought we could always book a cab ride if any problems.

In the end it worked really well. Check in staff were excellent, reassured us that we’d get on the 6:30am bus next morning at the right time and they were spot on. I also dropped off our hire car at the airport the night before and asked about the shuttle bus back. The info from the hotel was easily understood and accurate and when I arrived at the stop the bus was even waiting for me!

We didn’t get to use many of the hotel facilities but the rooms were good size, clean and modern. Didn’t pick up there was a pool when we booked but impressed that a HIE had one. The constant tea and coffee in reception was also a great a bonus!

Would certainly go back if we fly in or out of Toronto in the future!

The facility is outstanding. New decor and lighted mirrors in the bathroom were particularly impressive. Our room was spacious and maintained a comfortable temperature. Televisions and amenities all worked well, and we enjoyed the selection of channels. Overall, an excellent location as well. Square One shopping centre is right down the street and there are plenty of restaurants. The problem I had with this location was check in. They were unable to help us put a credit card on file, and it was an overall negative experience. My wife worked at a Holiday Inn, and the check in procedures, such as acknowledgement of IHG Gold Status, were not observed. Other than that, the rest of the staff was exceptional when we approached them!

Very clean, very professional, and all for an agreeable price. The entire walk to your room smelled fresh and once you got in there, the room was dust free, no webs in the corners or any sign of neglect. The bathroom was spotless and even had a smart mirror that you can touch to turn on the lights. I am very impressed with the standards present by this establishment. I paid $104 plus tax and I received the 5 star experience. Thank you

My stay here was short. It was the right price, and that is why we chose it. The pool and hot tub were a pleasant perk.

For the price its o.k,carpets are not really clean,no microwave in rooms,average breakfast and gym.Staff was polite and friendly,plus is parking ,shuttle service to airport and a small pool, overall its ok not the best stayed here quiet a few times coz of work.Hope this is helpful.

Cannot really complain for this price. It is no thrills, you'll need to order the airport shuttle in advance and the breakfast is satisfactory but not really great. The room smelled a bit, old stale something, don't know what. It is decent, but in the middle of nowhere. Some of the staff were friendly, others just had a bad day I think.

for the price, this place was great. A friend and i stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our short stay. Breakfast was great. we expected a cheap breakfast but it was hot and had a lot of food available. we did not use the pool or hot tub. our room was clean and smelled great upon arrival every day.
