The staff is very helpful and always nice. The food was good for hotel food but sometimes the menu choices were a little odd. Overall a great stay.

Nice clean, hot breakfast and kitchenette in room, they even have a free bag of popcorn in the room. Great CLC hotel.

Checked into the hotel and was greeted by a very friendly staff. The GM was there and he was very nice. They had a little gift bag for me, which was a really nice touch as well. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here on business, I won't bore you with nit-picky stuff so here are the main points. The good: A great free breakfast, very friendly staff, plus a "social" Mondays thru Thursdays in the evening with free beer, wine and snacks. Great touch!! The bad? Our room was awful, the A/C had leaked all over the floor plus it had a bearing going bad and it kept us up all night squealing. Finally they offered us a room another room the next day. They credited "my" IHG account 500 points for my trouble, however my boss had rented the room so we essentially got nothing. Also the Wi-fi is horrible, totally unusable. We had to use our phones to look up restaurants. Really the maintenance in this hotel needs work big time. The staff is top notch tho

Rooms are nice, the layout could use an additional elevator but it wasn't bad.

The place is great. Everyone I very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, just the fridges make a very loud noise constantly. I changed rooms 3 times so it looks the case for all of them. Other than that, it's an amazing place.

Just went in to catch a beer with my girlfriends mother. We ate a few meatball subs and had a beer before we left.

All is great except the beds, stern but not hard either. Good breakfast. Good dinner M-W. Try getting a room facing the golf course instead of the highway. Kitchens come stocked with basic utensils and plates. Nice and quiet.

I’ve bern meaning to write a review here for some time and kept forgetting. My family & I evacuated to this hotel during hurricane Harvey and our experience was way above what we expected! The staff really went above & beyond for a hotel full of “refugees.” They worked around the clock, sleeping at the hotel themselves, and bent over backwards for any request to help ease guests stay during such a stressful time. Even with the craziest of circumstances, people literally arriving by boat, bringing their kids and their pets, rooms & facilities stayed clean and safe. The staff always made sure guests had a hot fresh meal for breakfast, even with all of the surrounding grocery stores closed or even flooded. I know some of the staff even had flooding at their own homes, and I pray they are recovering safely. I just had to recognize a location, a staff, and a company that obviously believes in the Golden Rule...treat others the way you would like to be treated. Thank you for your hard work and your kindness!

Out of our 2 staybridge stays this one is our favorite hands down. The staff is very friendly and tolerant of small children. The view out back of the pond is amazing and my kids love feeding the ducks and turtles. The heated pool is a bonus.

Good location. Friendly staff. The evening Social may appeal to you if you prefer not to go out for a meal at one of the several of the restaurants (Kawa Sushi recommended, Subway, Brewski's) in a shopping plaza about a 5 minute walk away. Hotel room was fine if just a little tired looking. Lots of free parking. Internet included. Complimentary breakfast. Noisy air conditioner in room. Overall: Fine for the price.

Housekeeping needs some work in consistency and restocking what they take towels etc. some days they skip our room entirely.

Really great hotel. The service was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. Free breakfast fast was nice, and appears that on some nights they might also have dinner, but not the day we stayed there. The grounds of the area were very nice and there are some ponds and ducks to see. Overall a very nice place.

Check-in was easy peasy, the staff was super nice and helpful, rooms were nice (and very clean). This is a place I'd recommend staying for vacation in the Houston area.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly!! We want to give a shout out especially to Elias because he always was helpful and very kind. This is the only hotel we ever went to that had fountain drinks free of charge for the guest for breakfast and it was appreciated!!!!

I absolutely love the atmosphere at this hotel. The staff is friendly, nice and very helpful and makes you feel like family. We had an extended stay and they all knew our names the first day we came in. I will definitely give this place 5+ stars. I love the breakfast and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night the dinner social. Keep up the good work!

Breakfast AND dinner Monday through Wednesday. Beer and wine available during dinner. Beds are comfy. Views are nice. 2 ponds with ducks turtles and fish (no fishing)

This is a classy place. It is very welcoming and they offer you free meals throughout the week. Pools are heated and have a gym for exercising.

This has been one of the best hotel experiences I have had while traveling. My wife and I came to Houston for a wedding and checked into our Hotel late at night. We were greeted at the front desk by the nicest employee named Gary.

When we got to our room we noticed that the heater/AC was not functioning. We called the front desk and Gary solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He prepared another room and made sure that the AC was working for us. He went the extra mile and left us a couple of bottle of waters and a snack.

I am very impressed with Gary's customer service and Staybridge overall. I will definatley be staying here more often !!

Me and my family loved it. Evening though we stayed during then historic flood Houston as every had! But we were save, and dry. Only thing that they need to do is have there staff to brush up on there employee handbook the better there customer service.

Have to say AMAZING!!!! I was a little upset and tired from my having knee surgery and therapy wanted a downstairs room or something close to elevator . Had to park in the back side part of the parking lot and the wheel cart wasnt an easy access to side door so had to walk alllll the way around to thw front and back down the hallway to my room but as soon as i walked in the room it was so worth it best physical therapy i dont mind doing everyday for a place i walk in and feels and looks like home ... The front desk ladies were super awesome and very helpful getting me upgraded rooms (thank u amanda keep up the great work!!!) to make my girls happy and comfortable for there stay as well.. everytime we walked by very friendly ! The hotel was a great setting indoor and outdoor it's located with a small pond in front were me and my two girls could walk or sit and enjoy the ducks , turtles and fish in it. Breakfast in the mornings, social events in the evening to socialize and meet new people or sit and relax with myself enjoy a meal and drinks ALL INCLUDED with my stay , convenience of a pantry need a snack, or drinks, or advil/tums/tylenol great didn't have to pile the kids in the vehicle and go to the gas station they have a WIDE variety of a selection of everything it was like. NOW about the room they already had dishware , fridge, stovetop, and a working dishwasher, little bottle of dish soap and dishwashing soap, ice maker, soft beds , extra pillow and blanket in the closet, laundry basket as well, hangers, coffee, tea, even popcorn which was great me and the girls watched a movie and ate it thank u staybridge that hit the spot, bathrooms come with towels (REAL) towels not the cheap thin see thru towels , bars of soap, little bottle of lotion, conditioner and shampoo, very spacious rooms TV in every room so no fighting with the kids on who is watching what on tv, the water pressure is perfect , toilets flush ed no problems, the tubs are very slick be careful, they are very roomy and great to relax and take a bubble bath, rooms and hotel are both very clean, quiet even with the parking lot full very quiet not paper thin walls...very impressed with the hotel, staff and our room ..very excited to get a good night's sleep tonight and next day and day after thank you staybridge for the awesome welcome and stay so worth it these will be the best days week of a stay diff recommend this hotel!!
Now they do have on site laundry, fitness center, business computer center, as well as an outdoor pool haven't seen or used any but I do have a few more nights to go on an adventure and check those out as well :)

Pleasant environment. **First night in hotel, the staff allowed a party (loud talk, music, etc) on the back deck to go until after 1 am. If this is how the hotel is going to treat its guests, I do NOT recommend staying at this location.**
